Avoid this Subway...the staff there are pathetic especially the so called Manager..went there today and purchased 2 meatball subs, didn't want any of the salads that came with it, only the cheese and meatballs so asked the girl if we could have a couple of extra meatballs instead, she said no problem..we paid and then the so called Manager was at the till and demanded we pay $10 more for the 2 extra meatballs we received, we refused and she held onto our subs that we already paid for, I asked for a refund but was refused. She carried on saying you have to pay for double meatballs which we didn't get.We ended up paying the extra $10 just to get out of there, so basically paid $38 for 2 subs with meatball and cheese, not to mention the rolls weren't exactly fresh and staff were using the same glove to make the food and then take money as per others highlight. Reading all these negative reviews I'm not surprised as they sure reflect the poor service and their low rating of 1.9 stars plus management don't even bother responding to feedback..that says alot really I will be ringing the head office and following through on my complaint and I think the Health department need to visit this store and observe their unhygienic practices. Will never return again and would give zero stars if I could .

This is the worst Subway I have ever experienced. Today I went there few minutes back, the staff was so rude and on top of that there was a new staff on training, who was not able to close the subs properly. As I was in the cue and observed that, he was making messy subs. So I requested the trained staff, who was training the guy to make my sub and she refused it. She said I have to teach him, if you want take it, otherwise leave it. I literally requested her to make my sub and she made my sub on the stale bread, which tasted like it was sitting in their cabinet for ages. I had to throw my sub. Just a wastage of money, in this subway. Please guys don't waste your money on this Subway. I don't know how owner is running this shop with such rude staff and with stale breads and salads. And if I get any food poisoning, you guys will be responsible.

If I’m paying the same amount of money I expect the same standard of food that goes into my body. I did say to the gentleman I hope it tastes just as good, but who was I kidding. Disappointed!!!!!!!! I made it quite clear what I’d wanted and as a centre worker I will not be returning. Worst subway I have ever HAD to eat. No one should pay for lunch twice unless it was so good that they wanted seconds!

The owner himself overcharged me $17.00 for a meatball footlong. He laughed, shruged and said thats too bad as i ordered spinach on one side and lettuce on the other and the man power required to cut the sandwich at the start instead of the end is why it cost so much. These were his exact words verbatim. I asked for a refund and he shook his head and said we dont do that. The ingredients were all clearly bought from the local coles, lack of ingredients and effort, the staff was collectively rude, lacked the ability to communicate with each other or the customers. The two staff members wernt wearing gloves and had long nails. Im amazed this place hasnt been shut down by health and satefy.

They just seem to want to rush people through while incorrectly making sandwiches. Didn't even microwave my schnitzel so that was still cold when I got it. Had almost no cheese and before I could even ask for pepperoni the staff member toasted my sandwich and then pushed me onto the next person. I had to ask again for pepperoni then about 60 slices were put on all stacked on top of each other. They then proceeded to crush my sandwich to fold it over and they ripped the bread and continued to wrap it and give it to me. This is the worst subway experience I've ever had as everything was cold and very messy

Asked specifically if shredded lettuce was a mix of cabbage and lettuce, staff assured me it was 100 % lettuce. It was actually a 50-50 mix and after getting a mouthfull of raw green cabbage and informing them there was cabbage in there I was just brushed off. I asked as I can't stand the taste of raw green cabbage and I understand that stores have to sometimes do the mix due to supply shortage, but no signage says this and the staff blatantly lie about it. If they were honest I could have just left it out. So yeah 1 star for dishonesty , stale bread, bad customer service , and poor quality ingredients.

Drastically overcharged me for what is a common sub, Instead of selecting the Melt, they put down Turkey Sub and added all the extra things that come on the melt already. I tried correcting them, but they ignored me and moved on. Not to mention the organisation was all over the shop. People cutting in line, employees just standing around the back with attitude. Oh, and their bread is raw dough. Very very poor excuse for a subway chain. Next time, take the 5 minute drive down to the bell street on opposite Dan Murphys

How is this place still open? Oh, that's right- the Subway complaints line is non- existent and sends you around in circles. This has got to be the worst Subway experience ever. The manager is rude and openly yells at his staff in front of customers. Not wearing a mask properly and handling food and money without changing gloves. Not expecting a gourmet meal but at least more than a handful of wilted lettuce, brown avocado and smelly, off meat. Everything tasted like it's been sitting there for days. $15 for a salad I had to throw out. Avoid this place

It's the worst subway experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely rude. I asked for a regular salad and they just gave me 3 slices of cucumber 4 leaves of baby spinach and very little other veggies. You can the quantity in the picture attached. Upon requesting to add a little more the manager shouted from the cash counter " if you need more you need to order large" I have eaten subways so many times in my life but I have never come across such pathetic service.

I ordered a sandwich not long after they opened. I was charged two bucks for one scoop of avocado on a foot long sandwich. Not only was this half the amount offered by other Subway stores but it was so obviously yesterday’s as it was brown not green. I walked away leaving them to bin the product. This situation I reported to their head office and heard nothing back. This chain is so poor they deserve to fail.

Worst food and service ever . Ordered footlong and a wrap . Wrap is stale sauces are outside the wrap and can’t hold the wrap without getting my hands dirty . Asked the girl to wrap my foot long separately and she denied my request saying she isn’t allowed to do that . I am a big fan of but this is the worst experience I have ever had at a subway . Never ever coming back again to subway northlands :(

I had really bad experience, asked for veggie footlong with cheese and toasted. When I started to eat, the patty was frozen and when I went to show her, she said, I don’t know. She was so rude and started arguing. But, I asked for my money back. They definitely need training to make the food.

This is definitely one of the worst subway stores I’ve ever been to. Their product is old, the lettuce tastes like it has been there for days, their tomatoes the same and to top it all of, the manager or whoever that man is in charge has the worst customer service skills in the whole centre. Honestly there are so many other options and this is definitely the worst one. Needs a lot of improvement.

So I got a wrap this morning and asked for it grilled. Big mistake. The grill hadn't been cleaned in a long time it seems, and there was black, awful tasting burned residue all over my wrap. I mean, a chain must be really trying hard to have such an awful Google review score, surely. Not even speaking of the potential health hazard.

Horrible service and staff. I’ve been ignored on multiple occasions and not even acknowledged. Stood there for 5 minutes while one girl was counting money, looked at me and continued. She was wearing long pink fake nails... serving and making sandwiches? Pretty sure that doesn’t follow the health and safety guidelines in the hospitality industry. Disgusting.

Horrible worker, no customer service experience at all. Cannot wrap properly and when he finished the my sub he proceeded to do the salads of the other customer before paying. I paid cash and he gave me a big dirty look and put my cash on the bench for me to pick up. Will not return, they are stingy and salads are not fresh.

Worst subway there is on earth. Owner told us to “get out” after he didn’t have some ingredients to make our orders we said we didn’t want them. He hasn’t started making them. Demanded we pay for them. Then argued and then told us to “get out”. I gave him a mouth full. What a horrible pathetic person. Avoid!!!

Worker rudely asked if we knew that we had to wear a mask because it was dangerous for her, while her mask was below her nose. After we told her that we had an exemption she was extremely blunt and did not apologise. Subs were incorrectly made while the bread was old and stale

Ordered seafood sensation foot long. The other subway I’ve been to at least they gave me 3 scoops of product. This lady only put two small scoops in a foot long with 4 pieces of tomatos and cucumbers. And charged more than any other 3 subways I’ve been to in northern area.

All staff lacked training, skills and general know how about there positions within the company… No supervisor was onsite or able to be contacted during the visit. Greatly disappointed with my service today and the way I was delt with.

Hands down the worst subway experience ever, the dirtiest shop I have ever seen. Ali wiping his nose while serving customers. Dirty grub ! Not sure how we was given a franchise.

The food was get salty, drink machine was broken and staff don't know what they are doing. Other subway franchises are a lot more hygienic and we'll trained. 1/5 stars.
