Hi I'm am very disappointed with the staff at Brighton church st subway and we got some sandwiches she was extremely rude and gave me attitude and was raising her voice she gave very small servings of the vegetables and when we came to pay she THREW the two sandwichs at us like it was trash WHO DOES THAT I work at With food myself and never ever would this be acceptable when we asked her why did she throw the food at us (banged it on table throwing it) she started screaming it's her store and that we are rude in no way we were rude other than getting angry when she threw the food at us this rude lady had browny blonde hair and her hair was very long and it was just in a pony tail she needed to have an in or plait this is unacceptable we are very upset and angry that people like this are even hired and can't even make a sandwich with a smile on their face she was so so so rude and we came in at 2:30pm today this is disappointing somthing needs to be done the tomatoes weren't even fresh and rotten so so gross

It had been a while since I had ordered a breakfast bacon and egg sub, but it seemed a lot smaller than I remembered so I’m glad I added salads. It was nice enough though and the same price or cheaper than all the cafes around for something bigger. The location is conveniently located very close to the station and on the Main Street. I asked for wheat bread and they didn’t have it which wasn’t ideal, but they don’t have many customers at this time so I understand. The server was very friendly and moved through the queue quickly. Given there was no queue, she could have been more casually paced, but it showed she would be good when there is a line.

My favourite subway store. The freshest ingredients, and courteous staff who listen to how you want your Subway. Bread never stale, and salads, sauces etc are constantly replenished. My favourite is 6 inch Italian herbs bread with old English cheese toasted, then turkey and cranberry sauce topped with almost all of the salads except jalapeño, carrots and olives, with salt and pepper, honey mustard sauce and a line of sweet onion sauce. Just this week I learned I could have a 10% discount as I am a Senior!

Absolutely lousy... staff do not know how to read orders.. Ordered Tuna with double filling and chicken with double filling. Did not come with extra filling and no suace either.. Both sandwiches filling were so little was more like a vegetarian sandwich. Never again from this store.. abysmal...

the staff is absolutely lovely, especially the young lad named johnson. absolute machine on the sandwich preparation. i ordered a big 12 inch meat ball sub with white sauce and was graciously provided with quick and efficient service. would COME again 10/10

Always a delight to come to subway however i am not convinced the vegetables are fresh. Tasteless cucumber and hard carrot. Hard to eat with my dentures.

The man who works here is lovely and keeps his store clean and well maintained. Food is the same standard you'd expect out of most subway chains. Look out for offers on subs after 5pm!

Normal subway food but the layout is ridiculous. When there are more than 2 people in line, there is no where to stand without blocking each other or the drink dispenser.

Best subway I've visited. Staff actually care instead of the usual sloppiness.

Subway, simple convenient and reliable, this particular shop, extremely efficient and quick. Ideal if you want quick service.

IMO this is the best Subway in Melbourne, the owner is lovely and always very generous with the fillings.

Has got to be one of the smallest subways in melbourne.. although has seating outside and food is great
