I called this place tonight around 7:30 and asked if I could put in an order and the girl on the phone let out this long drawn out “uhhhhhhhhhh we’re pretty busy right now, and it’s probably gonna take a while to get to that order probably.” Appalled by the tone of voice, and customer service I just said thank you and hung up. This is the sort of customer service that will destroy a business. I do not desire to support this subway in any way.

A few weeks ago I stopped to grab a sandwich, service was so bad, I walked out. Tried again today and had the same result. There is literally no customer other than me, person walks from the cashier to the back without acknowledging I'm there, just leaves me standing there waiting. Don't stop here, there's one close by off Palm with much better and courteous service.

Not the fastest subway but they still have everything. Love the new power bowls! This one is busier than most so I feel like the toppings are probably fresher! They still have their self serve soda station open, which I feel probably needs disinfecting more often during the pandemic. But you can always just get their bottled drinks if that makes you nervous!

Please visit any other subway except this one! Really bad customer service and flat out entitled! Tried to order online and when I came in they said they never got the order and blamed me for their system mistake.

Bad customer service especially that short lady that's the cashier maybe she's the manager I was not done with my order and she was ringing me out in other words I was kicked out of the store if you don't like your job let someone else have the job that really wants to work it only takes One Bad Apple to destroy one company

Worst sandwich's I have EVER seen! Small, made incorrectly, look like they have been sitting out for awhile. Asked for toasted bread but it wasn’t. Tried calling to speak with store, no answer. Don’t go to this Subway..u will not be satisfied.

Avocado s were brown, Lettuce was turning brown, onions were not fresh. Employee was sick with a cough helping customers. The other employees were standoffish not really vustomer friendly. The window divider that seperated the cheese and meets from the veggies was rusty and moldy not clean well kept.

This is the only Subway in the country that I'll eat from. Dramatic? Sure. -- but it's true. Even an online order is made with love. Whoever made my tuna wrap tonight... you're a sandwich Rockstar. Thank you so much!

Very yummy and clean. They were kind and friendly. I really enjoyed eating there and they were very generous on the veggies, my fav part of my subway. I’ll return there definitely.

Horrible! Also the one on Palm & 15th St. I would think they would be more cautious & safe by not returning the food & veggies left outside of the containers, but they do, no precautions at all! Not going back to these locations!

While it was ok they seemed low on most things. Not to mention we were in line and got skipped over twice for people behind us while she made our subs, . Ok, but needs work with service.

Awesome staff... On top of everything!! The only thing is needs more seating a couple of times I had to wait to eat.

Very quick and efficient with online ordering for pickup. Never encountered a problem with this location.
