If I could give this subway negative stars I would. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I ordered online, I got 3 meals. One was a kids meal, the other was steak and lastly a veggie patty. The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, the weren't. Not only that but the meat and the veggie patty werent even warmed up. They were cold. If I get food poisoning I'm gonna go why and from where. I saw that guy that was finishing up our sandwiches and he looked like he didn't even want to work there. He was white redhead. I also asked if I could have a side of ranch and he said "yes ill get it right now" I turned around to get my drink and chips and he started doing something else. I had to ask the other guy if I could get the side of ranch. This is the worst customer service and the worst place to eat i will NEVER return here. If I could take that waste of money back I would. I was so hungry, next time I'll just wait and find something better.

Unfortunately, I encountered unsatisfactory customer service from their manager and the overall staff. During my visit, I found the manager to be rude and inattentive. It seemed as though they were rushing us through the ordering process, which made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer. Furthermore, despite our request, the staff did not toast our sandwiches, which was quite frustrating. As someone who has enjoyed Subway in the past, this experience was disheartening. I believe that excellent customer service is crucial in any business, and unfortunately, it fell short on this occasion. It is important to ensure that all customers feel valued and their requests are properly addressed.

Was in California for a vacation and we were done at the beach taking pitchers and kids wanted Subway. We get there at 8pm and the sign says they close at 9pm. the door was locked. The Hispanic girl shouted asking me as she was behind the counter if i was there for the online order. I said no. she then said that they were closed. I told her the sign says 9pm they close. she said they are closed cause she had been there all day working. I left and took my business else where. I could care less that you had been there all day talk to the manger/store owner if you can't do it you should stay open when your sign says your open. I have worked in food before and I have done the open to close shift before and put in 50+ hours a week. If she had time to make that online order then she can make other orders.

I didn’t get the manager’s name because she refuse to show me her name tag nor telling me her name. She’s a Hispanic girl who is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! She talks back to customers. I witnessed her being rude to customers before me and I experienced it myself when she was rude to me. I decided to return my sandwiches that I ordered and she gave me the wrong amount that I paid for. I didn’t want to go back and demand for the money that she owes me. Consider that a tip to whoever hired her to manage the store. Maybe you’ll realized that you need to hire someone new that has customer service and treat customers with respect.

I got the Boss sandwich and can't wait to dig in. Thank you for making it my way! The boss and her staff are amazing here! *Update* This sandwich was absolutely delicious and I even came back on 12/26/2022 for another one! Thanks staff! Although, I do have a request ease refill your sprite (with all the flavors in the fountain please).

Rather understaffed. I only ever see one or two people staffed during lunch rush, and like an hour long line of customers. The phone orders also slow things down too. Management probably needs to be replaced

Just enjoyed the new and improved panini. Everything I expected and beyond. I also experienced great service with comedic and friendly servers. Great overall experience and I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you find yourself in or around the La Jolla shores area.

Service was slow, due to only two employees working and one was training the other. They forgot items and the trainer was not that focused on fixing our sandwich because the trainee was confused about the register.

Slowest Subway I've ever been to. It took 30 minutes for me to get my footlong sub with literally just 3 people in line in front of me. Staff was friendly but just so slow and unhelpful. Food was fine but nothing at Subway is worth a wait like that.

I think I'm right, I don't blame the employees. The mistake is whoever is in charge of the schedules, do not have one employee during customer lunch hours. those mistakes affects for the profits

I just went and biked 3 miles from my house to this subway, and it was so worth it not only are the subs amazing but I the amazing worker gave me a extra cookie. 10/10 experience

Went on Saturday afternoon at 5:00. The store was very dirty, employees standing around fighting with each other and rude to customers. I won’t go back.

Fast, friendly & best prices I could find. Honest and good people. Highly recommend. Convenient store next door so I can have a drink while I wait.

Closed at 8:20 pm when it was supposed to be open until 9p! The woman behind the counter even saw us and ran to the back.
