I hate to make reviews but as someone who is pregnant and very upset about my experience here I need to let someone above know. The costumer service is terrible here. My husband went to pick up my order and accidentally dropped both sodas on floor, the employees gave him a hard time saying he did it on purpose. Imagine being in his shoes, he was completely embarrassed and got anxiety, so he got the bottle sodas. They made a big deal and on the phone when I called later she told me he was being rude when that was not the case. But that wasn’t the issue, My pickup order was made incorrect had to drive 20 minutes back to not even get my full refund but for one sandwich. I feel it was a huge waste of my time especially pregnant and not being able to eat what I want. My experience here could have went well if not for the manager girl and sandwich artist lady. I was hung up on and that is the only reason I came back for my refund. It made my day horrible and I hope you train your employees to be more mature when handling upset customers. It is inappropriate to grab merch, slam it around, laugh in their face, and gossip about them right in front of them with other employees. I hope this establishment gets the refresher they need, it doesn’t take much to provide great customer service and let the customer walk out with a smile. GET IT TOGETHER. Also what manager goes to the back (on the phone with GM) with full register wide open and other employee making sandwiches. That’s a big NO NO. I am happy to say your employees have ruined my experience with subway and I know you don’t care but I will not be coming back.

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars or I would. Today I brought my 3 year old granddaughter to this location for lunch. We chose her apple slices and her drink box and stood in line. People were busy making sandwiches and it was around lunchtime, so I assumed maybe they were called in or online orders. We started getting closer to the register and that's when i realized that sandwiches were being made for everyone in line but us. There was an associate filling the condiments, so I asked her if she could assist us since we were overlooked. She proceeded to accuse me of not being in line...seriously??? I've been standing in line the entire time...ask the lady behind me whose sandwiches are being made. It wasn't until I got out of line and returned the juicebox and apple slices back to the refrigerator that another associate offered to make our sandwiches....no thank you. Horrible way to treat customers!!! Corporate was notified, I told them to review their video if they want validation. I'll wait and see how that goes.

Dont go to this Subway. They are skimpy with the veggies and when you want more the give you a SMALL portion. I spent $35 for a skimpy veggie salad(7.34) not even filled to the top, why have a dome lid if your only going to fill up below the line, 2 6-in subs(skimpy on the veggies) and a kids meal. I could spend less money at a grocery store for a bagged salad which is bigger for that price. Also I ordered a kids meal and yes they got bigger but 2 slices of THIN SLICED ham?! What does that mean!! What are those portions/ratios per bread!?!?!?! And then I asked for extra pickles on my kids sandwich and she only added 2 PLUS the 3 slices already added... I would probably spend this amount at another sub spot and get more for my money! And its the same for the 6in subs... thin layers of deli meats and veggies and a thick bread... youll get more bread than anything inside the sub... also beware of the lime & pepper chips they are soggy...

I order from here because it's close to work but always get some sort of attitude from the workers. today, I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, and the email stated it would be ready by 12:25. I got to there at 12:35 because I know they take longer to make it. I see no sandwiches made, so I asked one of the ladies, which she said I'll make it right now. she starts to make it, then turns to me and asks for my ID...hmm, I didn't think I needed clearance to pick up sandwiches, so I didn't think to bring it with me. she then tells me she can't give me the sandwiches because I have no ID. I told her well I have the email confirmation that my sandwiches would be done at 12:25 if that helps, and she was still hesitant to make the sandwiches! this place is ridiculous!

I said to her how long is it going to take she said "1hour or 2" I was like you kidding me right? She's like "does it look like I'm kidding" so rude this girl seem like she didn't like what she was doing very smart ass did not care what she was doing was on her phone charging it and on it then I said to her can I have two cups of water she said "I only have one deal with it" I honestly wanted to punch her on her face bc she was so damn rude! I hope this girl gets fired soon bc the way she seem like she don't even want to work there. If she don't want to work there let other people have a chance they mite be nicer then you." I wish I can give this store a "-100"

My son ordered Subway online for 3 sandwich’s .buy 2 get one free( total 3 )but I got charged twice on that day. My chase bank tried to dispute one of the charge but unable. So I complained to Subway about extra charge on my card but manager at Subway (3807 Fairmount Ave ) refused to dispute the extra charge. I only got 3 sandwiches that day ,but they charged me about $38 . This place is a bad customer service and cheating with extra charge and when you’re complain to their manger , she refused to fix a wrong charge. Who ever order online , need to be careful with Subway Sandwiches for cheating with your money. This place is a Zero ⭐️.

Today I was upset by the bad service I just received in 12/10/23. It makes no sense but I was waiting in line and the lady at the counter said "I'll take the next to people behind you first." I couldn't understand why. I had was waiting in line and was next to be served. I was clearly a paying customer and was next in line. I walked out feeling frustrated. Perhaps there needs to be more training or management needs to have a discussion with their staff about what is considered good customer service and what is not. I have always been a good customer to them. I don't understand.

service always suck but i keep going back.place order postmate for pick my sandwich was not ready even though it said it was waited another 15minute by that time my lunch was over.i open sandwich and everything was wrong orderded oven roasted chicken and they gave me peices of chicken wrong cheese veggies outside sanwich so imagine tryn to open paper to get to sandwich everything was all over the place.worst subway ever. now not going back.i honestly thought about opening sandwich there cause for some reason felt it was gonna be wrong but didnt. wost subway

Young kid making my food was visibly ill coughing and goosebumps on his exposed arms, and asked his supervisor in front of me to take a break because he felt bad and was chilling, she told him no that he could take it later. He wore gloves, but his mask barely made it to his nose and was loose fitting. I opted to throw away the food after leaving the restaurant.

I've been to this location many times before, and I noticed that the new employees there are very slow and lazy well only one of the lady's there. She takes forever to even get the bread like I get it sucks but dammn. Costumer service shouldn't always be perfect but at the same time it can't be lazy. It makes me not wanna go here anymore. Sad.

Apparently large orders are sus now. I wasnt paid enough to decide sandwich fraud when I worked @ Subway so I feel bad for the workers who gotta call you to confirm your order. How did the training go for this script? "We desperately need profit, but we're gonna ask you to call the customer and make them regret buying $30 worth of our product, because clearly no one buys this many sandwiches, ever." Yikes!!!

This subway is always busy during lunch hours, but the service is great. Staff is always accommodating to your large orders and specific menu items. Also, the manager/owner always gives non-profit organizations a good discount for catering events. Nothing special about this Subway, but you know you'll get the same quality as others out there. Minus 1 star for not being to get rewards points at this Subway.

This location is ok… They do lack training in new employees though. One of their new employees gave me a cold chicken in my oven roasted chicken sandwich . I had to reheat in the microwave which sucked but oh well. Today the same girl did not wrap my sandwich correctly because all my topping came out! Not fun trying to eat and everything falling out. They need to do better in training.

This location manually cancels UberEats orders if you try to use any of the promotions that they offer. Be wary. Kind of sad to have to resort to such measures to save $10. Don't run the promotion if you don't intend to honor it, especially after people have given you money towards it.

This place was pretty good. The service was quick and easy. The employees are nice and patient. A good place for some good food. The prices are kind of expensive tho, keep that in mind when you plan to get food here. About $35 in total for two footlongs and a drink.

I have to say that Christian and Shannon are amazing at their jobs!!!! I left satisfied with my food but even more satisfied with the service I received. Not only were they polite but they made me feel welcomed in an unknown city to me. Im from Los Angeles and have never had such a good experience at a Subway. Way to go guys!!!

I ordered a meatball sub excitedly, as I have not had one since I was a kid. The one she made for me was terrible, super dry. There was basically no marinara sauce left in the tub, and the lady working today was too lazy to heat some more up. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Food is always great but when I am ask in Spanish lettuce because I look Hispanic really gets me upset, I was born and raised in San Diego but I speak English first . Unless your employees speak all languages and address each person as far as what they look like then they should speak English first.

I used the app for the first time and found it pretty easy and cool to use. I need to avoid sugar and therefore carbs so I ordered a bowl with avocado and lots of veggies. It was good and felt good to eat healthy. Order was ready promptly and correctly and staff was friendly upon pick up.

Slowest subway experience of my life. Remarkably slow service. If slow service was an Olympic sport this Subway would win gold by a landslide. If you have nothing else to do with your day but four watch sandwich makers have zero urgency in their sandwich making, this is the place to go.

This is the WORST Subway EVER!!! And I really love Subway!!! They don't have any rare roast beef subs, like ALL of them do! I have to order from a Subway from miles away to get a Roast Beef sub!!! While this location is right around the corner from me!!!
