First off, the employees were rude. they were not explaining anything, and expected me to know what everything was. there was no eye contact, the worker was not polite and she did not even try to make it a decent experience. Second off, though it might not be an issue for most, my daughter has ARFID. this means certain foods and textures will trigger her into throwing up. One of her trigger foods is carrot and the worker cross contaminated and got some carrot in my daughters sub. Though this wouldn’t he an issue to most, this caused my daughter to have a breakdown and throw up. If someone had have been allergic and that happened, this worker could face a lawsuit. Though it might be difficult to keep cross contamination from occurring in places like these, i think it should be the bare minimum to ask for.

Firstly, the staff did not care about the quality of the food. In the store there were so many flies and most of them go into the tubs of food that we are supposed to eat. The bad thing about this is that the staff can definitely see the flies going onto the food, but they never swat them away from the food and never protect the food. Secondly, the prices are higher at this subway compared to other subways.

Very disappointing customer service, food preparation and Quality of food. I waited for the lady to stop cleaning the toaster for at least 5-7 mins no apology given. Food was prepared in a rush, the salads are disgusting. Look at the photo. Cucumber and onion at least 5cm thick. I don't think I'll be going back again

The staff here are always so rude I've been twice and I will not be going back again. The cookies the two times I've been are overcooked, When handing myself the cookies yesterday afternoon the staff member aggressively handed myself the products, I believe she was mad at the fact I used a voucher to get the cookies. Definitely avoid this Subway there are much better ones around the area.

stopped going to other subways because this was the best subway. i don’t even live in the area but everytime i go, the food presentation is on point, girls are so nice and welcoming and overall just an amazing experience.

I absolutely love their food and I go there every saturday. Their value bites are a really good price for such a big portion. I usually get the Chipotle Quesadila. I really suggest this place.
