I have been into this Chadstone store maybe 20 times over the last few months to see if the customer service was different, unfortunately it was not. Never greeted, even when walking near the counter in which 2 staff were behind gossiping. Puts me off buying any items as I usually walk right out with frustration at the lack of customer service, being in retail myself i know what service I would like from staff. I always end up very dissapointed, greeting and helping people may only be a thing when head office is around...

Amazing service, plenty of clothing items. However these clothes are for quite small people. Wish the store was larger because all the racks are so close together you can barely move around. They always offer a helping hand and even tell you if you've got a top sized completely different to the others!!

Workers were rude and change rooms were not ran efficiently! Change room sheet (door) was opened on me whilst stop getting changed! Worker did not apologise what so ever!

No good on return policy. The staff told me discounted item can’t be returned. But I wasn’t told when purchasing it online. A bad experience.
