I get little time to visit suzy Jackson sq n hv been a regular customer with suzy for many years.the evening lady is always there in the eve with 1more lady(always different) this permanent eve lady- i hv never asked her a single que or no hi or hello even till date, as she rolls her eyes whenever i enter the store or fitting room i do the customer service for her actually or waiting to cash out- nvr askd if i hv the membership nvr gets the details or nt even bothered to say the Google tap doesn't works- worst customer service n so i always buy online for pickup now n stil for 5mins in store she manages to mk u feel unwelcome.last pickup i took in the morning n totally diff scenario(so positive) i took n left i opened it after week or so n some were final sale but i needed size exchange stil i understand n will donate it but 2 top came without tag n looked used 1 was ok with a lil spot so i didn't bothered n other was defective (torn) n eligible for refund exchange i went to store in the eve n she is like no its non refundable/ exchange n treated me so bad( i do nt want to elaborate) i dont care if u guys refund me or not but this bad behaviour/treatment should stop n train people u hire what customer service is.

I am a customer with Suzy long time ago but today I was really disappointed with lady who’s working in the morning shift I went to exchange something and I have the bill and the tags but she told me she is allergic and she has sensitive smell she told me the smoke smell in the shirt she can’t accept the exchange before she asking the manager and the shirt is just for 2 days I bought it was in the car inside the bags my bill was 144$ and just I need the exchange for shirt is 22$ and she gave me bad feeling but the manager she was very nice and she told me is no smell in the shirt.

I shopped for close to 100 dollars here this weekend and wasn’t recommended Suzy Shier Card nor the rebate code by the girls. I learnt about the same from Eastgate Square location today itself, who very kindly guided me through the process even at their closing time. It’s a pity that I couldn’t get the advantage of my payment at Jackson Square location, thanks to the poor customer service!!!

I randomly we t into Suzy Shier to see if I could possibly find a summer top or two. I was greeted by a lovely young girl, who told me they were having their 50% off sale on summer clothes! All staff were VERY helpful & virtuous. And $200.00 later, I got all my summer clothes needed for this year & into next summer! I LOVE this store!

I work in the mall and often come to this location to browse/try-on outfits for work. However, I've noticed that a lot of their clothes on the floor are ripped and have holes in them already. The other day, I tried on a shirt and the entire sleeve nearly ripped off at the seams. It makes me really question the quality!

I went to Suzy shier in the afternoon to look at earrings and the lady who was working there during the afternoon shift was very rude. She had extremely poor customer service. I have not experienced anything like this with any of the other ladies working there before.

I want to thank Sonia the Assistant Manager, and Vicki the Manager for giving me an experience I hope to never forget. The thing about these particular women - is that they go the extra mile. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I just went in to the store with my daughter...the Sales Associate was exceptional!! Mandy found us many different pieces that we missed on our hunt for work clothes. Great service..friendly and did a great job helping us.

Always good sales here and new selections of clothes practically everyday! I never used to shop here and now find I'm going everyday on lunch since i work close by. Staff is also very friendly and helpful

Shop is really clean and organized :) There is always sort of promotion and specially if you are a student and have a SPC, you get 10 percent off in store. However, I feel few staff members are immature.

Alright for clothes , awful for customer service. But to their credit , all suzy shier stores are awful for customer service so just don’t bother
