I was extremely happy with Tony from TLC security. I had a gate that was on an angle against the garage and needed a lock. It was a tricky area and Tony managed to give me a solution with a marine grade number lock from Borg locks which looks great. He had to problem solve and took only a day to have a solution and was very professional and timely. Within almost a week he had worked out a solution, ordered and received the lock and installed this sober don't have to use a Key and didn't have to change anything else. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I called Tony at about 11am asking if he could install a smart lock, he was at my house by 4pm and was straight into it. I had a less common smart lock i needed installed and Tony was able to assess the physical requirements and have the unit installed within 30min. We then spent some time going through the app and Tony remained on site while I configured the lock to ensure all the features were working. I was at my wits end dealing with a jammed door lock 11 pm on a Saturday night when I stumbled across Tony Cook of TLC Security from Airtasker. He got here within 20 minutes and immediately identified the problem (loose screw in inside lock), fixed it up, and even screwed back my door handle on (after I had wrecked it trying to fix the lock in the first place). Super effective work, with great explanation of what was going on. I would highly recommend this service.
