Absolutely disgusting service, what ever you do, do not use this company. They rang me and said a technician would ring me back with a price he said $150 I said no thank you he sent me a message saying he would do it for $100 when he arrived at my house (all on camera) he demanded that I pay $150 which I said that $100 was agreed upon. After him spending most of the time on his phone rather than trying to get the lock off he ruined the door of my $10,000 wine fridge, I will be pursuing this and seeking compensation for destroying my fridge. He left metal shards all over the floor, not providing an invoice or receipt. Absolutely appalling, how this place operates is beyond me.

Managed to open the door but couldn't extract the key. He said he didnt want to risk breaking the glass- but not sure if he tried. I had to call another locksmith to finish the job- the other company did it in 10 minutes. I still had to pay $100 for the call out fee to this technician . I wish i could give a better review, but this is reflective of the work and effort the technician. Would not use this service again.

My daughter was locked out of her unit, called this mob and got stung 550$ for 2 minutes work claiming weekend rates. So I rang and gave similar address and asked for a quote on same type of door. 229$ plus gst, will be taking this further. I’ve rang the locksmith and the company giving them a chance but not heard back . What no reply to my review? Pathetic

The experience of an accidental lockout was made all the better by speedy service, friendly people and reliable pricing quotes. I was genuinely appreciative of the kindness and humour shown in the situation. The door was opened very quickly and the payment service was easy to use! I’d highly recommend this outfit.

My door lock latch broke then I called techmaster , The techmaster Joe was very knowledgeable and smart guy , well equipped, maintained safety policies and explained the things before fix it and didn’t damage the door and very well behaved and of course I recommend others as well.

Phil was absolutely fantastic. He arrived within about 30 mins of my initial call. Myer prices were fair and he offered me his honest opinion on how best to fix my lock issues, which completely made sense to me. I will definitely be calling again if ever I have any issues.

Do not use this company! My partner got locked out of the house, called this place asked for a quote. They said they would call him back in 5 mins and the call out was $29. They didn't, my partner called again and they said they were 20
