This has hands down been the best service that I’ve ever received. I was in a very sticky situations and had called around many others stores as I was after same day delivery but no one agreed to help until a very pleasant voice of Trudy at Tender Petals answered the call. She not only listened patiently but went above and beyond to make the delivery happen the same day inspite of the courier leaving for that day. She took the initiative to organise an arrangement and provided many options to avoid going over budget! The delivery too was organised into he same day and the receiver was super ecstatic to receive the wonderful surprise. I can’t express my satisfaction with the service and would definitely not only recommend them but continue doing business with them from now on! Thank you so much for all your help

Thank you for the two beautiful arrangements prepared for a funeral today - one was a spray, the other a wreath - they were both truly beautiful, fresh and generous arrangements - some florists skimp on quality and volume, but these were really lovely, and so much more than I expected - a fitting tribute to a much loved family member. The team at Tender Petals Florist have always done an amazing job on our floral arrangements, and just when we thought they couldn't do any better, Mary, Manny and the team went above and beyond in helping us choose and design the most beautiful floral tributes for my late mother-in-law's funeral. Ordered a Bouquet for my wife at 10:00am on Monday morning and gave an idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and picked it up mid afternoon. The bouquet was stunning, and really well above what I expected. Excellent flowers and beautifully presented.
