I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and been made to feel like a 2nd class citizen due to the daily importance of taking my medication. They would only accept cash no card therefore I could never get a receipt to prove I paid when they forgot to mark it off when I had already paid and then holding my medication like God over my medication over me supposedly owing $30 when they would not wait for me to pay in a few days after I had been going to this pharmacy for over 9 years!! It was so much better when these unprofessional, uncaring, rude, foul mouthed owners took over. I was going away and I had organised it for months with them, the owner said it was fine for them to give us our medication for the period, until the day before I left they refused to give me the twelve takeaways written on my script from my doctor, causing us to cancel a trip and now have lost thousands of dollars, to this they replied that they didn't holidays so basicallyypu can't either. They ruined our trip on purpose knowing we couldn't go without our medication waiting till the last moment to tell when they had previously given us our medication on numerous times that we went away, all because I had a disagreement with owner months prior about having no receipts for their cash payments for a subsidised medication. My was appalled and said said he has many problems with this chest and my children are now absolutely devastated that they missed out on their trip and going to dance and cheer nationals that my son had qualified for and worked so hard for to achieve. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND TURN ON A DIME.

This used to be a fantastic pharmacy when it was still Discount Drug Store. Since becoming Terry White and under new management, the store and the owner are terrible. The owner herself has falsely accused me of theft, this is the second place in Ashwood to do so which is extremely upsetting as I have been a resident of Ashwood for over 5 years and now can't go to two places for essential items because apparently seeing with their own eyes that i have not stolen anything isn't proof enough. Even when shown on the video that I was not in fact a theif the owner said I cannot attend again or the police so be called, I am absolutely gobsmacked at her putrid behaviour and foul mouth. after being a customer there for the past 5 years, I am extremely disappointed and will be contacting consumer affairs and any other authority possible because I refuse to be labelled a theif

Couldn't recommend these people more, friendly staff and if you are getting a vaccine they are truthful and don't treat you like someone who's concerns don't matter, i was gonna get Pfizer until the guy administering it told me he recommends Moderna because thats what his children have, i went to multiple GP's before hand and was treated like a nobody, for a pharmacist they definitely have the qualities GP's should have and are extremely trust worthy based on the merit of their character, also if you do call them, ask to be put through to the person administering the vaccine because it can be booked out online but they do walk in's if you ask the pharmacist

I’ve never had someone embarrass me so much, in what seemed like a purposeful way in my life. From not only the girl on the floor but the chemist. Loudly talking about what I needed and calling over to me from the other side of the store in front of another customer. Followed by a “lol sorry” when I showed instantly that I was uncomfortable by this. I felt like I could cry by the way they were speaking as if it was a power trip to speak about my medical needs loudly enough for the whole store to hear! I used to go here regularly when it was an independent chemist but since it’s been a Terry white the staff have changed and I they’re not respectful at all.

This chemist is run on the whim of rude and unprofessional staff who discriminate against people they dislike, such as those on the methadone program who are accused of non-payment as they are requested to pay in cash and their record keeping is haphazard, resulting in errors as to payment, after going there for many years. After being accused of not paying when I had proof I did, was denied my dose, which is unheard of, like denying someone insulin who's a diabetic. Never know how you'll be treated, take their moods out on customers. Absolutely unheard of!! For your own sake, DON'T GO THERE

Amazing service, efficient,respectful people who take the time out of their day to ask how you are, amazing to my elderly mother and father phone calls always awnsered. And scripts don't take longer than 5 to ten minutes on a busy day maybe 15 mins. Hardworking, loving ,kind and genuine people. Wouldn't go anywhere else, when I had the covid test and couldn't leave the lovely Christine even dropped my meds off to me at the gate I'm so grateful for their services.

Only a small store but they do hold a lot of stock, although this makes the store abit crowded. Staff are polite and helpful. The only drawback is the staff are usually serving at the counter located at the back of the store, so if you approach the front counter the wait time for a staff member to notice you gets annoying. Parking available directly outside store, with disabled parking and wheelchair accessible entrance.

Poor customer service. I personally do not think I’ll come back to this particular store. This store is pretty tight, so it only has limited choices .There’s many other pharmacies around in the area so if you require any service or have any questions at all, this probably isn’t the ideal one to go to. Also must mention the ladies are very rude and give blunt answer when question .

I urgently needed relief for my hives which no medication was working for me. 1 Hour to close the pharmacist was able to make up a compound formula for me to relief my discomfort when all other chemists were saying 24hours. All the team at Terrywhite go out of their way to find solution to your problem. Best chemist in area. Great deals and prices too. Very grateful

Not so friendly at the prescription counter, but made up for in the lovely service from the assistant working at the front! An awesome chemist that manages to make you feel like you’re welcome with customer service alone - will definitely be returning for any future needs.

I attended to enquire about 2023 flu vaccination quadrivalent strain and COVID-19 vax. Ben was down-to-Earth, friendly and helpful. I also bought some cleanser/moisturiser. The sales assistant was really sweet. Thank you for assisting me to get up-to-date on vaccinations.

Arthur the proprietor is nothing more than helpful. His pharmacist staff Maurice, Joseph, & Pei are also exceptional. All hard working and eager to fulfil scripts quickly. The prices are really good as well. All round exceptional cannot gush enough.
