I dropped into the shop for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon with my quite neglected road bike. I was wanting a last second service before leaving on a flight on the following Friday to compete in the Port Macquarie Half Ironman event. Adam and the team were fantastic. After cleaning and servicing my filthy bike to get it looking like new again, Adam quickly discovered that my back wheel hub had basically disintegrated and the part that I needed was only in Geelong. They arranged to have it express posted with the hope it would arrive by the Thursday. When Australia post failed to deliver by Thursday night Adam worked well into the night, problem solving different options that would enable me to race. Eventually the store even transferred my cluster and tyres onto a borrowed (and better wheel) late Thursday night, enabling me to catch my flight and race in triathlon on the Sunday. Upon returning, I received a message saying that the part had finally arrived and my rebuilt wheel was ready to go enough. I braced for a big bill considering all the work but it was shockingly reasonable. I will absolute be back to have Adam and the team service my bikes again.

Hands down the BEST Bike Shop in Mornington... The Team are nothing short of awesome. With a Son that races Nationals (MTB) at a high level, he has high demands on the performance of his bikes. They are serviced often and before every race by Sealy's. We have tried the other stores but Sealy's are friendlier, quicker turnaround, cheaper and set the bikes up to meet my Son's specs every time. We have purchased many MTB bikes from them and the after sales service is like no other store, they cannot do enough for you. They have helped out with warranties and gone above and beyond supplying a replacement frame from the US. Sealy's also support the young riders by jointly financing the building of a shuttle trailer at Red Hill and sponsor a number of young up and coming local riders. The MTB in Mornington is small but growing and people know thats where you go for your MTB equipment and servicing. keep up the amazing work guys.. Thank you.

un professional company in my opinion.. "True" my back wheel in , when got home home i noticed loose spokes so loose they were making a noise i called the shop they said its fine , took it for a small ride what do you know the spoke had actually come off the wheel . The mechanic/ owner denied it being loose and pre much saying i rode it and i did it when i rang up when i noticed it when i got home ..... they "tuned" my gears, my gears are running just as bad as when i took it in . Also forgot todo my front wheel and it didnt get done . I needed an itemised receipt with prices for each unit. I no joke rang up 7 times too only be emailed one without prices and too be told he cant put prices on the items its just how the sytem is . Only a lump sum .

Disappointed actually, Purchased a BMX rim and asked for it to be laced to my pre purchased hub. Rim cost $109 Spokes and lacing cost $170 2 week turn around - bicycle mechanic talked me into getting it laced through their service provider as they used a machine and it was a quick turn around. First girl rang me quoted $260 and 3 days. She Rang me a week later and confirmed I’d be able to pick it up after the weekend. Next guy rings up 2 days after the weekend and tells me thanks that’ll be $279. I asked my partner to pick it up for my son and they gave her a $15 discount, how generous. Did a bit of a google strictly BMX sells packs of primo spokes for $30 for 20 this means the lacing by a machine cost roughly $120 and two weeks.

Aaron and his team at Sealy’s continue to go beyond what you’d expect from your local bike store. Always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. My children have embraced mountain bike riding due to the encouraging words from management and staff over the years. From beginners through to teens. When bikes and children’s egos have needed some love and attention, Aaron has always been there to help them get back into the seat, after cuts and bruises. We will always choose Sealy's as our preferred Bike Shop because we are welcomed with warm smiles and offered expert advice. We feel part of the Sealy's family.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I purchased a dual suspension mountain bike for my son 12 months ago where i found the price to be cheaper than anywhere else. The service was second to none. Since purchasing, my 12 yr old son has had many a crashes where bike was in need of repair. Once again, the service by Christian, Jamie and all staff was well above my expectations. If you are looking to purchase, get serviced or in need of repair or just solid advice, do not go past this business, they are a cut above the rest. Thankyou to all at the store. Purchased a bike rack here. Received outstanding service from a young ‘Saturday staff’ team member. Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went as far as ensuring the rack fitted to my car. Really outstanding experience. Only area for improvement would be to connect their online and in store environments more effectivley. When I was checking them out before I visited the store, their website experience was fairly average and it didnt give me much information on the products they stocked. Anyway, great job in store and you got the sale and perhaps a few more in the future.

I hadn't been to Sealy's/The Bicycle Co. before, it was the third Mornington bike shop I visited, I'd actually ordered a bike from another shop already and only dropped into Sealy's on the spur of the moment to have a look and compare. They had a comparable bike available however it was more to do with the excellent customer service and product knowledge from Sophie and Aaron that led me to cancel my order from the other store and purchase from here. I'm really happy with the bike and extras I chose with their help and the after-sales service and support has been terrific.

Just had a front mech shifting issue on my bike. The other local bike shop said they couldn't fit it in for three weeks because they were flat out building up bikes for Christmas. However, these guys said "just bring it in and we'll do it between other jobs." I got a call the next morning to pick it up, and when I got there they had not only readjusted the front mech, but also cleaned and greased the shifters, lubed all the cables and trued the back wheel - all for $29 and at their busiest time of the year. That's what I call good service.

Excellent service!!! I did my research on bike mechanics around the peninsula/bayside before deciding to go ahead with one. Took my Giant OCR in to get serviced and the staff member had a cursory look at it and told me what was required and what my options were in terms of servicing/replacing. Everything was explained thoroughly, weren’t pushy nor tried to upsell. The bike was ready to be collected the day after. Super friendly and knowledgable team. Thank you and keep up the great work :).

The Bicycle Comany are the best!!! We brought our bikes into the shop at the beginning of our bicycle tour desperate to get our bikes fixed. You not only ordered a part from another local bike shop and picked it up, when you didn't have the part for my bike, and you were able to make a part we had for my wife's trike work correctly. Thank you all for your help on getting us back on the road again and all the way to Adelaide with no issues (except one flat tyre)

Great LBS. Have been coming here for years and whilst I am an avid bike mechanic I buy heaps of parts (spokes, tyres, bits and pieces) here and highly rate the service and turnaround on orders. Always good to stop in for a bit and chew the fat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keep up the good work!

These guys know how to keep their customers happy. Yesterday I visited with a problem with my old seat post. They had a compatible seat post in stock, the price was good, my bike fixed and ready for the road before I left the shop. I have had great service from this store.

WOW..that is all I can say at the moment. I gave them a tired old bike to service and I am sure they had replaced it with a brand new one when it was picked up today. Fantastic service, great staff (all round) and reasonable prices. Recommend thses guys 150%.

Best service by far anywhere, sealys have kept my race bikes from bmx, road and down hill mtbs running without fault. Always happy to assist me with any questions I have about parts or services, perfect in shop or over the phone advice.

They are an amazing team who do anything and everything they can to fix your bikes. My race BMX's and Downhill bike goes there and they fix everything that needs doing. They are efficient and friendly. They are awesome!!!!!
