Terrible, terrible, terrible bike shop. It's a shame Google mandates a minimum of one star as even one seems generous! Firstly, these chumps quoted me $75 and charged me $275. They didn't update their quote mind you, they just did the work and told me after the fact. Secondly, they threaded one of my cockpit bolts and didn't own up to it. Thirdly, my seat post came loose 30 minutes into my first ride which could have been catastrophic. At no point have they apologised - simply dished out excuse after excuse to try and justify their shotty workmanship and underhanded overcharging. Ordinary bike mechanic who has no idea of the meaning of customer service. He was clearly out of his depth with a high end TT bike. If you want your bike back in one piece - steer clear of this mob.

A long time ago (before COVID) I took my 10 year old Epic (not bought at CF) in for a fork and shock service and explained some niggles with the shock. Paul took the time to ask detailed questions, my weight, riding style etc. A few days later Paul called and explained that the service revealed no issues and that he’d suggest putting a token in my shock for an extra cost of $30. Although I had no idea about these tokens I agree to go ahead. When I picked the bike up Paul offered to remove the token and refund me should I not be happy with the result. Needless to say the token is still in my fork and it has significantly improved my ride. Great advise, great service, just all round good bike shop. .

Purchased a Stumpjumper Evo from the guys a few weeks ago and just had the first service/check done. Marcus helped me with choosing the correct fit and ordering and Paul helped me with the delivery and set up of the bike. The guy were lovely and helpful and didn't even bat an eyelid when I noticed that the pedals installed were not the ones I thought I was getting. I think I described them over the phone incorrectly but Paul happily changed them over to the ones I wanted. First service was nice and quick and they called me as soon as it was done. Overall very happy and would purchase from them again.

I recently had a Body Geometry Bike Fit done by Paul and I must say I was very impressed! I always thought my setup was really good, but after the BG fit I found that I FELT like I had more power on the bike, after a month riding with new setup my power meter CONFIRMED my numbers were higher, very happy with that! I've been back a few more times to see the team and have always been very friendly and helpful, I had a service done and the bike is running like a dream. I'll be going back soon for a new bike purchase, I feel very confident they'll look after me, now and into the future.

Dropped by this store today as I saw it had opened recently. Picked up some spares for my bikes and got chatting to the owner, Paul. He was very helpful. Great shop with a full range of Specialized bikes, full repair workshop, all the accessories you need and a bike fitting section. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Make sure you check out the BKOOL turbo trainer and cycling simulator that they have setup in the shop. Its awesome, especially like how you can select from over 700 ride locations from all over the world. At $799 its a good deal cheaper than other simulators.

Awesome local bike shop. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship and genuine care they have provided in the ongoing service of my high end equipment has been the best I have experienced over more than 10 years of serious cycling. They love bikes and it shows. They have been honest and helpful when purchasing bikes and have often gone the extra mile to deliver service beyond what I expected such as providing a gear chart for my track bike when it was once in for servicing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a total newbie, they took the time to hear my questions and concerns, and offered honest advice about picking up gear to do work myself in future. I went in with a broken spoke and they adjusted my brakes for free without me even mentioning they were an issue - an issue the CycleInn up the road told me wasn't an issue! CycleInn also lost my lights, and made changes to my bike without asking or explaining why. Think they tried it on because I was new to it, gotta be a pro to go there. Go here instead

I was lucky enough to just purchase a Specialized Creo SL from the CyclingFix in Malvern. It is a great bike! Having not regularly cycled since back surgery the assist is helpful, whilst not intrusive. I am still able to tailor a workout that remains demanding for my level. Paul in Malvern was great. The set-up was professional, and the bike is really comfortable. I would highly recommend both the bike, and the Cycling Fix.

These guys are amazing. Ordered a 400+ dollar helmet which this place had at over $50 less than anyone else. Later on that arvo I realised I needed to cancel that order. I called the shop and they immediately understood where I was coming from and retracted the order and returned all my money. Can't ask for more than that, and is another reason why you should try to buy local first. And from the cycling fix for sure.

I would rate them 6 stars if I could! I called Paul Saturday afternoon to line up a bike fit and purchase of a new bike for the following day. I only had a short window of time and Paul opened the shop especially for me on a Sunday and completed a comprehensive bike fit. Nothing was a trouble, we found the perfect bike and a great fit! Thank you, don't hesitate to call these guys, you won't be disappointed!!

My new local! Went in for a BG bike fit with Paul. He was able to correct my otherwise previously wrong set up. Knee and back soreness is now gone. Bike performance has also improved. Shout out as well for my new Bkool trainer I picked up from the cycling fix. Definitely helped to turn otherwise boring indoor training sessions into something far more entertaining. All round great experience - thank you!

Paul recommended the S-works Roubaix as my bike upgrade as I head to 30 years of cycling & triathlon. This is an awesome bicycle and the state of the art technology with e-tap & disc brakes is a quantum leap. I seriously am enjoying the benefits. The frames' in-built suspension is a delight. Paul has done a wonderful bike build, his attention to detail is terrific and overall service is excellent.

Fantastic service. My teenage son is passionate about mountain bikes. The owner and staff really take the time to explain what has been done during a service, give helpful advice about changes and upgrades my son is interested in and offer great value on parts and accessories. They don't talk down to or patronize him - so unique in this sector and very much appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars I would, purchased a pair of shoe off a Facebook ad which didn’t indicate that they were on sale. Received the shoe which were as size to big. Tried to exchange them and was refused. I’ll now click on there ad every time I see it which will cost them heaps over time. Should have just swapped the shoes. You have lost a customer forever.

Got myself a Body geometry fit here and it made such a difference to how comfortable I was on the bike. They take the time to explain and go through what you want out of the bike and the best way to achieve that. Oh and come down for the shop ride if you can. Interesting loops for different abilities and great coffee and eats afterwards.

The guys at The Cycling Fix helped get me my dream bike within 3 weeks from making my first phone call. They have been so friendly, helpful and courteous with their service that I didn’t hesitate to buy a second bike off them. Will definitely be my go to bike shop from now on. Came to The Cycling Fix to purchase a set of ROVAL C38 disc carbon wheels for my bike. Great service from Karina who was approachable and helpful. Staff gave small pointers on fitting/alignment on the new wheels which was much appreciated. Lovely shop for all things Specialized!

We called in to look at a new ebike and Marcus was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though we weren't buying immediately, he was more than happy to help and advise us. When we are ready to buy we will definitely go back to buy from The Cycle Fix.

I bought a pair of Specialized shoes here the other week. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It is rare in this day and age but they took the time to talk to me, understand my riding and fit them correctly. I will definitely be back!

Paul took his time and gave me the best bike fit I’ve ever had. Sat on the Retul sit bone scanner and we changed my seat and my pain instantly went away. Completed a decent 60km ride with zero issues. Highly recommend.

Had a recent experience with buying clothing at The Cycling Fix and they went above and beyond. A very high level of service, extremely fast. There was a manufacturer issue and they solved it within a day.

Awesome shop, staff are all really friendly and willing to help. Had a massage on site with their sports masseuse, who really knew the muscles affected by a cyclist, and got rid of all the tight spots!
