I made an appointment at the Meadowlark medicine shop back when we had to get her Covid shots in order to travel. I had an appointment at the Walmart pharmacy across the street at Meadowlark shopping mall. For some reason in the back of my mind, I thought to myself about making a back up appointment just in case, then cancel the one not needed. When I went to Walmart to get my shot, they said they did not have an appointment for me and would not be able to accommodate me as they were full. After telling them and pleading with them that I was travelling the next day, they refused to do anything for me. Luckily, I had this back up appointment at the Medicine shoppe across the street. My appointment was on time and completed in a timely manner. My results were presented to me in less than half an hour. Service was excellent and I’d highly recommend this Medicine shoppe in Meadowlark.

I moved from Stony Plain to Edmonton in April. I was a valued customer at the Stony Plain medicine shop. I had never gotten such wonderful care from a pharmacy until I changed over to the medicine shop. I knew when I moved I would continue keeping the medicine shop as my pharmacy. Lucky for me there was one in my neighborhood. All the staff are amazing and very efficient. When I had a question about my health you explained to me what was going on. Not only that but you actually cared what I was talking about and helped me find solutions to my concerns. You didn't just say "here take this and this and this" no, you explained what my concern meant, and when suggesting how to fix my concerns, helped me understand why. Why you were making the suggestions and what they would do for me. You also had awesome follow-up. You gave me the best care I ever had. Too bad I now live 6 to 7 hours away. My daughter had a post nasal drip issue a while ago and he prescribed a nasal spray for her which worked great. We had an appointment with her physician last week for the same issue and I mentioned the spray Frankie prescribed before and he looked it up and was so impressed with Frankie’s decision. He said he would not of have thought of it and really wanted her to continue taking it. They offer delivery if you can’t make it. Never have to wait too long either. I started coming here when for weekly injections and have been coming ever since. As someone who hates needles it is one of the only places that makes the experience as painless and easy as possible.
