Staff were so helpful, I have a broken arm at the moment and the staff member went and got me a shopping trolley instead of a basket to use. I was totally blown away. Now that is going above and beyond. Defiantly my favourite discount store.

Unfortunately, the shop assistant decided she could physically go through the contents of my bag and then wanted to argue the point when I told her she was legally unable to do that. Better training of staff needed here.

Can always find a bargain at The Reject Shop just like the 18 rolls of toilet paper I was needing to purchase and couldn't wait until one of the big three supermarkets had them on special

Always pretty good. Wonderful prices. Worth a look each time I go shopping. I can generally get some things here at much less than the supermarkets: depending on what you're looking for.

Sadly, they didn't have what I was looking for (water storage container) but always enjoy having a look through the shop. Staff are friendly & shop is clean & tidy, which is a bonus.
