"The customer service at this shop is absolutely lack luster, had to walk around to find a team member to ask a quick question after walking around I found someone all I said was " excuse me" the older lady with glasses response was meet with complete attitude and annoyance "im busy needing to get a plu for the front" I said okay don't worry and proceed to walk away she then responded with " what the hell" "im busy" I went on to keep having a look around and she came and found me instead of apologising her response was to justify what she was doing and didn't taking any accountability for her disgusting attitude"

The customer service at this shop is absolutely lack luster, had to walk around to find a team member to ask a quick question after walking around I found someone all I said was " excuse me" the older lady with glasses response was meet with complete attitude and annoyance "im busy needing to get a plu for the front" I said okay don't worry and proceed to walk away she then responded with " what the hell" "im busy" I went on to keep having a look around and she came and found me instead of apologising her response was to justify what she was doing and didn't taking any accountability for her disgusting attitude. Either this team member needs further training or needs to fine a job she Is happy in because she's clearly a very unhappy person.
The Reject Shop first opened its doors in 1981 when founders Ron Hall and John Shuster set up shop in the Melbourne suburb of South Yarra. Almost 40 years later, The Reject Shop is a household name with more than 350 locations nationwide, known for providing great value on everyday items. As the next chapter of our story unfolds, we will continue to focus on helping all Australians save money every day. The Reject Shop also ranges high-quality private brands and sells products from some Australia’s most-trusted brands including Cadbury, L’Oreal, Dynamo, Nivea, Pepsi, Finish, Omo, Carmen’s but all with our single purpose in mind…to help all Australian’s save money.
The relatively new male manager shows strain when asked to open a box out back...open a box that is going out anyway as its current catalog ! He said -"are you going to buy it though if i get one out?" (as he could not be bothered). What happened to offering to see an item with pleasure? What happened to basic service that you are meant to do regardless. This manager doesn't do sweet all,let alone go above and beyond.
Literally only reject shop with friendly staff! Made an exchange on a faulty product and the girl was so lovely and understanding. She did the exchange straight away very quickly and apologised for the inconvenience. Very impressed
The store looks a bit small for all the stuff one sees all over. Very difficult to go through if one carries a trolley. The staff is helpful. As we all know, the Reject Shop has good offers. Merry Xmas
Good experience, but I don’t see the point of the catalogue. Is it an electronics store, clothing store or a toy shop? If you’re having multiple sectors, try a bigger store like big W or something
Thought the new shop was disorganised and disappointing. Hard to find things that I wanted to look at. Even Christmas Decorations were hard to peruse comfortably.
So many great little INEXPENSIVE buys hear. I find the merchandise of satisfactory quality, I always leave happy with my products
Fantastic shop they have amazing containers for crafters. 6 ten litre containers for $24 so great to help people get organized.
Only 4 stars today as I couldn't get any birthday cards, they are very short on stock unfortunately as the cards are fantastic
