Recently needed a new lock installed for the house. Five Star provided prompt advice on options and costings. Prices are competitive. On the day of installation, locksmith by the name of David came out to install the lock and you can tell he's very professional and loves the work. Gave us a full run down and tips on the new passcode/fob lock. It is great to see a company which provides good service from start to finish. Definitely recommend them.

I have lost keys to my apartment and called Five star locksmiths to come and open my door and re key couple of the locks. I found the locksmith to be very helpful, very professional and nothing was a hassle. The price was great too. 5 Star Locksmiths helped me get back into my car when I locked the keys in it. They had me back on the road in no time. I was very happy with the price too. I phone up on Monday asking for somebody to fix at my lock. They sent someone out on Tuesday morning (excellent timing for me)./ Service person was prompt and called before arriving. They did a very thorough job which fixed the problem. The service cost was appropriate.

The two staff members I spoke to on the phone on different days were very polite and the technician who came out was on time, persistent in trying to find a solution and polite as well - we really appreciated his work. We would happily use Five Star again.

Great service - highly recommended. I needed a couple of locked changed - the tech showed up on time, changed the locks and even adjusted one of the door latches to make it fire safe. And charged me exactly what they'd quoted me on the phone.

I was locked out of my home on Monday and called for emergency locksmith service. Someone was supposed to come and resolve the issue within 60 mins. No one turned up even after 3 hours and they dont even answer my calls after that. Pathetic

Thomastown Locksmiths weren't able to help me out with my specific problem, but they were very professional and polite. Their small showroom held a comprehensive range of door locks, padlocks, safes, electronic locks, keys, fobs and more.

These guys live up to the name Five Star. Had all of my locks re keyed today at a great price and now one key opens every lock instead of having to use 4 different ones. Very happy with their service and i highly recommend them.

Don't waste your time. I turned up at their door to have a couple of keys cut. They sent me away saying they were only interested in servicing the trade. Even though their advertising says servicing the public. Lazy people.

Said on there web site 24 hrs rang at 16 min past 5 pm told to ring in office hrs which the site said 12am until11 pm office hrs so don't believe them poor service
