I had a squeak in my seat post so I decided to call up this store, even though I didn’t buy my Trek bike from this store. I spoke to Bradley over the phone and he said to bring it in. He had greased both seat and seat post within 5 minutes and I was good to go. Will definitely take my bike here for a general service!

Brad helped me majorly after buying a faulty 2nd hand bike online. I was quite far from home and he made sure I got a new bike on sale from yourselves at a great price.
