A few months ago I decided to buy a bike and after some investigating my options I had it narrow down to two, the Specialized Sirrus 3 or the Trek FX 3. When I visited Trek in Lakeside Pakenham the staff were amazing and very helpful, when I visited the other bike stores (I wont mention them) that sold the Specialized I was very disappointed, however I could go past the fact that the Specialized was quite a bit cheaper. I continued to visit both stores and at the end i decided to pay quite a few hundred dollars more for the Trek 3 purely on the basis of the professionalism and service offered not by ne but by all the staff at the Pakenham store. This is by far the best bike store that I have ever been to. When I enter I am greeted by all the lovely bikes in the store and the pleasant vibes. Every time I go there all the staff are very helpful and kind, They take their time explaining all the little details of whatever it is that I need. They also price match with a selected number of different stores, And the best part is that whenever I come in and need something done to my bike they do it for free. I had bought a seatpost clamp about a day ago and I went over to there store and one of the workers was very nice and did the job for absolutely free. He also put grease in there to make sure next time i take it out it would be good to go.

The team at Trek have been ace! Lachlan, Wolf, Cam and the rest of the team went out of their way helping to build my TT bike. As a para athlete I needed modifications to the bike and instead of seeing it as a hassle, they took the challenge and made it possible. They've managed to take the big brand of Trek and give it a small town, local bike shop feel! Thanks guys!!

Purchased 2 bikes from these guys back in September, the guys were so helpful and really looked after us, one of the bikes played up a few months down the track and the guys booked it in straight away and fixed it on the spot. Great customer support great service.
