I don't usually leave negative reviews or rate below 3 stars; I simply move on and plan to not revisit. However, this distasteful experience compelled me to share my concerns in hopes that improvements will be made. We were trying to mail some documents to Canada. We lined up and got to a counter where we encountered an operator named Johle. When we asked about postage options, Johle insisted flat rate would cost $40 and directed us to fill a form at the back and to line up again. When I asked about any other options he became impatient and dismissive, condescendingly said it's going to be $40 without providing much more information. He's tone seemed to imply that we were being cheap and were an annoyance. I asked about "First-Class Mail International (Global Forever)" stamps listed on the USPS website as the "most affordable option for sending flats" but again, without answering the question, he raised the volume of his voice (so other people could hear) to note there are people waiting and waved us off to get out of the way. It seemed that he was trying to embarrass us for holding up the line. We filled out the forms and returned to the line, unfortunately reaching Johle's counter again. I asked about a $30 option I had seen listed at the back, he appeared to have no idea what we were talking about but still managed be rude and make it seem like our fault for wasting his time with the question. He proceeded to give us another "To-and-From" sticker to fill out (I guess he forgot the first time) and told us to go to the back and line up again. When we returned with the sticker filled, he simply waved us away, stating he was "occupied" and told us to go to another counter. This marked the third time we had to leave his counter without assistance. We waited again and fortunately, our experience improved when Melissa assisted us at her counter. She kindly greeted and explained the options, confirmed the $30 is indeed the cheapest option and efficiently helped us send our documents. Given the employee's lack of knowledge, poor attitude, and condescending demeanor, I hope USPS prioritizes employee training for better customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If Johle reads this, I hope you to reflect on how your interactions can affect someone's day, either positively or negatively. I hope you opt for the former and strive to improve.

By far the worst post office I've ever visited. Avoid at all costs. Update: 1-30-2021. Back again, they still have not replaced the community mailbox in my neighborhood. The floor manager for this location just showed up at 8:31 am. It's almost 8:40 and still no one is helping anyone get their mail. I have lived a lot of places and this is by far the worst post office I've been too. Update: 2-6-2021. Back once again, still no mailbox in our neighborhood. A front desk worker opened the mail service pickup door and told the man in the front of the line to push the button by the door for service then left. The man in the front of the line pushed the button a couple times and waited. Around 8:45 am he rung it again. Two mail sorters came out cussing and screaming at him to stop ringing the bell. Then they started screaming at a lady in line who asked them to help us out. I have never seen anything like it. The man was trying to explain that the postal employee told him to ring it. Everyone was yelling and the two post office workers were verbally abusive towards him and the other woman in line. At 8:50 am someone finally started getting mail. I really wish I didn't have to deal with this location. Rude, cruel, and abusive towards people just trying to get their mail. Update: 2-13-2021 They installed a new community mailbox in our neighborhood on Tuesday to replace the old one that has been broken. Our mail carrier left a note taped to the front stating that keys can be picked up at this post office location. Today is Saturday, I went in to pick up the keys and mail that they were holding for us. I was told the keys aren't ready yet and they're not sure when they'll have the keys ready despite them leaving a note saying the keys are ready...I about lost it. They had no idea when they would have them ready... Basically I have to continue this hellish routine every Saturday.... I don't know how much longer I can take this.

I've never had such awful mail service until I got stuck with this post office. Over the last year, they've lost wedding invitations, medical documents, and other pieces of mail after I've gotten a delivery preview of the items, and picking up packages is a nightmare. Back in December, I was almost handed the wrong person's certified mail despite the clerk holding my delivery attempt notice with my name and address and me having presented my ID multiple times. Just this week, I've been dealing with a missing package that wasn't delivered due to needing a signature on Tuesday, (though they never rang my video doorbell), was apparently loaded back on the truck before I could pick it up on Wednesday morning after a 45-minute wait behind only 4 other people, and is now missing after trying to schedule a redelivery on Thursday. Other problems raised about trouble getting mail keys, broken-in mailboxes, and slow staff are true, and I've heard every frustration story while stuck waiting in line. Oh, and it looked like the postmaster was there the day I was in. He looked like he cared as little as everyone else as he sent someone doing busywork at the counter off to some kind of training at another location and didn't even look at the line that was 10 people long after my time was wasted trying to pickup a package that wasn't there. It blows my mind how anyone can get away with being so careless about their job without repercussions.

If you want your package to go missing, this is the place to get it delivered by. This is the worst delivering company ever. This is the second time they lose a package that belongs to me. Its 2022 and Amazon and other delivering companies take PICTURES of packages when they deliver it, so WHY USPS CANNOT do the same thing!!? I went and talked to the supervisor Jonas, he said he was the supervisor, all he did was check on his computer that it showed that it was delivered, with no proofs. I asked him to call the driver to get more information as to where it was delivered, description of the house etc. He told me he couldn't do that because he didn't know what driver was assigned to deliver the package. How is he a supervisor and don't know what driver was assigned to deliver the package!!? I filed a claim online and I was told they cannot do anything because it shows it was delivered but yet they do not know whether it was left in front of my door or in the mailbox. If I could give them a negative star, I would. If I could get my mail delivered by someone else other than USPS, I would make those changes happen ASAP. Again, make sure you do not get any packages delivered by USPS if you're trying to save yourself a headache.

Just recently move to Texas. Man I have not found a place that has good service. This Post Office is bar far the worst. So I receive email daily to show me what I should be getting in the mail. I'm currently waiting for a letter from the state. Finally got the important email showing that I should be receiving my letter on 11/5/2022. I go on Monday to post office to pick up my mail due to our mailbox being broken into. Guess what they don't have that mail. But have the mail that I should receive on 11/7/2022. I know because I got the email for 11/7/2022. Then the clerk tells me that sometimes they scan stuff that they don't have. And that's all he had to say. I asked him so where is my mail. He replied with I don't know. Either someone at the Post Office are stealing the mail, Losing mail, or giving people wrong mail. All workers seem to not care. Oh and I have a P.O. Box as well. I recently had some packages delivered to the P.O. Box. And it was sent back to sender. Had to go back and see why. They said oh they forgot to put my name on the P.O. Box. I'm like what the hell. If I'm paying for it better get it correct. It's not hard working at the Post Office. I know.

This place is a joke. Worst post office I’ve ever been to. The stupid line you wait in to pick up mail or get help with other things is always long and the person helping walks off and does something else in between helping people. It’s ridiculous. This place sucks. Also I requested that they hold a package here instead of delivering it to my apartment and they delivered it anyways. Ridiculous waste of time. I wish senders would stop using USPS completely. You can’t even call and talk to someone to get help without going through like 50 menus and waiting on hold for an hour. What a joke. 2 years later I find myself waiting in this ridiculous line to pick up a package. I’ve been here over an hour now and watched at least 15 people come and go. I even told them the color (bright orange) of the package. I can’t believe nothing has been done in 2 years to streamline this process. I’m literally wasting my life waiting for a package because our postal service is so unorganized.

  • Alison Kluber

Was suppose to get a call back on mon 24.They gave us keys to someone else locker. I had a package delivered that I was unaware of. I went to check the next day because a different package had been delivered. And got rude "do you mind" note although the second package proves it wasn't an inconvenience. Then we went on out of town. 4 days after that another note saying I have 10 days to pick up my mail but when my spouse when to pick up PER REQUEST. Nothing was there. Dude didn't even follow through with his own speedy expectations that he's getting paid for. We were expecting to get a license in the mail this week. Without is we are unable to undergo a new rental application. These people don't care. They are even rude in office when your not even bothering them(my 5 yea old wanted to look at the cards and he was trying to tell us we couldn't be there when spouse was holding our spot in line)

This post office is usually very busy all hours of operation and the parking is limited. Brought about by local neighborhood thieves, vandalism of community mail boxes and slow supply chain options for replacement, the lines have become increasingly lengthy, customers agitated and postal service agents doing their best as emotions increase. They have one very nice bilingual gentleman who is usually very calm, oriented to respond fully and carefully and speedy with mail distribution service at the window. They do have a lot of assorted supplies for purchase and handicap accessible entry. The self service machine to weigh and purchase postage does seem to be in good working order the majority of the week. Come early as they cut off the line 30 to 15 minutes prior to closing time to be able to assist the very long lines and customer questions.

  • Elizabeth Ellis

This post office loses or misdelivers mail so often!!! IF you can get someone in charge to talk to you they'll tell you that "they have new staff and that the old postal worker that messed it up before is gone" but the problem KEEPS HAPPENING with incredible regularity, I don't want postal workers to lose their jobs I want them to be trained correctly and be given enough time to do their job with accuracy. In the 6 years I have lived in the service route of this post office they have lost countless of my packages, not to mention I don't send mail out with them anymore - I literally have to drive to another neighborhood and drop it off at their post office to make sure my mail goes out and gets where it's going. Legitimately the next time I move a major factor on where I end up will be if it is serviced by this post office.

  • Larsen Vallecillo

This is a post office, and post offices aren't known for having the most amazing service, and that's the reason why there's such low ratings here - people just complain. This one is pretty busy, and I'm sure people who got a rude experience from the post office have just encountered the staff being overworked and short-tempered. I highly recommend you try to get your packages redelivered or something instead of trying to pick your packages or mail up here. There's always a really long line for that. For shipping packages, this post office isn't that bad. There's usually several people waiting in line, but it goes pretty quickly. And that's what I've been using this post office for. The postal workers try their best, but still because of the amount of work they have to do, they can't please everyone.

  • Erik B

Passed by today to pick up a couple of packages. I recently relocated to a new apartment all my mail and receiving without an issue and all my packages from everyone and everywhere except from USPS are going into my Amazon locker. Everything is working fine. I come today to verify what's going on while all my packages marked vacant and I get this rude woman basically yell at me in front of everybody because" I am calling her a liar" I have all the emails from all the packages I've had to pick up in my Amazon locker which she says I am not registered in. The nice older gentleman that assisted me did try to excuse her and figure out a resolution for me. However, there wasn't much he could do. I ask for the lady's (mailman) name. He appeared to be intimidated by her and did not share it

  • TheroneShellman Media

I've utilized this post office about 8-10 times within two years and have never ran into any issues with waiting longer than necessary, or poor customer service. This is one of post offices which does get busy at times because, they also provide passport services. As soon as you enter there's an area with a self service kiosk which is very helpful. I've used it a few times with packages which just need postage, but the kiosk also does priority and express postage shipping as well. I've seen many of the reviews which had to do with wait times. Unless one is in need of passport services, purchasing material and stamps or dropping off, the self service kiosk provides most other shipping services.

  • Jacquelyn Williams

Marilyn was very unprofessional, she kept talking over me and wouldn’t hear me out when I was trying to ask questions- at one point she tried to walk away mid conversation. When I asked for the manager she demanded that I stood in a corner to wait for him. The manager was nice and understanding for the most part but I honestly wouldn’t recommend going here. It’s not organized and from the other reviews I saw the employees are just not worth dealing with. I luckily was able to establish an appointment at a different location with much better professionalism and accommodations. I’d avoid this place and find another one/especially when dealing with passports.

  • Jay

My mail started being held here about 2 months ago due to my mailbox being broken into. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. Every time I have tried to receive my mail, the post office tells me I don’t have anything, even though I have multiple emails telling me that my items should be there. When I go pick up my mail, the line moves incredibly slowly and it feels like there is no importance placed on customers or speed. When I have attempted to reach out for them to correct this problem, there was no explanation given to me of how they plan to fix this problem. This place doesn’t care about any of their work and it is abundantly obvious

  • David Houl

Waited for an hour and a half to pick up mail/packages since our neighborhood mailboxes were vandalized. There was only 7 people ahead of me, the line did not move! Employees get mad that we need their help. Well if they stood in a line that didn’t move in an hour, they’d be upset too. No urgency at all to help the line get going. I left, because like them, I have a job to get to. The difference is I will provide a service with care. (We are short staffed too) Update: There is a day when there is a super sweet, nice, and attentive lady that works in the pick up section. She gets 10 stars if I can review just her.

  • Cathy

UPDATE: I will be filing a complaint towards my mail person. This is the FIFTH time they misdelivered my packages. I have NEVER experienced this type of debacle until I moved into my new apartment. I hope you will be charged. They delivered my overseas package to another resident's mailbox in the same apartment complex. I am SOL and there's nothing that can be done about it. No repercussions to the mail person giving a free package to the wrong apt. $60 gone all thanks to the mail carrier. Edit: They delivered ANOTHER package to the wrong mailbox. I never experienced this until I moved around here.

  • madeline powers

We have a business cluster mailbox that is owned by USPS. It remains unlocked constantly and the mail stolen. That or it gets broken into. The postal worker has made zero effort to get the tenants their mail. Multiple reports have been filed online with the theft and damage claims over months and nothing is done about it. I would like to get a new box and relocate it which requires the local postmaster to approve. When I call their local number, it rings a few times and says they cannot take my call at this time and hangs up. Literally have one job and cannot do it.

  • Jess Williams

This place is a hellscape. If you're picking up mail here, be prepared to wait up to an hour. Our neighborhood mailbox was vandalized weeks ago. Now I have to drive here (no where near my home) to wait in long lines to pickup my mail, which I need frequently to run my business. To make matters worse, the single person they have in charge of fulfillment of mail pickups takes more than one person at a time. So if the person behind you needs some other services, you'll stand around even longer to wait on their issues as well. What an absolute mess.

  • Rebecca Smith

Trust me if I could give negative stars I would! My mailbox has been BROKEN since December! They have told me they refuse to fix any mailboxes on my street because someone is breaking into the mailboxes! They have lost every single package that goes through this post office! They say it’s delivered but it’s not when you go to find out where it is they tell you it is either in your mailbox or it’s your fault it’s gone! This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to live near. This post office is one of the top 3 reasons I am moving!

  • Rocio Del Sol Penarroche

Worth customer service ever Specially at the mail and package pick up door. They take 45 min and more to assist you; then another hour to give your mail. They also gave me the wrong apartment mails, and that's happened to other customers as well cuz I've seen it happening during my long waits at that specific post office. In top of that, they are rude!!! Like, come on, if you don't like to work with customers, just STOP being that unhappy! Please, just do something else, but don't ruin people days!

  • Taylor S

It has to be illegal to be this inadequate and slow at everything. Every time i hear talks of the government defunding USPS my heart skips a beat. I would vote so quickly on that bill to get it passed. I can walk backwards to my packages' original destination and get it faster. I have to come to this hell on earth each time I get packages because "they don't deliver to doors, only mailboxes". And for those merchants who use USPS to deliver stuff to your customers.....i hope you get a stocking full of coal this year.

  • Donavan Collins

Absolute joke here. My mailbox was broken into and my apt office sat on hold with them for an hour and got nowhere and I am currently on hold for 63 minutes as of right now and absolutely nothing. How can a business let a phone ring for over an hour and not touch it once? Was my mail stolen? How will I get my mail with my box broken? Answers I apparently cant have because they're too "busy" to answer the phone. Worst kind of business practice there is not answering the phone.

  • Seth Martin

USPS changed our community mailboxes without warning and said we have to come into the facility to get new keys. I brought ID & proof of residency and the staff had the audacity to say it was fake and refused service. Now I have to take off work to go down their to get keys since we have time sensitive mail coming. The staff are incompetent and slow af. Came back next day and the line went back to the other side of the building even while people weren't socially distancing.

  • Yenifer Lorenzo

Great service! waited in line about 20 minutes to get my mail box key. (Got them from the same window no long ago) I get there and they tell me go to the next window. A window where there is nobody tending to, and no just that there is a long line in there too. I got a bad knee but that's not your problem, you problem is that you have people going back and for in between windows and nobody is capable of helping them. I wished the mailbox hadn't been changed.

  • M S

There is no one at the counter and there are two agents to help there. This queue to pick up package, inquiry and everything is one mile long. It’s unbelievably unfair. I am here to inform them about missing mail. I had to be here because of their error and now I have to wait for an hour. Ratings were so bad, I was worried coming in here. They were not untrue. No one seems to care about ratings or customer issues. But they want pay, benefits etc. I am aghast.

  • Christian Duckett

They are constantly lying about packages being delivered. For example today one package could not be delivered because the business was closed at 9:41am, umm this is my home (apartment) not a business and yes the address is correct with the correct apartment number. Then at 10:32 they were able to deliver another package to my home ("closed business"). It is a joke to try and call because they do not answer the phone.

  • Y L

I made an appointment for my child under 16 passport, sadly I was missing one thing, the lady (Marilyn) told me if I could get it she could help me later on, sadly it was not possible that same day, I went in again and again Marilyn was super helpful and we were done in less than ten minutes. Super friendly, and her kind words made me feel better. I do recommend this USPS office for your passport needs.

  • Holly Pudwill

USPS lost my package. I missed a call from USPS and called back literally a minute later and have still not been able to connect. I have called 20 times now over the past couple days and no one is answering the phone. Call is disconnected everytime I stay on the line. ***UPDATE. My package just randomly showed up 5 days later!! Still no word from USPS but I guess thats the service they provide....

  • Melissa Shank

Worst case scenario is that you have to actually come to this location to do anything. Please ask your employees not to throw paperwork in people's faces when they're just trying to get keys for their new mailbox. It's not that difficult to have a little common courtesy. Considering this person was training another person, I would assume that this is not going to get better anytime soon.

  • Elizabeth Mason

Post boxes broken into AGAIN they finally broke them bad enough that they can't patch them together again....maybe. I have my app open every time to show them how much mail and packages because I have had them tell me no mail. I showed them the app and made them try again....miraculously the carrier just arrived with it.....SERIOUSLY. plan to wait at least an hour to get your mail

  • Kyle Baer

Long lines, terrible customer service, zero innovation, and upset customers. This is our pathetic government’s attempt to serve its citizens. What’s shocking is that some people want to give more power to our government who can barely run a post office efficiently. If an organization can’t run a post office then we probably don’t want them running hospitals or schools.

  • Travis Ristau

There's a reason this place has low ratings. Showed up 10min before close time, waited in line for 20min just for them to say they won't help anyone else anymore Our neighborhood mailboxes got broke into, it's been over 2 monthes with no new key that they keep saying will ne ready in 1 week. This is forcing us to drive here just to be rejected to even get our mail

  • cole grier

Took mail after it wasn't checked for 1 week(vacation). Went in to pick up and resolve the issue but they're holding my mail on a truck so I can't pick it up(the note in my box after only 5 days no mailbox check said 10 DAYS TO PICK UP) Took my number and said I would get a call. It's been 2 days and nothing. But they did deliver junk bed bath and beyond type mail

  • Sandeep yerramsetti (Sundeep4sandy)

I never had such kind of an experience. I just came here to pick up a package, I have been in line for about an 1hr and 30 mins. If the people in line were to race with Snails , tortoise and sloths , those would move faster than us. If USPS doesn't think of a better way to service, I think they gonna become obsolete. I will never use USPS again for pick up.

  • Zak Benear

Unhelpful front desk staff. Couldn't even confirm my package was set for pickup, didn't listen properly to my issue. Refused to check in the back to see if they'll do another scan for packages for pickup. Kept complaining to me that they had terrible tracking methods for their packages. Sounds more like a them problem, my orders shouldn't suffer for it.

  • Eva Martinez

Awful. Obese Filipina clerk with glasses is spectacularly rude. I watched her stare at a customer like they were a bug or trash without bothering to speak, then let out a big sigh and started talking to her co worker. Didn’t bother to even ask what they needed or acknowledging them. Not sure what her problem is. Ariel and Ambrosia were great though.

  • Andrew Marvin

Go early for the walk-in passport service. We went at opening on a rainy day to minimize the amount of people there. It went really smoothly and they know exactly what they were doing. I could imagine people having a bad experience going during a busy time when it's a madhouse. Be smart and it will be a pleasant experience.

  • Ashleigh Weaver

Very rude staff. At the mail and package pick up station, I was trying to explain that my apartment complex’s mail room has been broken into and my mail was being delivered here instead. I was immediately cut off mid conversation several times by the rude employee. If you can find another post office in the area, go there.

  • Cass Tebeau

The staff at this post office are phenomenal! They are always kind and helpful and definitely go above and beyond. One of my packages arrived with the address sticker damaged and they took the time to determine it was mine and even called me to let me know it was there. Thank you all for your hard work!

  • Ashwin Goyal

Getting zero, zilch, nada mail from the past several days. USPS says the matter is under investigation but I have received no update from the post office. Sometimes, I have a hard time believing this is 2023 is America where they can't even get a simple thing such as mail right.

  • Elijah Howells

Can't get packages delivered. No matter how small or easy to deliver they are, there's only about a 30% delivery rate on my stuff through this post office. Glasses? Can't deliver. Driver's License? Can't deliver. Christmas card from family? Can't deliver. Absolutely insane.

  • Larry Thompson

I fail to understand the reason for swapping out the mailbox in the drive thru lane. The old one worked fine. The new one does not work. People have to get out of their vehicles to place their mail in it. Please restore the previous mailbox in the drive thru lane.

  • Cody Bennett

I feel for any poor soul that is forced to use this post office. They are slow, unaware of their own policies, and if you ever have to wait in the “mail and package pick up only” line you’re in for a lengthy, unorganized process. This place needs new mgmt.

  • Max Cooper

it’s a post office, it’s gonna be a long wait and understaffed if you have to wait in line. the workers are nice to you if you’re nice to them. they have a self serve kiosk and package drop off which is great and cuts down time if you can go through that

  • Nissi Eneyo

Waited one month to receive my mail box key. Went in weekly to check and they kept forgetting to submit the order. They had me fill out a paper 3 times. Once I asked to speak with the supervisor, my key shows up a few days later. Horrible service.

  • Kyara Guevara

The service is really bad, the people who serve you say when you can't find your mail "that they don't have time to serve you" when you are paying for a service and you also have rights to receive your mail... very bad service! Bad bad

  • John Lundy

Incredibly difficult to get a hold of a person on the phone. Also sometimes they just won't deliver your mail or leave a crate full of multiple peoples mail for anyone to take and time sensitive packages go undelivered.

  • Luke Hedlund

This review is based on my interaction with one exceptional gentleman working the counter. He was helpful, kind, and brought great energy, even at 5pm when he was probably ready to go home. Thank you for the help.

  • Darin Hensley

This has to be the worst post office I ever been to. There is always a line. This is at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday. Don't even think about coming here on the weekend. The line is about 2 hours long on the weekends

  • Tristan Timms

Usually a pretty good place, mail pick door woman is absolutely horrible. The older man that helps out is very welcoming and informative. She might as well be at the DMV with her attitude.

  • Ivan Lipka

Haha, they didn’t want to deliver my amazon order so just marked it as “Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection”…but i have never requested it

  • Craig Preissinger

Constant misdelivery issues. Always extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody when issues arise and when you do there is rarely any resolution or concern shown.

  • Rona Lynn

Thank you Melissa for assisting me in regards with my passport renewal. I appreciate you, your costumer service was beyond my expectation. God bless you guys..

  • Arun999

Be prepared to wait 4 hours to pick up a letter. It is so god awful that it will raise your blood pressure and make you kick a puppy on the way out the door.

  • Lil Zy VeVo

Good luck if your package is in apartments they to lazy to drop it at door they not going to leave a pink slip n they mark it as oversized

  • Maryam Rasti

There is a 50/50 chance that your package will get delivered if you drop it off at this facility. Go to literally any other post office.

  • Pam

Convenient location and easy to park. The postal workers have been nice and informative. Glad its in a location away from heavy traffic.

  • Jen Cash

They are going to need to do something about all the a-holes parking there during business hours walking to the new joint.

  • Patryk Kurek

The package was rescheduled for another day but they didn't deliver it. Had to wait in the line for ages.

  • Ruhinder Singh

Melissa was very sweet and always had a smile :) Thank you Melissa for making my trip to USPS peaceful.
