I made a mistake. I forgot to put the shipping label on the package & when I noticed it, I went back to usps near Lake Creek. I spoke to Annis & a sorter and they encouraged me to go here. Got to this location Mr. Gus was very helpful. He listened to my ERROR. Tried to call Ms. Sharon to try and help, she was gone for the day and then he asked Ms. Linda for advice. This woman was so rude. She said to me, “I am not sure why they sent you here we can’t do nothing for you. I don’t know why other post offices tell people to come here.” She pretty much said my package would end up in Atlanta dead pile and the likelihood of me getting it is slim. I have a video of me packaging the item and pics. Guys, I take ownership of my mistake, it costs nothing to be kind and to be word attacking a customer is not cool. Ms. Linda triggered me to where I was so angry in near tears until I saw Ms. Nicole in passport’s - she echoed Mr. Gus’ advice to call Ms. Sharon. 10.5.23 update: Changed to 5 stars because Ms. Sharon found my package. Mr Gus remembered me, and Ms. Linda was a bit nicer today; not sure if it was because someone of authority was in the area, but also all coworkers said - it was an off an off moment for her and she’s normally nice. 3 stars for Mr Gus, Ms. Nicole and the inventory of boxes available. Please, people in customer service business-be nice. Be patient. I’m calling Ms Sharon in the am

If only i can give ZERO OR NEGATIVE for rating this USPS branch well deserve it. Google should create new NEGA Ratings because USPS created a branch with NEGATIVE service. I hope USPS Head office is checking all reviews so they can terminate all staff here. To All who wants to ship their items on this USPS branch BEWARE they will not deliver!!! Package will sit not for an hour but for MONTHS!!! They love to waste your time to follow up calls, they will not answer. If they answer they are not aware and they cannot do anything about your case. They forgot that they are USPS employee and they do not know they objectives and goals why they are working! They are just there to kill time for their retirement!!! Good luck to all people who will have a stressfull time checking what happen to their packages! This is the best area to get a certified mail and insured for bigger amount, well well welll they will not DELIVER.

Not sure why people constantly complain about no one answering the phone.I called them once to get info on my po box they answered. Called four other times randomly to verify if they would answer and they did. Customer service here is good too. The negative comments on here are for ridiculous reasons. You don't live in Austin but you left a negative comment to mislead other people. Sounds like you had a bad experience or where turned down. You do have the option to put the name of whom you spoke with when you got bad customer service instead of putting the blame on the entire post office... I havent came across anyone bad there yet but better believe if I did this comment would change in a heart beat. You can't trust every comment you come across on Google maps because Sadly there are times when people try to attack others because the workers were just doing there job. And they couldn't get there way.

Paid for priority 2 day mail and my important documents have been sitting in this post office for 3 business days... Never again am I going to send anything that needs to be somewhere on time through USPS. I'd rather pay the premium to another company that I know will more than likely have it there than this negligent organization. I wouldn't mind if this occurrence was rare, but unfortunately it isn't. I've tried calling this office every 20 minutes during business hours over 2 business days and no one picks up. Then I try to get more information from either usps online or even calling their help line and it is a recording that won't give you any more information than a quick "last scan" check. No customer service, pathetic advertising that boasts claims they cannot keep, and a hub like this one in Austin is why they're struggling to maintain funding.

PROS: In the last few years, I have received consistent, efficient, excellent customer service at the Cross Park post office. Also, their staff has remained. There is not much staff turnover, which, to me, is a good sign. It's always clean too. CONS: Sometimes letters are misboxed. The worst was when someone else's INCOME TAX REFUND was placed in my p.o. box by mistake this year. Glad I was given a conscience. I returned it back in the Misboxed Mail slot and highlighted the correct p.o. box. In the PAST, multiple times, purchases never arrived (I called the companies who had records of the shipment arrival) or boxes were partally torn open. That has not happened for TWO years now. Possibly the wrong people dealing with the packages were discovered and fired. So, things, SO FAR, have improved significantly! Thank you.

Linda helped me with a very complicated situation involving multiple forms. Because of her years of experience with the USPS, she knew exactly what to do, and made it really easy. Others at another branch told me the wrong thing, but at this branch, when one person wasn't sure, they pointed me to Linda because they knew she had the experience. I appreciate him referring me to her to make sure I got the right answer, and I really appreciate her for knowing the right thing to do and telling me exactly how to execute it. She also patiently answered all of my questions. She was a REAL help, and she prevented what would have been a major hassle if it had been done incorrectly. This location also has great hours and is well lit. Thank you to the entire team for all you do!

My wife and I needed to get passports and due to the hour restrictions for passports it had to be close to work. We found this place and saw that you have to call to schedule appointments for passports. We call the number and it just rings and rings until it disconnects... call dozens of times over the course of 3 hours... same result. Finally we just go to the post office and since we had filled out all the forms online and had our pictures, they were able to help us without an appointment. When I asked why nobody answered the phone, they said only the supervisor is allowed to answer the phone and the supervisor covers five states is and is never there... The only way to make an appointment is go to there in person, schedule it, then come back...

Two weeks ago, I sent my state tax return (Arkansas) off from the Ft. Hood post office. It was returned to me a week later (I had bought a stamp to put on it). I gave it to the mail carrier, since he hadn't left my block yet. Today, I get MY RETURN BACK!!! I went to the Copperas Cove location and the supervisor determined THE STUPID MACHINE IN AUSTIN WAS PROBABLY READING THE BAR CODES ON BOTH LABELS (the "from" and "to"), which sent my return (that had to go to Austin to be distributed) back to the distribution for Cove. The supervisor suggested blacking out the bar code on the label with my address so it would go through, which I did. Of course, that bar code IS PROBABLY HOW MY STATE TRACKS WHO HAS SENT THEIR TAXES IN!!!

5 STARS FOR RHONDA!!!!! She was a shining light of joy in my otherwise drab day. I have had several negative experiences with our old post office and our old USPS delivery driver that lead us to switch to a new Post Office with a PO box. Rhonda was not only knowledgeable, and helpful, but she was KIND. It's not often that you interact with kind people, that go out of their way to be nice. Rhonda should be a leader at this location. And absolutely should train incoming employees. Her smile and positive attitude was a blessing to my day..and has continued to be so! I'm eager to check my PO Box so I can go say hey to my new friend. THANK YOU RHONDA!!!!!!! GIVE THIS ROCKSTAR A RAISE AND A XMAS BONUS! SHE DESERVES IT!

  • Aquamarine AMETHYST

I went to get help with an international package from a friend, Which said to be hold at office due to the address being incomplete. At this point is unbelievable that they keep doing this, i have received a few packages from same sender years back and there has not been a problem with address whatsoever up until 2 years ago and this time...again..... So I went to the office and the guy at reception didn't even ask for anything to try to help me, he instead dismissed me with "it probably has been sent back to the sender" and told me there was nothing they could... So I sent and email and signed up for package inform delivery.. but it didn't help either

I needed my passport. The ladies at this facility are totally awesome and extremely helpful. They walked me through everything I needed and it was the best experience I have ever had dealing with the government. My post office is on Double Creek drive in Round Rock, and I was hesitant to drive all the way to central east Austin to wait in line for a day - but there were no lines, there was no waiting, there is this awesome facitity with truly friendly people working there - and it was everything I was not expecting!! Thank you USPS and the ladies at the Cross Park facility - you are exceptional!!! I will send all my friends who need passports to you.

I think someone that works here is stealing packages. I have "lost" over $2600 worth of items, 75 packages, in a span of 2 weeks due to this Austin location. I file a claim, get a call from a post master general saying my package is being scanned at this Austin location every day, never being shipped out to the next location, so the tracking just shows "Austin TX In Transit To Next Facility." I call here, and they say they don't have it or they flat out hang up on me. I end up having to refund the buyer, eat the shipping cost, and lose my item. I use to love USPS, but this place is garbage. I will be shipping items with another company from now on.

  • Jason Saunders

I have a package stuck in transit and wanted to know a general day to expect it. It had been in that facility for 5 days past its expected delivery. I attempted to speak with a gentleman but was pulled aside by Bobby who claimed to be a supervisor for the front. Bobby was so rude and nasty making it seem that my concerns weren't warranted for his time I asked to speak with a postmaster concerning his attitude and refused give me any information a told me " don't waste your time on filing a complaint bc all complaints go through me anyways. Hopefully he had a better day and usps sees this and address customers service interactions with him.

  • Adam O'Bara

I have have spent hours calling everyone, driving around to all the offices.. and still I have not found ONE person willing to take up this issue to help find my package or resolve the issue. Today's date is 1/29/2014.. when I do tracking on a Christmas Package here is what is says: Processed through USPS Sort Facility Your item was processed through and left our AUSTIN, TX 78710 facility on December 19, 2013 at 3:04 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. No further information is available for this item. Additional information for this item is stored in files offline.

I had a package supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. Tracking showed the package arrived at this post office on Monday, they get forwarded on to Manor the next day. My box with medical supplies in it sat in the this Austin facility for 5 days. Over 20 calls to this black hole and they would not even answer the phone. A trip down there from Manor was fruitless, they would not even look for my box. Said it would be delivered to me at home. It showed up in Manor on day 6 after arriving at this Austin location. Horrible service, rude people, apathetic and un-apologetic at every level.

  • Tina

This post office deserves an award of excellent customer service and for always answering their phone and assisting the public... Not Don't know why they have a number and the option of appointment only for passports when you can't even get someone to answer the other end! How are we supposed to make appointments if the phone just keeps ringing and eventually shuts off by itself. No point in calling at any point of day.. Morning -nope , afternoon - nope ... Save tax dollars and shut your phone off if you are not going to use it or hire someone to just answer your phone...

We showed up around 8:30on a Thursday night to use the automated kiosk. While we were using the kiosk an employee was gathering packages from all the dropboxes. She was very friendly and helpful. She waited for us to finish labeling and stamping our package. She then put it into a bin that would go out first thing the next morning and guarantee that it would arrive by Saturday. If she wouldn't have waited for us it would have arrived on Monday. Wish we knew her name. Lifesaver for a couple of procrastinators. She deserves a raise and a big award.

Time for another bad review! I shipped an item on February 2, "processed" at this facility on the 4th with a scheduled delivery date of February 6th. It's been "in transit" ever since. I've filed a missing mail report, tried to call both the post office and the main USPS number (40 min hold, I gave up). I'm going to have to refund my customer so I'm out the amount they paid plus my item. Time to switch to Fedex for my shipping- this is unacceptable. My guess is that this particular branch is operated by thieves and/or the laziest workers ever.

  • Quentin Zerr

Had to come here a total of 6 times to just get a new key for my mailbox. Each time a different excuse as to why their key making machines won’t working. The 5th time they promised to call me so I wouldn’t have to come back for nothing. Unsurprisingly, they never called and had to go back hoping they had finally made this new key. In total it took me 3 months just to get a new key I lost. Customer service were if anything confrontational. They were kind enough to get someone to drop off my mail when I really insisted I had something urgent.

  • Matthew Cutter

Due to a simple addressee name error this office rejected two packages and now seems to be holding a third one hostage. I was told the recipient just needed to come in and ask for the supervisor whose office it is being held in. But when she did that, the people at the front desk refused to get the supervisor! And like many other reviews here say, they don't answer their phone. I've called nearly every day for the past three weeks trying to get this sorted out but it just rings for a while and then gives a fast-busy signal.

  • red red

Package was stolen from someone at the post office. It arrived to the 78744 office on Burleson Rd. Initially it was out for delivery and then for no reason was brought to the 78710 office for “pick up”. Then, as per the tracking it was delivered at that office, an “individual” managed to leave the office with my online order. I guess you can walk in there, point at any package, and take it without them confirming any ID. But let’s be honest folks, stop stealing our stuff y’all or call out the person who’s doing it.

  • Diana Solis

The staff here is extremely rude, in a condecending way. I asked for a money order and he immediately responded with, "You know you have to give me an amount, I can't guess it." What an excellent response.. Then when I asked for a stamped envelope he said, "you know how to fill out an envelope right? You need to put the address of both the sender and receiver." Seriously? This is the 2nd and last time I come here because both times I left in close to tears because of that same man. Please get another job.

  • Yura Varvynets

It was one of most disappointing customer support and service I have ever received. My express 2 days envelop for ~$30 was finally delivered, but I get this information from organization where it was sent in one month, because USPS could not provide this information. I paid for service, but instead of basic service I receive uncertainty, long waits on a call queue to customer service, and just guesses where my envelop is. This review is related not just to this specific USPS store but to USPS in general.

  • Mike Nepo

These guys had the firearm being sent to my FFL for almost 2 weeks, and "resolved" 2 different investigations with zero tracking information updated or contact to me. Just "in transit" for 13 days. I had to threaten calling the Postal Inspectors and ATF TWICE to get the package to finally be "found" in the distribution facility of my city, who received it while I was on the phone with the third operator. Never did they even scan the damn thing. That's not just lazy, it's criminal, and shameful.

  • Kate Lai

Online tracking indicted that the mail I sent arrived at this office days earlier but hasn't been delivered. Concerned, I called this office and was told unapologetically that if the tracking shows that it arrived in this office it means that they have delivered. They just haven't scanned it. She sounded very annoyed even though it's her office that has done a sloppy job. And from online comments it seems that the office also didn't scan a lot of the mails. What are they charging tracking for?

  • Ellie White

Whenever I go, the wait isn't usually too long if there's any wait at all. Always adequately staffed. I'm a frequent visitor...they let me know if a certain rate will be cheaper without me having to ask. They give my 3 year old stickers or candy every time and don't give me rude looks if she gets a little loud sometimes. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the facility itself is a little unorganized looking at times. But otherwise, I will continue to visit them regularly.

  • Gautam

Good customer service!! I had an international package to ship out and it was done within 2 min. The staff at the counter processed my shipping request in a jiffy. However, I was unable to get through via the phone when I tried calling before visiting. Again, could be possible due to many customer requests inline. I really liked this facility and the way it was maintained inside. Used the most cheapest international shipping option and got my package delivered in 12 days to India.

  • Andrea Benedict

Small business friendly! Shipping 20-50 orders at a time can be challenging at most post offices (long waits, no bins, annoyed staff) but this location was a breeze. Carts were easy to grab and staff gave me tips for an even easier dropoff. A gentleman up front even met me at the door to grab my filled cart. I mean, who leaves a post office thinking “wow, that was a pleasant experience” lol. I’m going to go buy a lottery ticket now and ride this good luck wave as long as I can.

  • J. D.

Ive had two packages now never delivered from Austin distribution center. The package remains “in transit”. One package is 5 months late, my second package is 7 days late. It’s doesn’t take 3 additional days to receive a package from a hub that’s an hour away. It took 2 days for this package to come from a different state. This tells me the packages are being stolen at the Austin hub. This is unfortunate when federal government is being provided right to defunding usps.

  • Prasad Hassan

I found my experience to be disappointing. I found them to be a bit reckless in handling my post. It is a Shame that such stubborn people do not own or take responsibility. They messed up with my local post and sent to Atlanta, then again took seven days; with no reply, with no updation. They Made me run back and forth. I am still struggling to find that post. When I went to this post office, they registered a complaint, and they have told me the manager will call back.

  • azucena estrata

Last week I spoke with the contractor that delivers our mail to complained about 3 mailing boxes that haven been broken for the past month. He stated to have reported the issue several times but the post office don't care and wouldn't fix the problem. I have called the office every Day for the past week and nobody respond at any time. Please pass around the correct number to contact the office. I am calling the number on the website for this postal office.

  • Alberto De Icaza

They told me to drop off a prepaid package on their cart. They never gave me a receipt. Its been a week and it still says they havent received it. I went in person, the teller told me its not their problem, they are backed up and probably havent even scanned it. The manager was not helpful at all, didnt care about the situation and offered no solution. Moral of the story, never ship anything expensive through here, dont trust the tellers, get a receipt.

  • Roel Gonzalez

Worst post office I have ever been to. Only reason I was there was because I work close by. I got there at 5:15pm. Small line. Get to the counter. Need a different package and a pen. The package I needed was right next the guy as well. I get the package and look for a pen in the lobby only to have the main gate closed on me. Horrible customer service. These people need some training. If the post office is closing, I hope this one gets closed first.

  • Kevin Sullivan

I went in to renew my passport today and unexpectedly had one of the best experiences I've ever had at the post office. The person working passports, Nicole, did an amazing job of processing the documents I needed and was amazingly time efficient (appointment started and ended EXACTLY according to schedule). She was very thorough, catching an error I made, and provided great information regarding processing, turnaround time, and delivery.

  • Williams “Mr. Q” Quijano

I have been calling this location directly for hours, but nobody answers. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, on a Monday, but it was not. I opted for them to do no weekend delivery, but they tried delivering it on Saturday irregardless. They don't update their system. So even the day after it was supposed to be delivered, their system still shows that it's being delivered on the day prior. Even though it wasn't delivered.

  • Myself And I

Won't answer their phone. Ever. In two years they've never once answered. A package of my recently deceased father's belongings has gone missing and I can't even get anyone to talk to me. It's impossible for me to go in person with their hours and my work schedule. I'm absolutely disgusted and heartbroken. Also, they constantly deliver my packages to my neighbor with a completely different street address, just because the numbers match.

  • Anaira Rosario

This post office has lost my packages 3 times in 1 year. I have called and no one ever picks up. I have my suspicions that the employees there are THIEVES and steal packages. This post office needs to be audited and thoroughly investigated. I undertand that mail can ocassionally get lost, but this is the 3rd time this has happened and I firmly believe it's a dishonest employee responsible for my missing packages. It's such a shame!

  • Beyond Beaute

Seems like the only time they have more than 1 star are for people that visit them personally. I do not live in Austin to visit them personally. I wish they had the same great customer service for the people that try to call. THEY WON"T ANSWER THE PHONE! My package was supposed to be delivered within 2 days and has been sitting at this post office for 15 days. Get with it and please deliver my package it is time sensitive!

  • Lina Zerep

I visit this location regularly and if I've ever had a problem all I did was politely ask to have it resolved . . . and it was. I wait patiently in line no matter how long and always ask them how their day is going. It's worked for me many times at multiple USPS locations to walk out with a smile and it will for you too. Shout out to Ms.Debra, Yvette, Steve, Gus, Charles, Teron, Conrad and George, I appreciate all of you!

  • Chris Carpenter

Always the same. My packages always just sit here for an extra day for no reason other than just pure laziness. When I see someone has used USPS I always know the chance of getting my package on time is virtually zero. The absolute worst delivery service operating. .. And I would like to add to charge a fee to hold a package at your facility so that I might get it on time and pick it up myself is completely ridiculous.

  • Tawnya Lee

Would also give negative stars if I could. I had a birthday present scheduled to be delivered the day before the birthday. It was processed at their facility on 5/14. It is 5/24 and the tracking on the package is still in a 'processed' status. Tracking also says it was due to be delivered on 5/19. They will NEVER answer the phone when I try to call and I'm convinced someone decided to keep said package for themselves.

  • Zane Garcia

They are great at losing your important documents that were sent express mail. Then they are very unhelpful, and seem annoyed when you try to have them find it. Don't risk it. Use FedEx or ups, these guys will mess your life up! The best they will do is give you a useless 1800 number, that will also get you nowhere. Get it together guys! Ohh yeah, and I've called probably 20 times, not one answer!

  • Adrian Landon Brooks

Your distribution center is a perfect example why the USPS will be no more eventually. Looks at these comments!!! Nobody is making any attempt to resolve anything. The representative I spoke to practically yelled at me for mistakes of the post office. I was so angry I just hung up. I too have a package being held hostage and was told just to file a claim as if it’s for sure already gone (stolen)

  • Amanda Lopez

My packages are always being delivered to another house!!!! I almost lost my husband wedding band because they put it in another persons mailbox. Now I have a package that was delivered and when to retrieve it. AND ITS NOT THERE! I work hard to make the money I make and buy the things I want and it infuriates me that my items turn up missing because someone can't read the street name properly!!!

  • Cheryl Evans

I’ve found (for problem solving), it’s best to go online. There are many options for tracking, finding, getting attention to a late or even lost package online. And it doesn’t require parking or standing in line. Much more efficient way to resolve all delivery concerns. And the Usps system provides automatic updates via email if you select the Text and Email Updates in the tracking section.

  • Ariel Gray

Dropped 300 packages at the business dock on Monday 1/24. Only a handful have updated tracking, the dock person didn't scan the end of day bulk form, and my small business may be done irreparable damage if the packages are never found. Manager was unhelpful. Post master doesn't answer the phone. USPS needs to be restructured or put out of business before it puts small businesses under.

  • Anne-Marie McInnis

The staff at this location as very poor customer centric skills. They lack smiling at customers, they don't thank them, nothing. They made a huge mistake with money order I had requested and I called over and over again to talk to them about this issue and they just don't answer the phone. I am now going to escalate this further and see how it's handled and will post a follow up post.

  • Sway

I agree this post office is awful. I am in the same boat with my package being there for a week now and no answer on the phone no matter what! The Online Tracker is a joke as well, it is still stating that it left the Austin Post Office the 15th.. its the 22nd now and I live in San Marcos which is 30min away. How has it been so long and I have still not received it. Absolutely absurd.

  • Trent Berg

It says right above the entryway to this post office that you can use self-service inside by printing shipping labels. But I go in there and both employees say they don't have the technology to do that there. So why is this sign above the entryway?? Very disappointed with the service and misleading sign. I'm posting the pic right here. This could cost me a sales for my business.

  • Rene Fernandez

No customer service. They would rather have a customer feel dumb than attending to them to make the process quicker and smoother. Part of this job is to attend to customers. If you feel they may need more assistance, then just help them. Pretty simple logic. So next time, dont just WATCH a customer struggle to do something. Just do your job. Like your peer said, "Cmon, Gus!"

  • Matthew Gray

These people are miserable and want nothing more than to take it out on you and your day. The postman wouldn’t give me a piece of tape to close my package and instantly got combative when I questioned the tape right next to him. He was obstinate and the experience was absolutely eye opening. I went 5 miles home to get tape so I could mail my package. These people need help.

  • Shankar Meganatha

Priority Mail is just a waste of time and money. It's a way to scam customers to shell out more money for a package that would have reached first class delivery time or even sooner. Mailed Priority Mail from Austin to Kansas City. It said 2 days but in reality it's 3-4 days. The package spent 2 days in their Austin distribution network. No transparency, no accountability.

  • Mike Parreno

We walked in to ask about our passports, one renewal and two child passports. Nicole was very kind, helpful to us, and helped clear any confusion we had over the passport application process. The place wasn’t busy that day, so we were lucky to have walked in, but she was very efficient. It was also clean and big, and everyone was welcoming others coming into the store.

  • NaChae Sylvain

TERRIBLE...EVERY LOCATION IS THE SAME. Instead of finding solutions to the shipping issues they choose to say they can't. Online tracking system doesn't work. They rarely answer the phone and then have the nerve to say call back. Callback for what? For you not to answer the phone and once again have to go through the redundant process of rescheduling a shipment.

  • Carol Mizelle

I rate this post office as a zero. I've had 3 packages sent to me routed through this facility. The priority mail packages took 5-7 days. Most recently, a package was sent to me 10 days ago and still not received. They never answer their phone so you have no recourse. I called PO's in my area and they have lots of excuses but no solutions. This is ridiculous!

  • Tu Vo

Thank you Conrad! Had a great passport appointment experience with Conrad. He was punctual and helpful and went beyond what I expected. Appointment was at 9AM and he was exactly there at nine. He helped correct a couple of mistakes on the application form in a very pleasant manner. Glad to see we have a few good people we can still count on at USPS.

  • Chandler

My package has apparently left the distribution center 4 times this morning from 3:00am to 7:00am and it’s due today. Hoping it will be manually fixed and won’t continue doing laps on the sorting belt. This is ridiculous to watch it leave the distribution center over and over again all morning on a package that’s supposed to my home today by noon

  • JJ Zolper

The bar is lower when you are comparing USPS locations but the manager was extremely helpful when he came out. Showed me which priority express envelope to use instead. Man at the counter was not rude and worked with me as I tried to get all my materials packaged. Overall a great experience and if I need USPS again I will use this location.

  • Emily K.

This is my local post office, and I love it. It gets busy around lunch time, but the employees are always kind and patient with my shipping questions and some of them know I get really excited when new stamps come out. It's clean and orderly and exactly what you want and expect from a local post office, I look forward to going there.

  • Arnab Bag

Sent some extremely important documents to the Austin TX USCIS office over Priority Mail. This was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Mar. It was reached to Austin Texas itself on 4th Mar morning and then no update for last 6 days. Has been siting there at AUSTIN TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER without any progress. Feeling super frustrated.

I sent a package to Austin. Status shows that it is out for delivery from this USPS location and status didn't change for the last 4 days!!! They can't deliver a package that supposed to be delivered 4 days ago?! Can't reach office by phone. No one is just picking up. USPS online and general services are absolute junk as well.

  • Elizabeth Harmon-Norton

Your guy, Howard, needs to find another source of employment. Aside from being unhelpful, he was downright rude to me. I showed him the directions from the website and he told me I needed to go through the website for assistance. It literally says "go to a post office," he said that if I wanted help I could come back Monday.

  • E P Davis

I visit this cross park post office location at least three times a week. They are very professional, and work efficiently. Most people are always in a hurry...no patience. Yet I see them working for accuracy as well as customer service. This world needs to slow down; I rather have accuracy than to have mistakes.

  • Mohammed Elghoul

This is one of the best post offices out there. They are solid, get their job done and when you ask a question they answer knowledgeably. I've been to many post offices across the country & I drive out of my way to come to this one. Sure it isn't the atmosphere of an ice cream shop, but they are professionals.

  • Petya Vasichkin

They lost my certified mail with important documents that should be delivered in 2 days. After waiting 5 days for a reply they sent me some unclear template answer. All my other emails were ignored and unanswered. I have not received minimum service, I have not received refund, I have not received insurance.

  • Keith Braithwaite

Poor customer service. I know it's covid time, but you can't take money saying a package will be there on time and then when it doesn't get there not offer compensation or even an apology for their mistake. Package has been in facility for 6 days and hasn't moved. Has a tracking number, but can't be found.

  • Rai A

Horrible service!!!-Time sensitive priority food items sitting at this post office for 29 hours before they sent it out and since then says processing with no update or clue where package is as no further scans or updates. Called over 20 times letting it ring until call auto disconnects not one answer.

  • Mercedes Rodriguez

Went to send out a package was greeted well by Nicole. She was delightful, great customer service skilled and knowledgeable of the services provided by the post office. No long wait, well paced service. Thank you kindly for a pleasant post office experience! Great blessings! thank you again Nicole!

  • Dana Benjamin

My "two-day shipping" shipped package has been sitting here for three days now and nobody answers the phone at this location. It's not accessible to me physically so now I have to either contact the vendor I ordered from or find a way to get to this post office to investigate where my package is.

  • Katherine Y

The never answer the phone or call back. The delivery to our neighbor hood is poor; we get each other's mail and tracked packages go MIA once they are indicated delivered. Whoever is the post master of this location needs to step up and fix this place to be average would be great!

  • Michael Saur

Passports by appointment only but they will never answer the phone. You have to go in person to make the appointments and go back for the appointment. Appointment windows are very obscure 2.5 hour blocks. Some staff friendly but most are generally discourteous and unwelcoming.

  • lora pat

Waited 10 minutes in line, left because they didn't seem in too much of hurry. I stopped going to the manor office for the same reason!!! UPDATE! NEW STAFF AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. GREAT Improvement. Now we need to have packages scanned at a decent time

  • JT Kuntzman

I used this post off to ship for the business I work for. Countless packages never get scanned and become lost. Good luck trying to file a report it’s not worth your time. Employees are rude. Overall not a good time. They treat you and your packages with zero respect.

  • CNY review

This is the 2nd time within 30 days I shipped a Priority box to a customer in area code 78710 and both boxes came up missing. The insurance coverage was a joke because I only received about 25% of the value of the contents even though I supplied proof. USPS is a joke.

  • Andrea Williamson

My husband and I went in today to open up a P.O. Box. We witnessed the oldster behind the counter, Gus, being unpleasant to another customer. When he got to us, he was even more rude and sour. It is very clear he hates himself, he hates his life and he hates his job.

  • Nicole Goulding

Horrible service. They never answer the phone and their delivery employees are extremely lazy by claiming they can't get access to my apartment even though the front gate is always open. Almost every package routed through this facility has been delayed for me.

  • Maranda Burhans

Had the nicest worker help me today with mailing a letter out. I rarely mail anything, so was very confused and slightly embarrassed when asking a clarification question. I appreciated her taking the time to answer my question as she prepped it for sorting.

  • sundeep kumar

Worst post office, never responds to the call. Did a priority mail and it should deliver by 02/18/2016 and departed from this store on the same day but this was not delivered as of 02/23/2016. USPS can you please remove this store for your better service.

  • Latoniah Harton

An employee stole my package! Tracking shows that it left this location Friday to get to its destination express next day. Now it is nowhere to be found. I am now filing a claim. By the looks of the reviews something need to happen this place is a joke!

  • David Yi

Front desk staff man was very rude and dismissive. He was supposed to be in nice and kind even the government employee. They have to set up their mind as a service agent to the customer who pay for the services and the products. Very disappointed.

  • Haruko Doerschlag

Nicole is nasty, she was passive aggressive and so rude then I waited to be helped my someone else while she pretended to be super extra nice to the other people she helped. She shouldn’t work with costumer service she should be sorting mail

  • Misti Smith

Well I see they do this to a lot of people... My package has said it "departed Austin" 01/05/2016 for delivery 01/07/2016 - and here we are the 12th and my local post office and Indiana is both stating it is still in Austin - SOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Amanda Nichols

Don.t ever expect them to answer the phone, because they are apparently too incompetent to do that. Seriously, do you people not see all these AWFUL reviews with the SAME problem. PLEASE answer the phone! Like, come on, for real.. ANSWER

  • Luis Venitucci

A package was undelivered to a school at 5:41. You would think they would know that schools are not generally open at 5:41. I tried calling this PO, but the line kept getting disconnected. Not even put on hold. Pretty unprofessional...

  • Mike Weatherl, Jr

often pick up my mail well after 6pm drop deadline if i drop inside lobby. sometimes even stuff dropped after 7 or 730pm. Nobody needs to collect such late mail, but here they do every day, far as i can tell (dozens of occasions 4me)

  • E Recobo

My package was supposed to be delivered last 04/06 and today’s 17th and tracking hasn’t changed. I cannot believe I missed reading all the bad reviews. My package most likely will be lost and stolen from this facility

  • Lacie K

I love how this location is open on Saturdays. I arrived close to noon, and it wasn't packed. The staff was friendly, the location was clean and organized. There were also several parking spots, which is also a huge plus!

  • alyssa oetken

Man I love it when USPS “loses” my package! The investigation I opened was “resolved” while there was no update on the location of my package. Thank you so much USPS for making my life harder than it already is!

  • Reema Malik

I drop around 8,9 boxes every month and they are always fast, efficient. I typically get helped by Gus and he is the best! Today he helped me send around 15 boxes, way faster than FedEx and a lot more pleasant.

  • Fernando Priego

Good experience overall, most of the USPS offices are lame and dirty. This location is huge, it is some type of distribution center or something. I was greeted nicely and the clerk helped me efficiently.

  • Adele Magnani

As everyone said, they don't answer the phone. Workers of this branch, how would you feel if you were trying to locate a package and you couldn't get someone to answer the phone? It's truly unacceptable.

  • Joel Blumen

Best post office ever. Every time they have been very helpful and friendly. Even helped me ship via weight instead of flat rate to save me money. Super helpful, super friendly. Would mail again. :p

  • Andrew Myers

These folks are under appreciated. Today I was helped to renew my passport by Mr. Conrad. I was greeted as soon as I entered, helped throughout the process, and was finished in around 15 min.

  • BLKBO ENT

This is the third time my package is being sent back because of an "incomplete address". I'm so tired of these trifling people. Folks need their packages, and y'all are not doing your jobs.

  • gregalderette

Asked them to mark fragile. It was packed with bubble wrap in all sides. Arrived in a million pieces. I’m done with them. They’re male staff are all unfriendly, the women have been super.

  • rich

I deliver bulk mail all over the states. Been to this one at least 15 times and its easily got the rudest ppl and is the most intentional time wasting postoffice I go to........ …

  • Radosław Wiśniewski

They sent my letter to IRS instead of my lawyer's office because apparently someone have put it in the wrong bin... I paid for priority just to find out it went somewhere else...

  • Steve Rugel

Taking forever to deliver priority mail express from Texas to NY meanwhile from NY to Texas it came as scheduled time was expected, I don’t get it, horrible Texas USPS service!!

  • Vincent Pina

People here are miserable. Just came in to ask a question and get information about a package in transit. Supervisor spoke to me like i was a nucence. Was in there for 5 mins.

  • Joseph Bae

Great and friendly workers. It’s a post office, these guys are government workers and deal with a lot of mail and packages and unruly people and they do a fantastic job
