Very rude stuff , one of the girls came up to us and was like when you finish put everything back on shelfs. And then 5 mins later when i got my cousin a different pants size, the other girl came up to me and was like you have to bring the clothes back when taking more inside the fitting room and we are nice that is why we allowed you to take in more than 6 pices in the first place. She could of said that in more respectful way. Both girls were extremely rude and unprofessional. If We were not very in need of the 4 pices that we bought from there we would have left without buying anything. After that we walked into a diffrent store and big big differences , the stuff in the other store were respectful, smiling and asking if we need a hand with anything. Honestly me and my cousing will never go into the store again and will never recommend to anyone

Went to this store Saturday 19/08 at 4.40pm because i was really in need to exchange a pant I bought, to a different size and both highpoint and airport west staff told cragieburn has got stock. When i went there the ladies were re arranging the shop and the one i spoke looked really annoyed by my question. She went inside a store room to pretend like she’s looking for it and came back in 10 seconds saying sorry we don’t have it and started arranging the shop again. But it clearly seemed a lie she didn’t even have a time to check for it. Shop wasn’t busy at the moment and there was another staff to help outside. 0% customer service attitude.

Check the sale price before you pay. Items marked as reduced but scan at full price. Wouldn't be an issue as most stores would fix the issue. The Craigieburn store however will refuse to honour the sale price. They will only offer a full refund. Too bad if it's an item you really want, you end up paying full price. Asking to speak to a manager is pointless as they refuse to speak with customers. This is false advertising at its finest. Head office and consumer affairs will be contacted about this fraudulent and misleading practice.

The person before me was returning some items and the workers were really rude to her for no reason. Looking at how they treat others reveals a lot about work culture. That’s very immature of them. One of the name tags of the girl said Farah. I would not personally go to this store again based on other rude reviews and I could be that lady in front of me next time. People should not be made to feel uncomfortable when they do nothing wrong. Shame on the people you hire.

Last time I went into this store I felt incredibly uncomfortable, the girls behind the counter were snivelling, whispering and staring, I am a grown woman and haven't felt so close to crying in a store since I was a teen. There was a skirt I really liked and did try on after getting looks from the staff, I thought it looked great on me but didn't even have the confidence to go up and pay so I left it behind and I'm still low key mad about it months later.

Went shopping on Boxing Day and received excellent service from Jennifer. She helped my daughter and I endlessly as we shopped for many different outfits. I was so impressed with the service that I returned later with my other daughter, we again received great, honest assistance. Thanks Jennifer.

The staff was very impatient and rude. At 8.35 she closed off the fitting rooms and said she was closing. I thought shop closes at 9 pm? She also puts the sign "back in 15" quite a number of times I've been passed on different days. Same staff member. Should complain to head office.

I came in to craigieburn valley girl looking for office wear clothes and the girls fatma and ava were such amazing help they went out of there way to help me find something didn’t hesitate to spend time to help me out such amazing girls♥️

Very rude service in the way of asking to see vaccine status even of those who are vaccinted. Wonder how they treat those who are not vaccinated. Very disappointing.

Good clothes, however employees were not aware of their own system and sales, I, myself, a customer, had to tell them what was right.

Falak was really helpful and the whole stire was perfectly orginised. I fellt really good to spend time in the store.
