"I have been trying to find an Email address to ask about my problem privately but I cannot so - here it goes, publicly - I attended a funeral on Wednesday (yesterday) at your Cheltenham address - which was very nice but"
"Though the funeral service went well, follow up service is very poor especially when WD Rose failed to timely register paperwork, causing a delayed death certificate, holding up legal work and adding more grief and stress to the family! Disgusted!"

Really hard to grieve when there is a staff member in the corner on their mobile phone while the service was happening. Can you believe it? Was on the phone texting constantly throughout majority of the service. I thought this was hugely disrespectful. Obviously you're too busy on the phone to see me - I was the person in the back row trying to get your attention. I'm forever looking over in the event you can see me, so I can give you the evil eye so you'd put that phone away. I see you texting under the desk for 3/4 of the duration of the service and putting the phone in and out of your pocket. Sorry the funeral was so boring for you. Also hard to grieve when the staff are coming in and out of the room, opening and closing the door, very distracting and again disrespectful - you are either in the room paying your respects and giving the attention that the family and the dead person deserves, or staying outside the room. Simple. I counted one staff member coming in 3 times, not needed, maybe come in once and leave but 3 times, that's not including the other staff members going in and out. Staff whispering to each other while speeches were on. It's like these people have never conducted a funeral before. Yeah again, you're being so disrespectful. Then there was the person setting up the wake while the ceremony is happening, clanging utensils and plates etc. Why wasn't this done prior to the funeral? So disturbing, I couldn't hear half the speeches because of these distractions. Staff also talking in the corridor. I wouldn't have my funeral here over my dead body! Edit: when I spoke to the manager they just said they will retrain the person. Hope about fire the person
I have been trying to find an Email address to ask about my problem privately but I cannot so - here it goes, publicly - I attended a funeral on Wednesday (yesterday) at your Cheltenham address - which was very nice but.....having spent $100 for flowers - which I know were delivered at 9 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral - I would like to know where they were! If the family had requested No Flowers (I obviously didn't know that) what the heck happened to $100 worth of flowers and why were we not contacted to perhaps collect them? Not happy Jan
Though the funeral service went well, follow up service is very poor especially when WD Rose failed to timely register paperwork, causing a delayed death certificate, holding up legal work and adding more grief and stress to the family! Disgusted!
