It has a Walgreens store, I went to buy a bottle of water to take my medication with, I had my link card and I was stopped and told that Walgreens doesn't take the Link Card. So I had to take my meds dry. I don't see why they don't take it there just because they are downtown Chicago... that's a hustle...

I noticed this location had received low scores on reviews. I went into the pharmacy later in the evening expecting service similar to what as on the review board. I was pleasantly surprised with outstanding assistance and service by the pharmacy tech, (Quan) and Phamacist. Thank you for your service.

COVID shot was scheduled at 5 and they saw me at 535. That's worse than most doctor offices. The pharmacist didn't say sorry and had no visible sign of any urgency or punctuality. Might as just be walk in appointments because I'm not really sure the point of making an appointment here.

Warning, try to avoid getting your prescriptions filled here if possible. Extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone during normal business hours, arcane policies that result in not being able to pick up sent prescriptions, terrible customer service (probably due to poor staffing).

Refills in the Walgreens app always say “action needed call pharmacy”, but it’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they just say oh ok we’ll get the ready. So there wasn’t anything wrong to begin with. It’s very frustrating and happens every time.
