This post will be about the 2 times I have been to this laundromat and 1 story about another person's experience. I will also make a lot of assumptions about the owner and his business. These assumptions are not based on fact as I don't really know the owner. I don't even know his name. The First Time I came to clean some blankets and in the beginning the owner seemed very helpful. I was a little confused when he tried to teach me how to wash my clothes. I went to go check the clothes mid way through the drying cycle and he stopped me and said I shouldn't. I told him some of the blankets dry fast and needed to be removed. He insisted I not interrupt the drying cycle, I refused and he was annoyed. From that point on he would keep asking me when I was going to leave because he needed to close up, which was very weird. He then watched me while I folded my clothes. The Second Time There is a sign that states the sink is only for minor washes, so I went to clean off a makeup stain on my jacket with a brush near by. The owner comes along and says the sink is only for washing your hands. I told him it would only take a few minutes to get the stain off and I would put it in the washing machine. He then said "are you here to wash your clothes or are up to something else". He was aggressive and tried to get a reaction out of me. I calmly asked if he wanted me to leave, he gestured towards the door and said "leave". I walked out and told him to have a good day. Another Person's Experience This individual had a normal time, up until they had to dry there clothes. The clothes were still wet after the drying cycle, so they went to put it in again to dry some more. The owner came along and told them they were not allowed and should dry their clothes at home. Assumptions - The owner only acts up when people dry their clothes. There is something wrong with the dryers that he's trying to hide it - Business is slow and the man has turned bitter and has no clue what good customer service is - Maybe he's a nice guy and I caught him on a bad day, or maybe he has a bad day everyday - He didn't like me and that's why he was all up in my grill - The way he treats his customers has hurt his business and he knows it - He lets his emotions get the best of him - He seeks to irritate the customer and enjoys when they react to his foolish antics Final Thoughts I have too much time on my hands, I shouldn't be writing a review this long for a laundromat. I will be taking my clothes to another laundromat.

The The machines were really great we were able to wash all are blankets. But the owner was very rude first he got annoyed with us because his money machine wasn’t working and we need change and then when we went to go dry her clothes he kept telling us and arguing out with us of how we should be drying our clothes when we told him that no we don’t need help and that we’ve been here before and know that this is how they dry he got upset and started mumbling to himself underneath his breath. Overall not worth the trip to this laundry mat just go down the street and get better customer service plus machines

This place is not nice at all. You pay 6 dollars and then you have to pay money for drying. Imagine 25 c for every 3 minutes . Clothes dry between 40 to 60 minutes. Most laundromat charge for washing and dryers are free. I do not think I am going back again. Owner so rude. He is not friendly. He is always screaming at customers. I didn’t like it. I went there today. I ended up spending a lot. It is not worth it, trust me.

Best place to lose your wallet ... my son lost his wallet here while doing his laundry. My wife called back the next day and the owner found it, when my son picked it up, it had ALL the money still in it .... very honest owner. My son offered him $20 but but he refused it, so my son left the $ on the table and walked out.

I came in with a dozen bags of laundry and was so overwhelmed, the gentleman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. He was like my personal laundry attendant, showed me how to use all the machines. Really great place, clean and taken care of. Will definitely be coming back here!

Had to wash a large comforter that wouldn't fit in our machine at home, so thought I would try this place out. They provide a drop off service, but I wasn't sure how much it would be and thought I would just do it myself the first time

The owner is super amazing! Incredibly friendly! Our dryer broke so we brought 2 weeks of laundry to him this morning. It was all done, folded and perfectly packed up by 4 pm. 10/10 recommend him this place to anyone northside.

Clean and well maintained. With chairs, tables, and a generous selection of magazines. I found it very comfortable and convenient. If they had wifi, it would be the only 5 star laundromat that I've ever heard of.

Nice place, lots of dryers and washers, giant washers only cost 8 dollars for a big load which is very nice, only issue i had was minimal sitting space but would recommend this to anyone.

Not bad.. decent hours and reasonably clean. Only thing is the machines are all a buck more expensive than my normal place and the dryers take longer.

Very clean nice place. I prefer this laundromat over any other in the city. The owner is an awesome friendly guy that really takes care of the place.

One of the worst experience that I had , the guy who was in service was extremely rude and I am not gonna do my laundry in there never again.

The owner is a bit of a grouch. It constantly happens, I’m not willing to take the brunt of it anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The place is very clean, the machines are in good working order, and there's free WiFi. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

so clean, very spacious and rarely busy. the family that owns it is so helpful and maintain the place excellently.

Washing machines don't spin at the end of the cycle. Literally had to ring out my clothes for half an hour!

Suds and duds on a clean scale……lots of room and folding tables. Reasonable prices and machine selection.
