DO NOT GO HERE! I won't step foot in here again. Terrible. Absolutely horrible service, I walked out so disappointed and angry. Went in as it was my mother's birthday, asked if they could help me create a bouquet - did not give me the time of the day and during them making the bouquet of flowers (i had to choose the flowers individually with NO help and when i asked they made me feel stupid), I asked them to put some greenery into the bouquet she said no because she couldn't be bothered to make it again. I am paying for these flowers, the least I can get back is good customer service and a nice bouquet.

Flowers looked nice ontop, as soon as I unwrapped them to put them in a vase I noticed there was leaves the whole way down the stem. All the flowers that where in the middle of the bunch needed to be thrown out. The stem and leaves where rotting and moldy, wish I hadve known the flowers where nearly dead before purchasing. Although in store is absolutely beautiful the customer service is terrible and negative vibes from the worker.

I always have a good experience when I’m here. Really great customer service, such a nice store, you feel good being in there. I also went to them for help with my wedding flowers which I left very last minute and wow I was SO impressed! So reassuring and well priced and I got so many compliments on them. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they were and exactly what I wanted. So grateful.

Very beautiful flowers, with awesome staff who were very friendly and professiona, also helped me wrap a gift without any attitude and was very humble I would recommend this florist not only as itv next to the cemetery but I would shop here for fresh beautiful flowers and Rose And gifts they have any occasion. Price is perfectly reasonable affordable

I absolutely love Westbreen Florist. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Their flowers are always so beautifully arranged, fresh and they are very reasonably priced. I am so pleased that I organised my bridal bouquet through them. Angela created an arrangement even more beautiful than I had imagined!

I have purchased from here many times. They have beautiful fresh assortments and are willing to make bunches/assortment from your chosen flowers. Customer service however is sometimes not the best. It just depends on which florist is there on the day. It's a shame as most of the florists are very helpful.

My daughter and I came in to buy some lillies for my wife/ her mum, and I wasn’t sure if this was a decent florist as I’d never been there or heard of them, but, omg the biggest, most beautiful, and best smelling lillies I’ve ever seen in my life! She absolutely loves them amazing.

My husband has been buying me flowers from Westbreen florist for years, lucky me, and they are without fail phenomenal quality. The bouquets are beautifully put together, the flowers are fresh so they last, they are gorgeously presented, reasonably priced, and the service is fantastic.
