I have tried the food here for quite some time. And I realized I had yet to review the food and services. Good customer service number 1. The food is so great with the generous portion. I ordered a broken rice meal with grilled pork for $16. Flavourful spiced up from the grilled pork make it taste so mouthwatering. Vietnamese coffee is $5, I like the strong coffee flavor and sweet finish as it tastes like what I used to have in Vietnam. Curry Laksa is $14.50 + $1 for laksa soup. It thick curry and coconut flavor, taste creamy but it was so yummy! Hot tea is available here and is free for dine-in. Minimum card payments are $20 and above.

Authentic Vietnamese food plus other Asian dishes. Personally would have preferred the Pho soup to be hotter when first served, but the broth itself was flavourful. There was enough meat, briskets, tendons, beef balls and pho and the price is comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants. My company of friends ordered a variety of other dishes, Vietnamese and non Vietnamese and all looked good and received good reviews. Service was good and relatively fast. Good level of parking up till 7pm. My only grief was the bottle containing the tea, I was clueless as to how to use it, and kept pouring tea all over the table... very nice restaurant, will definitely return.

What a great little gem of a restaurant on west location Deer Park . They have the best raw beef pho in Melbourne ,toilet available and clean I can't believe we can get this quality of Vietnamese and Chinese food in our aerea.100 % recommends variety on the Menu from 01 to 161 offer . We order wonton & pork egg &rice noodles soup,custard apple milkshake,avocado,grilled chicken on steamed rice,broken rice..all yummi❤❤❤❤.. Never never disappoint this place is look like Home...

(Rating: 3.5/5) Food was slow but it was understandable since they were changing their menu at that time. The food is alright but evidently not the best when evaluating it with their price point. Pho broth is lacking in saltines but is rich nonetheless. The basil sauce was very sweet and lacked basil freshness. Their barbeque pork was very nice. The restuarant atmosphere is nice, but the dirtiness of the floor completely ruins it, the tables are very cheap and disleveled. Service was mediocre. Great for a quick pass - by for a quick meal, but not recommend for outstanding taste, or Vietnamese authenticy for that matter.

Food was good. We ordered 2 x Beef Pho-s. Unfortunately the service was not the best. There was no "service with a smile". There was no thank you after I paid. When I went to the cashier's counter, I was just told the price and after I paid, that was it, nothing, only I said thank you. Even as I was walking out the door, the owner/manager didn't even acknowledge me and say "Thank you. Good Bye." Unfortunately this is happening a lot these days. People open their business, spend a lot of money to set it up, but don't have any idea about good customer service.

I used to go here all the time but after the owners changed it's never been the same. I don't come that often anymore but whenever I do come the level of service seems to be dropping off a bit each time. The prices have also gone up but the food doesn't seem to be getting any better. The food seems a bit bland and under seasoned actually. I think at this point I'd rather just go to Alfrieda Street in St Albans.

Soup, Rare Beef Pho

Ate in. Friendly staff. Warm. Busy on a Saturday night. To be expected! Tried the pho. Not amazing, but it filled me up. Great price for the meal. 'Regular' Pho was huge for me! Only problem was that I ordered an ice coffee thinking it might be served in a normal glass cup. Found it was served in a take away cup (like bubble tea). The plastic cup and straw was completely not needed; when I asked how they made it... they made it from scratch the traditional way! Just pour it in a glass cup not a take away. I'm eating in!

I love their noodle soups. I don’t eat beef which makes it tricky to find noodle soups with tasty broths. This place serves a very good selection of chicken based broths for noodle soups. Their sizzling plate of garlic prawns is also very nice. Dishes are featured with lots of fresh veggies which is one of my favourite things about this place. Quantities are not stingy, ingredients are fresh and the place offers a very wide menu. If you are looking for an awesome soupy fix for lunch or dinner, definitely try this place.

Pho is watered down, not much flavour. Very disappointing. Pork & prawn soup with 2 different noodle NO flavour. Ordered seafood "combination" with snowpea. I got fish with a few prawns. No scallops or calamari in dish as on Menu. Not correct, didn't get what I ordered off the menu. Told waiter. The tea is only hot water. No tea in it. Not happy this 3rd time around.

The restaurant selection is okay, it’s small but understandable on why it’s a small business. They take 3937 years to send out one item, I’ve never had to wait so long in my life. Ordered large “special beef noodle soup”. I got x3 sheet of beef strips and half a meat ball for nearly $22. Maybe this is only through delivery and not dine in. Maybe better to go next door to Phat Thuan or Sunshine for better proportion, cheaper price and better taste.

When we first entered restaurant we were greeted very rudely from young girl saying.......do you have booking? no hello or anything. Food was some of the worst chinese/vietnamese I've had in melbourne And to top it off ended up with Food poisoning through the night... that's why I'm leaving a review. Avoid this place!!!

Update: 8/12/2018 restaurant closed due to fire My husband walked past this little gem a couple of days ago and insisted we try this place for lunch. The serving size of the rare beef pho was huge, small was more than enough. Hubby got a regular and his eyes nearly popped out of his head how big it was. Very tasty, calm atmosphere, pleasant staff.

been going here for 4 years now, the best customer service, the quality of the food has always been amazing. It’s truly been my favourite restaurant + the prices aren’t drastically high. Best pho i’ve ever had - portions are big for its price.

Always surprised us with their taste and quality.... they have halal chicken so i always prefer to try their different chicken dishes. Pho is always sooo yumm and hot.... and i love fried ice cream with a touch of coconut flakes 10/10

Love Western Pho! I do a large order (25-30 ppl) every few months and every time, they go above and beyond! Always helpful, always smiling and polite and the food is delicious! Of all the lunches we do at work, Western Pho is always everyone's favourite.

What a great surprise find right here in deer Park. Menu huge. Lovely tastes. Friendly service. Be sure to know what you want and how you want it. Come here quite often. Now after renovations, new and improved selections if thats even possible. Range of dishes is astounding. Great to have you back!

I can’t even count how many times me and my partner have eaten hear. We are in love with their curry laksa. Fried flat noodle with chicken and crispy pork on rice are our other go to dishes. If you come here make sure to try the laksa!

Food average, used to be good. Delivery driver was very rude and obviously didn't think before he decided to make rude and derogatory remarks towards a family members body size, will definitely not order from here again for that purpose, only gave one star because none was no option More

Some of the best Pho I've had, it comes a close second. I had the prawn spring rolls and beef ball pho and it was fantastic. The bowl of pho was huge and I couldn't finish it all, but I wanted to. The service was fast and the prices were good, Can't wait to come back and eat here again.

Got served one of the worst meals I had in my life here. Was serves soup with animal fat and beef intestines/stomach lining. This is not food edible for humans and should not be allowed. Will never eat here again I'm my life.

There was a short black hair in the noodle , clearly not mine because i got blond hair.I mean during this covid time, it is pretty gross when u found a hair in the food.
