I cannot speak highly enough of the team at William Matthews funerals. Our dear mum was taken from us on the evening of 23/12/23, there is never an ideal time to lose a loved one but being at Christmas seemed to add to the pain. Our dad (her husband of 62 years) took this even harder and really needed the service to take place as soon as possible. From our first phone call with Micah which immediately put my mind at ease, this painful process was handled with ease. We then met with Sharon who somehow managed to organise everything for funeral on 4/1/2023. Nothing felt rushed, she organised absolutely everything including, notices, flowers even a wonderful Deacon who suited our needs. She was so efficient yet kind and patient and gave our beloved mum the funeral she deserved. Thank you also to Carey and I’m sure the balance of the team who helped. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and I’m sure dad will be in contact himself.

I would just like to say Cathy and team were amazing and really helped give my dad a truely amazing send off. From the first time I spoke to Cathy I felt at ease at this very difficult time, she was always available and I never felt like I was bothering her. Highly recommend William Mathews funerals.
