During non event periods the carpark is fine, if there is an event on prepare to wait over an hour to exit this car park, the way the lanes are marked and directed makes it extremely chaotic to exit. Might be best to either leave ahead of the rush or what post the event completion, there are a few bars and restaurants about.

Horrific carpark, avoid for major events and use public transport instead. Have waited in line for 1.5hrs since Robbie Williams and haven’t moved an inch. Probably be here a few more hours by the sounds of it. No assistance or staff in sight, poorly made considering it has stadiums surrounding it.

Warning - Prepaid parking doesn't mean there's a spot for you. We turned up for the sporting event at the time we were booked to enter and the parking station was already full (with plenty of cars looking for non-existent spaces). We were told "oh well you can apply for a refund".

Terrible service, I'm a member at world gym and got denied entry. Unacceptable regardless of what event is on. Couldn't go to the gym, instead we were left going around in circles trying to find a car park on the street because they wouldn't allow members in. Disgusting.

Wilson Parking apparently doesn't cater for motorcycles. They expect a bike to take up a whole car space. Pretty ridiculous considering 4 bike can fit into a standard car space. Imagine being a car driver looking for a stop only to find bikes taking up car spots …

I prepaid parking then was charged 30 additional dollars when I left. The guy at the booth told me to go away since he didn't want to deal with it. No contact number or email on the website, have to go through and absurd "query" system. Avoid parking here

Over an hour to exit from lvl2. There has to be a better way than clearing the car park by levels. Let people filter like they do at Olympic stadium. There would be less frustration! Also only allow pre payment on event days so exit can be automatic.

Absolutely the worst place to park. It cannot handle the requirements of events, particularly when multiple events are on at the same time. No event is worth the hassle of sitting in a car park queue not moving for hours on end.

Terrible carpark, designed poorly, incredibly expensive. Waiting 1.5hrs to start moving to leave. Council and police don't help with the terrible traffic conditions after matches and concerts. 30$ entry.

The pre-booking option for event was very useful and took the stress out of knowing where to go. Pricing reasonable. But to GET to the carpark was difficult due to all the traffic in the area.

Last night after the cricket was a nightmare. We didn't get out till after midnight as they wouldn’t open the gates. Only processing 4-5 cars out every minute. Worst experience ever.

We were charged with a $7.09 fee for staying 15 minutes to pick up a City to Surf race bib. Your sign mentions the $7 flat rate, but it is also above a sign that says 3 hours free.

Took an hour to exit carpark after BigBash. Maybe consider a pay flat fee at entry and leave boom gates open at end of match.

We have been waiting half an hour in traffic and have moved 5 metres. There are still four more floors to descend.

Parked there for the Paul McCartney concert. It took us 2 hours to leave after!
