No one can nor park straight they trolley guys drive around using mobile phones, and don't hesitate to pull up behind you as you're trying to reverse. The only good thing is number plate recognition, but it seems it's allowed in the car park to use mobile while driving

I hate Westpoint there parking boom gates are ridiculous they make the vehicles stop for a ticket and then at the exit point place a sign saying no ticket requied upon exit? Which makes havoc some days and there's traffic in the parking area for hrs, sort it out!!!!!!

Layout is logical. Does get busy during peak hours but constantly moving, unless road traffic is also stopped from the road. Enough entries and exits to have a smooth flow inside. Main exits have traffic lights and a roundabout to prevent traffic diversions.

One of if not the worst car parks ever since the closures mid 2018. I mostly try to avoid this car park because it can take anywhere from 30mins to an hour to find parking. The traffic controllers are incompetent and have no idea what they safe doing.

For some reason, pay station doesn't work after 6, but if you park 10 min before 6, they will charge you. Causing huge traffic jam because now everybody needs to use pay station driving out only. Stuck for 45 min at 9 30pm. Seriously?

They charge you $10 with a valid ticket (less than 3 hours) customer service and carpark staff are very rude and wouldn't even listen to you and force you to pay. I stocked in car park for 1 hour. There is nothing such a law here

Only parking here for a maximum of 3 hours. you should not come back to park again if you don't want to be charged the re-starting fee including the previous 3 free hours will be charged to the next parking hours.
