I recently visited Windsor Tenpin with my family and encountered extremely rude customer service from the manager. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we had to wait for over an hour to get a lane. When we politely inquired about the delay, the manager's response was unprofessional and dismissive. Throughout our time at the facility, the manager's attitude remained consistently unpleasant. It seemed as though they were disinterested in assisting customers and more focused on other matters or interactions with colleagues. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience at Windsor Tenpin was tarnished by the manager's poor behavior. I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this facility to be aware of the potential for rude customer service. In light of our negative encounter, I hope that the management of Windsor Tenpin addresses these issues and improves their customer service standards for the benefit of all patrons

Took my two young boys for their first time to go bowling. Was charged $38 for one game. The boys excitement was quickly diminished when we got put on a lane that was malfunctioning multiple times. We spoke with one of the employees about this and instead of being put on a new lane they kept saying they would try and keep fixing it. We tried to be patient but the lane kept playing up. The owner also decided to cram us between two groups despite multiple lanes being open and there being no one else at the venue. The last straw was when my four year old was abused by a teenager in the lane next to us for taking “his” bowling ball from the conveyor belt. My son was excited about bowling. Never again at this venue. Poorly managed.

We held our son’s 6th birthday here (his first party with friends from school) and it was fantastic! Everyone had a great time, the food was more than enough to feed everyone (for the guests and the platters we bought for the adults), the price point was fantastic especially given how expensive things are right now so it meant we were able to throw a really decent party for him and everything was ready to go once we arrived. Didn’t have to do a thing to set up or pack up at the end and our son was so stoked to take home a bowling pin at the end to remember the day. Absolutely would go back again for a casual bowl and if my son has his own way, his 7th birthday too!

No structure or care from the staff weren't concerned at all what I had specifically asked for over 2 conversations I previously had with the manager who wasn't at venue on the day. Was pushed out by tournaments before party was over that no staff cared to inform us of were about to begin. Didn't clear our table and we were handed dirty cutlery to use for the cake. Place looks like it's run by fat hill billy's definitely won't be back. Take your money elsewhere don't book a party here.

Nice clean venue. Friendly staff. Good food. The only issues was balls kept getting stuck and pins occasionally didn't reset and kids or elderly assistant ramps need restoration. Saying all that I will still be back. Was there on the 13/12/23 staff were friendly place was clean. Unfortunately the pin resetting system needs maintenance as some times it seems to have a mind of its own. I can only hope it's fixed soon. Still my favorite place to bowl

Not good at all. More expensive than what was advertised. Bread roll for hotdog was stale & don't upgrade your meals they charge over the top for everything Reply I did ask about the price & was given some story about it not being the correct site & I wanted a can instead of a juice & was charged an extra $3.00 for an upgrade & $4.00 for a coffee. If the site is not right, get rid of it or have something in writing some where people can see.v

We went as a family group of 6 and both lanes had technical problems, so frustrating that we all said lets just go as we had dinner planned at the tavern across the road and it was getting late because of all the holdups. I thought it was a bit pricey at $38 for 2 games. I was going to ask for a refund after all the issues but we did eventually finish, tired and deflated from waiting all the time for the technical problems to be fixed.

The red head woman called kirsten is the most rude person i have ever encountered! She told us to be finished by 2 pm which wouldn't have been and issue but Our lane played up for 15 mins during our session and we finished at 2:04 pm which wasnt good enough for her despite the fact that it wasnt our fault. The toilets are severely outdated/dirty and so is the rest of the place for that matter. The food was also average at best.

What started as a wonderful family outing quickly turned into a negative experience. We were forced to leave our game early after a group of teenagers/young adults in the bay next to ours started swearing loudly and did not wear their masks at all. Management did not handle the situation correctly. We will be submitting a formal complaint and expect a refund for the game we could not finish.

Highly recommend Windsor tenpin bowling, Martina is awesome, so accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable on everything bowling, we can't praise her enough. The Halloween all you can bowl, that Martina organised, was so much fun, a great night out at a reasonable price. Thank you Martina, we love coming to Windsor tenpin bowling, you & the bowling make the place so great

Organised a school excursion at this venue. 145 children with lunch and 2 games of bowling. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with the organisation process. The day ran smoothly and the kids loved the food! I would recommend this venue to others looking to hold a large event, and will definitely be returning with my school.

Went there two days this week with our granddaughter. Great set up and numbers were low so no crowding. The book in was simple and efficient and glad we could wear our own enclosed shoes. Pricing of $32 for four games was very reasonable. A great place for some family fun and we will be back. Lots of parking outside.

2 things when i bowled there, my ball had grease on it several times, the thing was out of the 10 bowlers on the lane, my ball was the only one got grease on it, and as soon as i changed the ball i never saw the grease again.. & we constantly had to reset our lanes as we kept getting only 8 or 9 pins in a rack..

Don't be put off by the outside, this place is fun! Great prices, excellent service, and the food was delicious. I don't think I've ever tasted as good mozzarella sticks and wedges before. Thank you all for a fun Sunday afternoon of all you can bowl between 2 and 4pm!

Great place for fun for people of all types! We have been several times when we're in the area. Clean, a great price and friendly staff. Open at all reasonable times, not commercial and expensive. Would highly recommend, and will go back again and again.

Arranged a work function for 30 players. Each person had two games of bowling and ordered food platters We were impressed with the quality and size of the food players, and the service from the staff. Would highly recommend Windsor ten pin bowl.

A nice, older style, bowling ally. Generally quieter than the AMF/modern style ones. No flashing lights or loud music. One negative is that the disabled toilets are old and small, so they are a little bit hard to use for those with wheelchairs.

This is a alright bowling ally food is good love the awesome arcade games great prices but there are not a lot of bowling balls and some where chipped but I may return but i hope they don’t let me down I will change this review when I go back

Great place. they've got many lanes for bowling so everyone can bowl. good food. great service. only one issue, some lanes get jammed while bowling so you gotta reset them again. but overall its good

Wouldn’t recommend going to Windsor tenpin bowl as the place is poorly managed and lanes are always braking down I’d highly recommend Wetherill park bowl they are well managed and lovely staff there

Its not AMF but you'll have a decent time. The place seems a bit dated, wouldn't hurt to spend some money here. Friday nights are a good time for kids and teenagers lots of fluro and neon.

The Lions Club of Richmond held a social night at Windsor Ten Pin Bowling. The venue was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great night out.

Great fun and nice atmosphere. Staff are caring and helpful. Always a great activity for families. We took three grandchildren and all five of us managed to impress each other.
