I have been a fan of Witchery for nearly 20 years. Today I was really disappointed at the glaring lack of service and customer relations at Witchery Doncaster. I popped into the shop after work today at around 5pm. The usual friendly staff who normally work from 9to 4 pm were not present. I saw new unfriendly faces and might I add; arrogance at its height. I was in the store for close to 10 mins; browsing and not once did I get a staff member approach me to even say 'hello'; unlike the morning staff. There were many opportunities to do so. I was one of 4 customers and eventually just 2. It wasn't like they were busy. Busy talking amongst themselves perhaps. Yet even when one of the older staff with glasses came within inches of me to look at a black jumper, she hardly showed any interest in me. Then the last straw was when a customer walked into the store and this young, arrogant dark haired staffer looked past me and instead greeted this person who'd just walked in and said, 'there's 20% off everything!' I was furious by then and looked in her direction. She must have realised how stupid she sounded and then says to me, 'can I help you with anything!' I decided to then leave the store and said to her, 'thank you for your service'.Hope she was able to read between the lines. How very disappointing. I am a Silver member, have always been served well. I should have flashed my credit cards then perhaps could have had some service. Witchery needs to look at training these young obnoxious girls and even the older one. They are just not worthy of my time and money.

I have shopped at Witchery for several years now and loved their clothes. The staff in all the stores have been really helpful except Doncaster .. I don't know what it it is about this store but the girls are so unhelpful. Almost in cliques! I went in yesterday and was about to buy a beautiful blue blazer ??$300 - I went in to the change rooms to try on .. no one came in to ask if I had the correct size (no one was in the store and there was at least three of them) I went and got another size. I came out and the store assistant didn't ask how did it look/fit or anything... no help. I just left - Really poor service and that's not the first time this has happened. I know that things are weird with COVID but don't treat potential customers like we are dirt! We have money to spend!

I was met with a smile and a woman that knew the Witchery range well. Sam did the most amazing job in putting together a full outfit plus more!! Sam had an eye for what would work with my figure and colours etc things I would never have put together but wow did they work well when I put on what she gave me!! I love the clothes I came home with ordered something online as well. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough I felt a million bucks when I left :) I’m seriously hoping my next shopping experience I have Sam to help me!! 10/10

Went in today in need of serious styling help after having two babies and having no time to shop! Sam helped me find several outfits that made me look and feel good. She showed me multiple ways to wear my new outfits and listened carefully to what I wanted/didn’t want. She was professional, non judgemental and gave me an incredible retail experience. Even my baby loved her! I left feeling amazing and did not have to go shopping anywhere else. Thank you Sam!

The service today was terrible! Staff not helpful at all and bad attitude. To ask customers to get their own stock to take into the fitting rooms and then demand them to place them back on the racks is terrible service! You would think high quality customer service would be a priority after COVID impacts! Won’t be going back

Poorly motivated staff, disinterested in helping customers. Security tags have been left on purchases on two occasions, forcing us to drive back to the store to get them removed. Visited last weekend, staff failing to wear masks.

Poor customer service. Looked like she couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t have my size directed me to David Jones as the computer indicated they had my size or just go online. If I wanted to go online I wouldn’t have gone to the store.

Terrible customer service!! After trying to contact the store by phone for AN HOUR AND A HALF I gave up. Honestly, you can not tell me that every single sales person was run off their feet for an entire hour and a half??

Having been a long-standing loyal customer of Witchery, I had terrible experience at Witchery Doncaster today. The staff were rude, arrogant and unreasonable. Will never go back again.

Not much of a greeting when you enter but when you do get a person to help you they become attentive.
