Went in this afternoon with my 6 months old grandson. A man came into the shop and asked me what I want. I told him I just stepped in and would like to browse first. He then went to the back of the shop. A lady came out and asked me what I want. She appeared very angry. I told her I want to browse a bit more before deciding as there were so many bouquets to choose from. Also I was trying yo get my grandson to look at the flowers. She went to the back of the shop and I could hear them speaking in a foreign language. Then the man came out and told me that there is a charge for browsing. I jokingly asked him if he was kidding and he sternly said no he wasn’t. I cannot believe what I heard and so I left. They were both so rude. I was going to buy my daughter a bouquet of flowers and was deciding what to buy as there were so many to choose from and he said he was going to charge me for browsing! This is unheard of!!!

If I had read the reviews I would have been warned. I walked in and said hello. I said "My friend is not well, do you have a 'Get Well' bunch or something?" This woman did not offer any help. I said "Do you have a vase or anything I can buy?" She said no, but then I noticed all of these vases for sale on the shelf. She then went back to the back of the store. I was prepared to buy $40+ worth of things, then she yelled at me from the back of the store. I said "Excuse me?” thinking maybe she was finally going to offer a suggestion or advice on what I picked out. She then came closer to yell at me saying I was "trying every bunch" and that I was ruining her flowers, which was not true as I was carefully (without her help) trying to decide what looked best. Needless to say I left without anything because of her rude comments and her unhelpful attitude. Maybe (like the other two reviewers) I caught her on a bad day?

I walked in here for the first time today (30.03.22) as I moved to the area around here recently and Iwanted to try and support locaI. After a quick browse I walked out after seeing the poor choice of flowers on offer . Poor selection . Poor examples . Examples of arrangements where the water had not been changed as the water looked green . Plenty of dying flowers . Why would I want to pay good money for wilted old flowers ? This place needs help . Desperately needs a makeover or at least a new makeover for passing trade

I sent my daughter beautiful roses for her birthday They were simply beautiful, long stemmed, red and big as apples.My daughter was delighted. Jack this owner delivered them with one hours notice which was so comforting in this difficult environment. I have use Wonder Flowers and always been pleased.

Do not recommend. Please avoid, if you do not want to spoil someones mood or party. Wilted flowers. My husband bought a bouquet today for my birthday. The seller reassured that’s a fresh one. When I took off the paper to put the flowers in the water, they looked like this.

Very confused about wonder flowers everytime I click on their website it takes me to rouge flowers can someone please tell me if it is the same florist? I want to send flowers to Caulfield and it says wonder flowers is in Caulfield but rouge flowers is in south Yarra.

Great store full of fresh, first class flowers and the owner of 35 years, Jack, clearly knows a great deal about flowers. A friendly fellow and I'll return soon for more flowers
