Delayed for 25 minutes at till They had a special combo on stir fry vegetables, stir fry sauce and noodles At the till they said that the sauce was not the correct one although it was on the shelf with the vegetables and noodles. Furthermore it was the same price as the one on special After looking for the correct sauce and not finding any, the manageress was called She informed us that the sauce was out of stock She brought the promotion leaflet and pointed out the small print - ‘while stocks last ‘ She never apologized for continuing to run the promotion while they were out of stock and was dismissive and defensive She then proceeded to delete the combo that I had bought while the queue got longer and longer behind me It was a a completely unpleasant experience and I won’t be returning to this branch of Woolworths because there are much better ones in Johannesburg

Only visited the food section due to a emergency. Loved woolworths for years but now avoid it as much as possible for the following reasons : 1. Company employment policies 2. Price of the products are sometimes so high that you want to think someone is filming a comedy show 3. Expect a good tasting product at these prices and disappointment just about every single time, don't remove sugar and salt from a product without replacement, and slap a healthy sticker on it, it might be healthier but taste of nothing sometimes even revolting. Please employ some taste testers that love food, not skinny starved health freaks that hate themselves and dislikes anything more tasty than a piece of cardboard and cube of ice

Very disappointed they used to have halaal chicken at the deli, you cannot buy their sandwiches made at the deli as it's not a halaal environment anymore. please be advised. the branch has improved and the customers have left, the beauty and essence of original store has lost its charm! people loved meeting there and chatting to the staff who came to know the customers. Maybe by name and by recognition, i used to buy at this store more than any other store in the shopping centre. it's no longer fun or cost effective to shop where nobody knows you. Even the daily managers price reductions don't draw the pensioners anymore

This is a small but convenient Woolworths. My review is not about this particular branch but wish to mention the following. Whenever I purchase the beef mince there's a very thin piece of paper at the bottom. I think it's designed to stop leakage. In my opinion this paper is not the correct paper to use. It's too thin. Almost like tissue paper, and it almost cannot be seen. Other retail stores use thick visible bottom paper that's easily noticable and removed. Woolworths need to check out their packaging of their beef mince packets. Thank you.

So this woolworths was recently upgraded and it now matches all the other woolworths store vibes that the brand offers. It's bigger it's better it's way awesomer. I mean, it's woolworths after all. The service is great, the assistant took me directly to the fridge because I am quite blind to seeing pastries . I walked past the right fridge quite a few times. Cashiers are quick and friendly. Ofcoarse, if your interested you can indulge in their free samples. A great place to be during lunch. Five stars for this store.

One of my favourite Woolies. I guess because it is not too big and always not packed with people. The queues to the paypoints are never too long or unbearable. The staff are very lovely and I have come to know most of them by name. They are very helpful and thoughtful, and often offer great shopping advice. It was a great decision to extend the store and add the men's clothing section while making the food section bigger.

The store is clean and well stocked. The rotisserie chickens are delicious. The baked goods are fresh daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. The entrance to the store is from the carpark which is very convenient and you get 90 minutes free parking if you scan your till slip at the pay station. The downside is the entrance and exit to Campus Square as the Uber drivers park illegally at the boom blocking the entrance.

Pies and some other items are often out of stock. Also, every time I buy something at Woolworths Campus square there is always a lack of enough cashiers and you always stand in line for a long time whether you are doing your monthly shopping or just picking up a sandwitch. Always just one or two cashiers regardless of how many people stand in line. I don't experience these issues at other Woolworths brances

Will always come back here, they always have what I need and the staff there feels like family now. Big big shoutout to Jeanette she's the best. Also Mr Mthokozisi Majozi, such a gentleman. Not forgetting Lerato and Lesego. Lol forgot others but I'll be sure to get their names next time. Anyway keep up the great work guys, we appreciate the great service.

Range is not consistent. Service is slow. Cold chsin not upheld through the renovation and qualuty of produce is affected. They are trying hard through a long and difficult renovation. I respect that. Review on Dec 2017: Now that the reno is complete the place looks awesome. The service has improved and the range is wider. Great improvement.

Absolutely stale stuff on the shelf..it's pre-packed for a reason..in two days cucumber ,vegetables go off...also the till space is so small ..that other customers start to fight...I had that experience ...I am shocked..only thing that is nice is the snack chocolates..I bought my groceries from there and was disappointed totally..

Excellent service. Regards to the security who was cautious when l wanted to wear stuff that l had bought he gladly showed me the change rooms. He is well mannered and very professional. Wool worths has always impressed me. They put quality before anything else and to some of us, that matters. The quality is crazy nice on both their clothing and their food. Probably one of the best franchise south africa has to offer. All branches I can guarantee will not disappoint. It's Woolworths okay :/

The Woolworths at the Campus Square has everything food wise. The Manager is very helpful and friendly and so are the staff. If you want to do a quick in and out then this Woolworths is great. The Pick &Pay is a different story. Always packed with long queues. Clicks and Mr Price Home, small but efficient

The Woolworths at Campus Square is one of the worts I have been to with shelfs often empty. The main complaint about going here is the parking area. UBER drivers Park anywhere they want, blocking the entrance/exit and causing chaos. Management is aware of the problem but too useless to deal with the issue

There was hardly anything that I needed, which were simple items like lettuce. This is by far one of the worst Woolworths you can ever go to, also, the only place I've been to that does not take samsung pay! Very disappointing and I ended up wasting alot of time and having to withdraw money

Its a very small Woolworths but you can Buy a lot of things here. I love Woolworths icecream, there thick slice brown bread, there carrot cake, juice. There food is really great. I also love to buy my clothing there because of one good reason it last for years and years.

Bad service from so called manager telling me that the shoes aren't in a resellable condition and went to the other Woolworths and was assisted. I did not want to argue since I'm mourning just told him hope he does that to everyone including his friends and family.

I like the renovations that were done to the store. It has great flow and the design of the shop allows you to browse through the store with your eyes quickly to know where to find everything you're looking for and even the things you would like to buy next.

They were so helpful. The lady kept the pants to the side that I asked for whilst at another woolies. She checked to make sure that I was the one who was meant to be collecting them. The store also looks very clean from the clothing to the food department

Renovation to food section has definitely improved shopping experience - I used to avoid this Woolworths like the plague, even though it is close to home, but the rangof fresh goods had improved and the tiles seem quicker than before. Long may it last.

Good product selection, a bit pricey but has a lot of good quality fresh meals, fruit and Veg. Close enough to PnP for more reasonable prices on other products. Remember to validate your ticket after shopping for your 1st hour worth of parking free.

Previously I went there and bought lunch my time was wasted because we kept on arguing about the price of the items I bought. On the shelf they had different prices compared to the one on the till...but after an extended period it was resolved.

Love this woolies. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked. They cater for everything but not a big scale. They do however have limited stock on certain sizes. But their baby section is the most adorable thing I have ever seen.

Most of the people working here are respectful, it is very clean and almost never packed. The food section is amazing, was kinda disappointed that they didn't have more variety when it comes to cake favours, other than that it's great.

Shop assistants is helpful unlike some that look as if they are having pains. Every item is in its place if you cannot find what you looking for you get assistance from the sales people checking whether you are okay.

There’s an employee that works as a cashier in the food section. Her name is Patience. She’s the friendliest & most pleasant staff member you could ever interact with. Her humane service actually made my day today.

Not sure why there are more staff on the floor than at the tills. Super long queues to pay with only 2 cashiers ever. Other staff stand watching and chatting. Always a mission. Do not visit if you're in a hurry.

It is mediocre. Stock is limited and i only use it if i am in a rush. Other woolworth stores( eg Victory park) are so much better. When it was expanded i was very hopeful that it would improve. Alas it hasnt.

It's definitely not for poor people lol. I don't like the fact that they don't do any promotions. They usually have promotions on products that nobody buys. Even their bread (in-house brand) is expensive.

This Centre as a whole has been renovated and it is a pleasure to shop here. This Woolworths is well stocked, clean, excellent service and the lines move quickly even when the store is filled.

This Woolworths is best for the food store, it's convenient to park , run in the store to grab a few items, pay the parking ticket with your Woolworths till slip and head off home.

The selection at this store is really great. The revamp makes alot of sense and i think the space is alot more functional. The reliable standard of Woolworths in a new space.

The clothing range is very limited. I would see more sense in making it a food outlet having people drive to cresta mall for a full woolworths. That makes sense.

Great quality of food but sometimes they take too long to stock up on items that have run out and the line to pay can be quite long with only 2 cashiers working.
