Went to close an account in 2019,paid the outstanding balance in full,the cashier told me to come back in 2 days to confirm,cause payments don't reflect the same day once the account is settled.I went back after 2 days to confirm, she confirmed that it was closed,long story short ,I've been billed nd paying monthly installments for that account.......!

The two ladies who helped me were very friendly and helpful, they even made sure to that I get the size of the shoes I was looking for. The other lady was Lindi and the other she was from other department but she went to the stockroom to chech the size of the kids takkie. I'm so happy to be served by them even at the till they were also friendly

I didnt like how they scrutinised the clothes I'd brought in for exchange until they actually found fault-make up (foundation) smudge....foundation easily washes off and it's common to find an item with foundation smudge at the shops. And the ladies pointed out that they almost didn't accept the exchange of garments because of that stain...

It's very nice and clean, the store has a very nice smell, and it has that Premium feeling.

It's much better to park near entrance 1, since there isn't any chaos, it's much quieter. And there's a lot parking space and it's safe.

I don't like how customers are treated at this branch. They always make the door siren ring when they suspect that you have stolen something...their assumption is based on how you are dressed and look. They are doing it to so many people and always come ulout with nothing because the customers are honest. Its sickening

Excellent service from both the tellers and a manager. The previous 2 weeks, I had left my bank card after paying, but when I went there I asked if I had not left my card there. Fortunately I got it, while I didn't have any hope that I would get it. All staff members there are customer orientated

Great service nothing less than what you would expect from a woolworths standard. Who said woolworths is expensive. Pls note I had a shock of my life when I found how much the milk was and other store starting with B was selling R109 lol

Service excellence with friendly staff. Covid19 regulations are adhered to. Neat, tidy and offers serene. Fresh food with a grading. Located in a nice tranquil mall with lots of shops to go around. No long queues and congestion

Woolworths has high competition competing with Woolworths, this according to Woolworths Westgate management...this is the reason for a lack of stock/ products/ offerings. They had no time competing with other stores/ brands...

Okay, for standard shopping. More into serving township residents. No store, woolworths has limited stock. You are forced to visit Clearwater and other malls in upmarket areas. Free parking, but risky for most targeted cars.

Really loved their infant clothing department it was nicely stocked up however they didn't have what I needed the Nan 1.8 kg they only had 900g which was really disappointing considering I traveled for nothing

Wollies Food didn't have food, most sheleves were empty so I just walked out without getting anything. I think they should consider restocking their Shelves every now and then or make space for new products.

They have a truly vast determination of garments things, I purchased a suit there which was great quality. I do wish they had an extensive determination of all the more shifting  formal vintage  apparel.

The que was too long ,I only bought 4 items and wish someone could screen the que so that customers with a handful items have a dedicated till. This would avoid crowding the store for a long period.

I like this shop and it's where I buy almost every thing at. I wanted to buy comfortable shoes the Soft and Flexy unfortunately I couldn't get the size 4. They had size 3 and 5 only.

The shop is spacious but there's limited stock especially in the fresh food section.There are few cashiers even on busy days but the staff in friendly and helpful.

They need to have a queue that is dedicated for the elderly they can't wait like everyone else they end up using shelf to balance themselves …

Long ques , aircon out of service. Why have 7 cashier posts with only 2 on duty .. Supermarkets after COVID they never called back cashiers

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The shop has gotten smaller over the years and the food section seems to be never stocked up.

The size of the shop has decreased with limited stock. However staff were exceptionally helpful... and I found what I needed.

It was so clean. The only thing that was okay there was the security lady who works there. She was very rude to the customer.
