Wyndham park is a new masterplan project of wyndham city and this is one of a kind park at west area. Personally I like this park as there are really vast areas and so many choices that your kids would love to play. There are variety of options to enjoy from this park and i would say that this is something like one place fits all -meaning, all walks of life will be able to enjoy this park. There is an area for small kids, a very nice jungle type cubby house for toddlers, there is a big slides that kinder to primary schoolers plus a mini zip line. There is a maze like foot path that can be enjoyed by both young and adults, bike trail, overhead bridge with aesthetically sound design stairs. A good place for relaxation, meditation, sports and a fresh breath of air in a nature themed surroundings. It you can also oversee the Werribee river. Accessible both through walk, bike or commute through public transport as it is also closed to Werribee metro station. Parking area (2 hours) is also accessible and just nearby.

Quite an exciting place, this newly developed park space by the Werribee River. Very family oriented and loads of activities for kids. The Nature Park, unlike the run of the mill kiddies playgrounds, provides facilities for kids to play around in a simulated natural environment. The adventure park on the other hand is well equipped to provide more thrills. A small oval, and green areas provide space for picnicking and playing games including team sports. Or you could just laze around all day. A fair number of picnic bays with barbecue facilities are ideal for small family get togethers. A very picturesque bridge, albeit in a modern way, adds character to the place. It's just newly developed and should improve with time.. a great addition to the Werribee environment.

Very well built and excellent large park for walks and to enjoy the weather! The equipment is fun to climb and use (even as an adult) and everything is very well built and constructed. I love the fact that there is even a bike repair stop to pump up tires or fix loose bolts. Events held here are easy to attend and the bridge allows a good view over the water or for birdwatching. However, there is still too much rubbish being piled up at the bins and too much litter around the park too. The local council needs to install more bins around the area or hire more cleaners to ensure the park does not slowly fall into disarray.

Directions signs need to be installed from all access points. Toilets lighting is required as well cleaning on a regular basis. Car parking at Cottrell street is just a dirt strip. I came to know Sahana Ramesh,the councillor has been in charge of smart city initiative from Wyndham City council and millions of dollars have been spent!! Is this what the mess we are witnessing??

Absolutely beautiful place to take the kids, dogs, even have a picnic. It's amazing what they were able to do with the space. From the nature play park for little ones to the bigger play ground for everyone. Has absolutely everything, a flying fox rocket tower slide even a bike fixing station. The skate park under the bridge was a stroke of genius! Plenty of bubble water fountains and even public toilets. Very beautiful place would highly recommend to anyone looking to take the kids out or for a picnic!

Best park in Wyndham Vale for family Day out.Can park on public parking on Cottrell Street otherwise park on the other side of the park on Synnot street. Great work from the local council to build and maintain such a nice park. The Werribee River flows through this park. Lot of activities for kids and BBQ facilities for family fun under cover. Can take the walk to Werribee station. Will definitely recommend this place.

Very well thought out parks with exercises equipment for adults and playground equipment for kids. I sneakily tried the kids zip line & had some fun! Free BBQ pit with ample seatings around. One under cover one in open air area. They even have bicycle station with tyre pumps & tools for those who needs to service their bicycles. Lavatory conveniently available. Very underfeet friendly lawn everywhere! Thus is the very first park that I must say I like! Well done Wyndham City Council!

One of the few parks I experienced that had everything in one place. Located a stone's throw from the city centre and local shops with all the amenities you can think of. Toilets checked, parking checked, skate park checked, train station checked, restaurants checked, open field checked, two themed playgrounds for all ages checked. BBQ checked, picnic grounds checked... Etc.

Really lovely place for a picnic or just relaxing. There is a zip line, small skate park, a work out section and a large playground enough to accommodate two classes worth of kids. The centre region of the park is great for sitting or kicking around a ball. This park is near the centre of mainstream Werribee , therefore has great addressability to food or bathrooms.

Wyndham Park is the one of the most beautiful places in Werribee. It's such a good place to spend time with family and friend and celebrate birthdays. All the facilities for barbie are also available. Children's playground is really big and full of different attractions. We always go there to have some fresh air with our baby. Highly recommend to visit.

One of the newest parks in Werribee. It is spacious and family friendly. It has free public workout equipment, walking tracks, bbq, picnic areas and playgrounds for little and bigger kids. I love the fact that even though it's new it has kept some of the Werribee river charm around it. Retaining the eucalyptus gums and the river is just a stroll away.

Great park. Ample space. Huge playground with Mega slide. I was surprised to see it so well kept. I did see one guy chucking sticks into the water. Harmless though. He seemed happy. Probably just cleaning up after the storm. He muffled something about Dim Sims and Jack Daniels. Dinner prep I'm guessing. Nice guy. 10/10 would talk to while drunk.

Just a meet-up with a few close friends. Most have kids, so it was really good for them to have a run around and a play as there is so much for them to do and keep them happy.

Fabulous place for the kids to have fun. There are fabulous playgrounds along with a small skate park area and also a flying fox. The workout equipment is fabulous. There are various walking tracks as well as BBQ areas. Throughout the park there are also charging stations for mobile phones. Very well thought out. There's fun for everyone.

Fantastic park. Two separate areas - Nature Play and Adventure Playground. Perfectly suited for my four year old grandson as well as older children. Nature play has water to play with as well as a sit on digger to dig the sand. The Adventure Playground has lots of attractions. Soft service if you fall and even phone chargers at the bench.

Went to experience a laser light show in night , it was full hustle and bustle, all park was bathed in laser lights and animal holograms were amazing and very good security arrangement, first aid customer services were their to help people. Park has been built beautifully to enjoy and play for kids . Time spent was very colourful.

Surprising park. Tucked away behind the main strip of Werribee, just over the river. Two large play areas with some great slides, play equipment and picnic facilities. Not a great amount of toilet facilities with a small number shared for the entire area. Enjoyed our time there, but there was a distinct lack of sunshade.

Really surprised how good this area is. Finally glad to see rates payers funds being put to good use. Went to see the LiT display and really recommend it for all ages. Only concetn is the lack of street lighting in the area, this is very poor and needs to be fixed! Plenty of ramps for those who can't manage steps.

Great place for kids of all ages to play. There are two separate playgrounds, one for younger children and one for older children. There is also a walk track. The park is well-maintained and clean, and there are plenty of trees for shade. I would definitely recommend this park to families with children.

We went to whyndem park plenty of play area , grass areas for family picnics and diverse play equipment for all ages....my two year old did not want to leave....very impressive.Even has bike stations to pump tyres .Not to mention the gym excersice equipment. Deffinately be back with extended family ..

Beautiful park, great playground for kids. Great seating around the edges but only one rubbish bin in the area way back over near the steps. That part was really bad planing. No wonder people have shoved there rubbish through the seat cracks.

The is a really nice exhibit going on called Lit a must see if you're a local. Even if you're not you should see it. A light show when the sun sets it only lasts a couple days so please hurry. I do think they could of hired a few more people to ensure people don't vandalise the lanterns.

Went to see light show last night. Well worth the visit. Heaps and heaps of other people thought so to with the large crowd. Congratulations on putting on the event and the professional displays. Great park, it is well set out and planned. Great use of this area. Caters for everyone.

A great place for the whole family. Lots of activities for kids. Nice big garden area if you want to go and have picnic. You have a covered sitting area too with BBQ. Their are 2 sections so don’t forget to explore the last bit of park with a cubby house.

The lit festival was well organized, sadly today it was rainy but still could see the lighting and many people gathered regardless. The lanterns were very pretty and the glow in the dark shadow print was fun. There were many light installations.

Vast improvement on the scrubby areas around the Werribee River that used to be here! Brilliant upgrade under the railway! Now a skateboard Park and beautiful planted walks, so much nicer than before. Great for children and adults alike.

Hello every body. I went to this park for the short time. It is very big park good for kids very much activities for kids. Kids will definitely like this park. Next time I will go for long time and will share my experience.

Nice big place to play and catch up with friends. Just the toilet needs a little more attention as there was no tissue for use and there was no soap for hands as well as paper towels or hand dryer which is so unhygienic.

One of the most well-known parks and a upgraded area and facilities, It's a massive area alongside the river, play areas facilities and ovals. It features skating ramp and alo awesome views from the bridge.

Lots of playground equipment for the young and older kids, even a exercise area for adults. Once again not much shade for sunny/ rainy days, and can’t find the toilets (or the sign is not very prominent)

This park is huuuuge. Great grassy area for sporting, playgrounds with exciting equipment, barbeque area, and not too far from the train station. A great alternative to the overly packed Melbourne parks.

Large recently developed park perfect for group get-togethers. There is something here for children of all ages that will keep them happy and active. Can get busy but adds to the great atmosphere.

A great park and lots of games for kids. I saw at least 3 barbeque areas and multiple places to sit. People can also take a stroll on the Werribee River trail in either direction.

one of the best work done by the wyndham council huge area to play and cook BBQ. only issue is parking bit far so you have to carry/take your stuffs and walk for a bit .
