Bought a reclining La-Z-Boy sofa from XL back in 2014 - had one of the recliners break after lots and lots of use. Thought we were out of luck, as the manufacturer’s warranty had long since passed, but after a call to XL to discuss our options, we showed them the problem, they ordered parts (which took a few weeks to arrive) and then called us back to bring the recliner in for a free repair. One week later and it was ready to go home, reattached to the sofa and working properly again. Never expected such quick, good, free service - a rarity these days. I’m sure we’ll be back to XL for new furniture when we need it in the future.

They have a lifetime guarantee on their furniture; we bought in 2017, and by 2023 our couch had some trouble with the lazy boy not working right. I called in about it; they booked us in for a home visit to inspect it, afterwards they picked it up, took it to their shop, fixed it, and it was all included in the original price of the couch. We have purchased furniture at XL a number of times and have always had a great experience. Both Al and Colleen have excellent knowledge of their products and never "push" you to buy. Every time we have been there they spent a lot of time with us showing us all the different elements to consider regarding both the product and our needs. The quality of the products are excellent. I am a new mom. I purchased my nursery chair from this location. It is amazing and there were so many options. The service at the store was the best I have received in a long time. It is family run which is rare and so nice to see. Due to Covid my chair would not arrive before my baby was born. XL furniture delivered me a loaner chair at no cost so I had a rocker in the nursery when my baby was born. They also kept me updated on my order throughout. 100 percent recommend. Awesome! We purchased our Leather Craft furniture here about 5 years ago and dealt with Al who was patient, informative, and friendly. Their response was quick, the staff member I dealt with was very knowledgeable and they had the part available for me right away with good and helpful advice about how to go about replacing it. 17 years ago my parents purchased 2 chairs from X-L Furniture. Recently one of the chairs had a spring let go. I attempted to address the issue and found a label from X-L stapled to the bottom. The service in the store to the delivery people was excellent. The price on the tag was what you pay for delivery, set up and taking the unwanted piece away. We purchased furniture for our new place in 2012 from XL Furniture. Warranty is great! After 8 years we were having issues with our recliner. They investigated the issue, picked up the recliner for repair and retuned it the next day. We highly recommend XL Furniture.

Nice clean store, helpful staff but located in a sketchy area, imo. Some nice furniture and decore', but the prices are high - if not totally out of whack - with a lot of their modern competitors that now offer good quality, cool styles at much, much less money.

I bought two pieces of furniture from XL in 2017. I had the items delivered. The older more worn looking delivery guy was mean, rude. I very probably won't be buying from them again.

It was great working with Al's wife Colleen when we purchased our new sofa. Very nice lady. As long as I don't have to deal with Al, he doesn't seem to have very good people skills.

Good prices and excellent staff. Delivery people were very careful and nice too. Tag prices include gst and delivery which is nice. I will definitely be shopping here more often.
