One of a long series of linked paths and reserves that make up this section of the Main Yarra Trail bike and pedestrian pathway. Road access as well as bike, plenty of large open areas great for exercise or just checking out the river. Children's play equipment, access to either side of the river.

Yarra bend park is within few kilometres from the city centre it a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family lot's of activities to do hiking boating canoeing my word it's just a wonderful place to visit once you're there really you don't won't to leave love it

Great open space near the river, heaps of trails to run and space for ball games. The park equipment is getting a bit old but the kids still love it. There is a playground for little kids as well as a bigger kids, with three slides overall and heads of things to climb.

An adventure Oasis 5 km from Melbourne city this place is well worth a visit everything from mountain bike trails to picnic spots. Dont hang around after dark though. Takes on a totally different atmosphere at night, not the safest place to be.

Large open park with lots of grass area, tables to sit and relax. Many walking paths and access to a foot bridge to cross the river. Large playground for kids. Toilets are a small walk but good park for young kids and a stop from a Yarra walk

Great place for a lazy family sunday stroll. Playgrounds, boathouse, cafe and restaurant canoe and kayak hire, tranquility away from the buzz of the city but easy to get to by any means of public transport. Even minigolf at the golf club!

Balade au bord de l'eau, aire de jeux pour enfants, c'est pas mal. Le chemin est en trop mauvais état par endroits et l'aire de jeux n'est pas assez bien isolée de l'eau et des voitures.

Love this place! As far as I am concerned, this park makes or at least contribute largely to Melbourne being one of the Most Livable Cities in the world.

One of my favourite eel fishing spots....a stinky prawn or 2 & ur guaranteed to have some fun catching the slimy shortfin eels of the Yarra River

Amazingly large and lush natural bushland near the CBD. Many winding trails and overgrown thickets that allows all sorts of fun and frivolity.

Great place to relax or get some exercise. Good pathways, playground and open areas. Lot's of birdlife noises about and nature on display.

A great place to visit with the family. Some nice views and very well kept. A must visit.

Need to get up 3 flights of stairs with the bike at the end of Collingwood Children's farm to continue on the cycling trail.

Nice place to watch the river flow over the weir. Bike trail passes through and Kayaking possible when there's enough water!

Great park, amazing that there's something like this so close to the city. Very friendly for dogs and people!

The narrow walk above the river, especially being towed by dogs, was quite an experience. Keep your balance!

Poorly maintained. Many of the walking tracks are in need of repair and cyclists speed on the footpaths.

Great spot to take your dog for a swim and offlead walk. Another 1-2 rubbish bins would be good though.

It's a park in the city full of dog fertilizer.... Not a bad spot to walk your dog .... During the day.

Beautiful park, flying fox tours are happening at the moment and are definitely worth checking out!
