Literally the worst excuse for a bowling alley ever. The facilities are good and there’s plenty of arcade games to choose from but that’s where it stops. The joint is absolutely pandemonium and the staff have no clue what’s going on (most of which are kids which is fine but they should at least get training or there should be some sort of management but most of them are wondering around looking a bit gobsmacked 99% of the time and you just feel a bit sorry for them). You wait 20-30 minutes in a line of about 3 people to get served, and are either ignored or they have to go find someone who can help. We waited an hour and a half for a lane, and then we’re placed right next to a massive party who were taking up and standing in our lane and had their stuff all over our seating the entire time when there were about 3 other empty lanes not directly next to other groups. Then we finished both of our bowling games before we got our food which I had to go and ask about twice, and they hadn’t even started making it and was wrong when it came out anyway, which we’d finished our bowling by then. Then was told we couldn’t even take it away. All in all, this place could be great but won’t be coming back.

I have never encountered such a disorganised bowling place with staff who are obviously desperate for a leader and some training. Having booked and paid online I spent 25 minutes in a queue trying to check in and have my lane allocated. There were two people trying to deal with enquiries coming from all angles, but not actually dealing with the queuing customers straight in front of them. I literally spent 15 of the 25 minutes as the first in line but was completely ignored. Meanwhile about 6 other staff members are walking behind them aimlessly not actually thinking - "maybe we should help". After allocation of the lane, we thought we'd grab a refreshment. with no queue - this still took forever because the server was so disorganised. I would not recommend this place - such as shame, because the location is great. They need some serious structure putting in place as it is currently terrible.

I've visited quite a few Zone Bowlings but TopRyde has to be my favourite right now! Brand new facilities, accommodating staff and PLENTY of games! Hologate VR has to be my fav! As it's quiet new, some members of the team aren't familiar with all the games they have to offer so do your research and ask if they have a specific game available. My fiance and I asked to play Captain Cook (basically Overcooked in VR) after I found it online (which they had) and we took the highscore, just us! I challenge ya to take my throne if you're feeling bold enough

I had a birthday party with them and my experience was horrible. It took 1/2 hour to pay, then finally the party host was very incompetent and the time management was horrible. We paid for 1 hour timeplay and we got 15 minutes, not even everyone got a individual cards. We paid for laser tag and got nothing. The food was ok though. They did not want to refund me for this but gave me pathetic vouchers! I would never go there again!!!! They also cut off the bowling game, so not even one thing went right.

Whilst the venue looks great and is clean and tidy, the staff are over whelmed by number of customers. Clearly identified by 45 minute wait for 2 hot dogs with curly fries - of which the roll was so stale it wasn’t possible to chew. Bowling games kept crashing so much that I felt bad keeping asking for it to be rectified. These places consume your money, which I’m usually happy to part with but yesterdays experience was poor.

Service to check in with bowling was very poor. After numerous young staff kept walking past talking and laughing to each other. Then when finally service the male staff said how many players which was 2 and didn’t put 2 names on board so went back and waited 5 minutes to add young daughter with bumper lanes which he didn’t add so had to go back and wait another 5 minutes. Bad experience

Great place for bowling with friends. I liked the ambiance and there are other games too. Although when we went we faced some problems in our score board but that gave lot of bowling chances . One of the family was playing and the guy bowled. The bowl jumped and hit the pins of our game and that was perfect score. I believe no one had experienced this.

Food, bowling and arcade are great but the lazer tag is so silly and dumb, first of all they made us wait 30mins because it was "so busy" when me and my friend were standing to go in, so many workers just walked past us and didn't help, me and my friend looked like idiots playing on our own and it was such a bad and boring experience.

Zone Bowling Top Ryde is a great place for a family outing with young kids. The facility offers a range of activities, including bowling, laser tag, and arcade games. Zone bowling is a great place to catch up with friends or to take the family down. Usually there are special offers available but even normally the prices of the activities are ok but the food is a little expensive without some food credit vouchers. Bowling, laser tag and arcade games among other activities.

We made a booking....got there 3 minutes early and they tell us to wait 10 more minutes because the lane was busy ..we went back after 10 minutes and our booking was lost..explanation: " this happens because we use 2 computers and sometimes we double book"..."great" experience for a 7 year old!thanks a lot!

Had our daughters birthday here new and modern centre with great party host very friendly and attentive . Nice food surprisingly good and fun activities, party room, full bowling alleys and variety of arcade. The kids had a blast really great party centre very happy! would recommend. A+

One of the best birthday party venues we have used. Friendly host, good range of arcade games. Party room was well ventilated. I did not try the cafe food but it looked ok. Reasonably clean and spacious compared to other Timezone outlets.

We had our staff Xmas party here and the team were very accommodating and welcoming to us. The manager on Duty Karthik was extremely friendly and catered to our needs! Thanks team Top Ryde :)

Have been there couple of times. Amazing places for bowling, pool, Arcade games. One stop shop for all ages. Its inside a mall so you can actually do lot of things.
