This experience was unacceptable I had a receipt and wanted to return an item and they said because the cashier had quit I had to do an even exchange because they didn't have that cashiers code in the system anymore. Had to wait an hour to get it situated they wanted me to get an exchange or go to the other Mall. When you buy something just because the cashier is no longer there anymore doesn't mean you have to do an exchange. I also read to them their return policy and as long as you have the receipt within 30 days which is there only been 3 days everything is returnable with the tags on. I would rate this a zero but it won't allow me so I have to give it a one-star

I was doing some last minute shopping and Micheal was a HUGE help looking around. I couldn't find what I was looking for and had asked for assistance and he guided me to where all the products I had missed were and pointed out a few more. I also had a bunch of bags from shopping and he offered me a large paper bag to help carry all the plastic ones digging into my arm. I've been to this location before with my brother to check out boards and everytime we go the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Once again, Thank you Michael and I appreciate your help. Unimpressed with the store great products but the service was horrendous the clearance items they did not want to discount and the customer service was terrible all they wanted was for my family to leave the store so they could close their employees were talkin about things inappropriate in front of my children paying no attention to their customers overall with not satisfied with the store or service they offered

Employees were SUPER helpful. I brought in cousin to buy her a board, and they showed her all the different options and helped my son find the bearings and wheels he wanted. I interacted with 2 of the employees working that day, and each was helpful. I enjoyed the energy of the store. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Cashier wouldn’t even sell me chucks 14 minutes before they closed because he had already counted the cash for the night I watched him. And insisted they were only accepting cards. That is bs. Because he waz even a manager and his name waz Jason or jake. Not a good excperince. Please get better employees.

I went today to get some gifts for my son a kid named Jay I believe helped the entire way through. I was so happy he helped me find everything I was looking for. The rest of the staff was very polite as well. I will be returning to this location again very soon. Thanks kid …

Great store but the staff and skate community in Sa as a whole is whatever. If you’re a solo skater and you’re new looking to learn new stuff, all I gotta say is learn at your own pace, don’t depend on anyone and have FUN.

I've been there three times in the past week, and the personnel were extremely kind and helpful. This should be your go-to for anything you need for skateboarding. ...But don't actually skate there, its a store.

Ok experience, went in to grab something. Service was ok, nothing stuck out to wow me. Just a regular shopping experience. Prices are high in the though.

One of the staff members tried talking me out of a sale, because he thought that I shouldn't buy a shirt if I don't skate. It's a shirt seriously.
