I've had two really positive experiences with this shop. First time, the shop staff assisted me with changing the pedals on my bike that were stuck on and I wasn't able to get them off myself. Second experience was when my bottom bracket broke. Called the shop, was quoted for a replacement part and labour. The quoted price was very reasonable so I went ahead with the job. Upon collection of the bike I was told that they were able to refurbish the bottom bracket without replacing it and the job was only half the price that was quoted... amazing! You don't see customer service like this anymore. Really honest bike shop, great mechanics and great prices. I can't give this place enough praise! Thank you for all your help getting me back on the road.

Best bike shop! I’ve been quite a few times for various things (service, fixing issues etc) and they are always amazing. I’m a bike novice and they are always so helpful and not patronising at all, plus all the staff are so friendly and great to have a chat to They always keep you informed to make sure they’re not doing anything you don’t want done. Also the turn around times are always so quick, so you’re never without your bike for too long Prices are great and very fair for what a great job they do Couldn’t recommend more!!

Bought this Apollo trace 30 yesterday, and one of the chain joints fell. The owner Clint game me a call and kindly explained it is a manufacture issue and then replaced it with a new joint. It all happened out of business hours and I really appreciate his quick response and resolution provided. Will continue shopping at this place.

Thanks to the team at at Melbourne bikes, I brought my self a Merida big trail 600 and put a mid drive motor, the is so smooth the forks are grate the build turn out really good thanks heaps guys. Maybe I'll came check out a new bike soon this Merida is doing a great job ATM.. thanks again Jason

We recently purchased a new bike for our 6yo son from this store. The staff in here were extremely knowledgeable in helping select a suitable bike and gave us a new front reflector as it had snapped - no questions asked. Was a great customer experience.

Excellent service! Have left my bike in a few times for upgrading tyres, fixing a broken pedal and recently a service. Super quick service, very transparent about what fixes are going to be made and at a really reasonable price. Keep it up!

Been bring my bikes in for services but and got this beauty(Focus Gravel bike) for my wife. Ben and Tom made the decision easy for us. They answered all ourquestions with lots of patience. We highly recommend them.
