The service which I received from Lady name Nisha for facial and massage was totally unsatisfactory. I'm not happy at all and the lady only talks too much rather than doing her job. I think the company should stop hiring unexperienced international students as the lady had lots of financial issues with her studies and she was expecting tips from me. She said she's doing massage therapy from home at very cheap price and that if I can refer her to some clients whom I know. As a international student she said she not allowed to work extra hours therefore she can do cheap service from home on cash basis. I don't think this lady Nisha is trustworthy at all as she's snatching her company's client. I would not recommend anyone to her she's not honest at all where's other staffs are superb and trustworthy. I wish one day the company will realise.

I love the treatments offered at this spa. However, find it extremely difficult to book anything in. This year I have been contacted over 4 times for cancellations on different occasions. These have ranged for within 24 hrs to over 72 hrs, and they are just not very accommodating to re-book you in. Interestingly enough if you ever cancel with them their terms & conditions state that they charge for the treatment. They have definitely not compensated me for any of their cancellations! I have purchased multiple vouchers over the last 3 years for my friends as well as myself and will not be purchasing anymore vouchers, or booking services here. Very very disappointing.

Came here on Saturday 7th of May and was absolutely delighted with my experience. We were a bit late to our appointment due to lack of parking (not the stores fault) and was given a hefty discount as we were only able to fit in an hour treatment rather than the 75minute one i had booked which i was extremely grateful for. Our operators were so lovely and made my grandmother and myself so comfortable and relaxed. The store and treatment rooms themselves were also stunning and felt nice and clean. Will definitely come back here and will definitely recommend to others.

I went to Endota Spa in Moonee Ponds this week, and I had a fantastic experience! From the minute I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. I had a 1 hour massage with Betty, who was lovely and informative. She communicated gently with me, whilst respecting the fact that I wanted minimal conversation during my treatment. All the products used throughout the massage smelt great and left my skin feeling silky soft. Thank you all for your wonderful service! I will definitely be back.

I had such a beautiful massage at the new endota spa Moonee Ponds. Right from the moment you enter the staff and spa atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. So much attention to detail! My therapist Betty was extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and really helped to ease my muscle tension whilst still leaving me relaxed! I would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

My Wife and I attended a couples massage at Endota Moonee Ponds and were extremely happy with the service provided by Emma and Jamie. My wife had a pregnancy massage and swears over Emma's techniques and I had a custom full body by Jamie and hands down the best massage I have had. I highly recommend Endota Moonee Ponds for a amazing relaxing experience! Five Stars all the way

I chose the Deep Recovery Massage. The pressure was perfect, my therapist was very attentive and made me feel safe, nurtured and relaxed. Everything I was expecting from the treatment. I'm qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist myself and I'm usually preoccupied during massages for this reason but I was able to shut my mind off for once which was lovely.

Omg ! My first ever proper massage at Endota Spa in Moonee Ponds It was a Rest &Restore plus a face mask. Leyda was amazing and made my experience heavenly. I hadn’t realised what is been missing all these years. Am now going to pamper myself more often at Endota and see what else they have for me to experience. Highly recommend. I feel fantastic!

Had a wonderful pregnancy massage but I won't ever go back to this location as the parking in the area is so horrible. I had to park so far away and as a heavily pregnany woman with a sore foot this wasn't ideal. I know it's not the clinic's fault that parking is so bad but still, I hope this helps someone who is choosing which Endota to visit.

Treatment was fantastic. They don't push you to buy their products, but are very informative which I liked. Half way through my treatment it did start to get extremely loud and I could hear conversations taking place in the waiting room. So if you're looking for somewhere extremely quiet, it may not be the best location.

Just had an organic infusion facial with Tanzeela. It. Was. Magical. She was really thorough with going through my skin hydration levels and the products she used. I even got to choose the essential oil blend she was to use throughout the treatment. It was super relaxing and my skin looks great! Highly recommend …

This Endota Spa is like a breath of fresh air to Moonee Ponds. I loved walking in to this Day Spa, all treatment rooms and lounge area are hidden for a totally private experience I had an amazing massage by Veronica on opening day, will definitely be back. No issues with parking : )

Today I got a relaxation facial and massage and it was the best experience I have ever had. Sarah who did my treatment was so gentle, sweet and very accommodating along with all the other staff there. They made me feel so welcomed which really eased my anxiety. I highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced treatments. I didn’t notice any change after my intense radiance facial. Also on the website it shows they have offers and then in store it’s not. The total treatment with the peel and led is 20 min Will not recommend. I m guessing otherwise will be good.

Loved my experience. Taylor was amazing. Got my brows and lashes tinted and leg wax. She chose the perfect colour for my brows and made them look amazing. My lashes looked like I had mascara and the waxing was comfortable. Will be back and recommend.

The organic facial I have just had is one of the best facials ever. My skin feels so hydrated and amazing. I can’t recommend this treatment enough. My therapist Tanzeela was an absolute delight and I look forward to my next facial with her.

Been to Endota Spa few months ago. Great service and great range of products, however not a big fan for the massage, it was like patting a cat. It’s quite expensive for what you get as well.
