My friend and I went to this spa together as we were having a girls weekend catch up. I've never complained about a place before but I felt I should in this case. The therapists were lovely but the room was absolutely freezing. The therapists hands were also freezing and we were lying on damp cold towels. My teeth were chattering and I had to ask the massage therpaist if I could hold onto a couple of hot stones as I was became concerned about the blueness of my hands. My friend also felt chilled to the bone. It is impossible to relax into a massage when you are that cold. Spending a dollar or two on electricity to warm the room beforehand and investing in heat pads like most other spas have these days is mandatory in a professional spa. When I told the lady at the desk that the therapists were lovely but it was freezing cold she replied "Well didn't you have a cup of tea?"A very strange response.

I have been visiting this location regularly for several months and have consistently enjoyed a delightful and soothing experience. Unfortunately, on this particular occasion, that was not the case. The therapist lacked organisation and spent 10 minutes of my session time preparing the wax and tinting supplies required for my brows. To make matters worse, the job was done poorly, and hot wax accidentally dripped onto my lashes and under-eye area. She did apologise and removed the cost of the wax and tint from the bill, as well as offering me an eye mask. I had also made a booking for a Detox Package, which felt rushed and far from relaxing. Despite wearing noise-cancelling headphones, I could still hear the therapist banging cupboards and drawers and bumping into the bed. Overall, this experience has left me disappointed and salty about the $160 I paid.

Booked a couple's session here on Thursday 20 April and specifically requested it for a couple over four times. This was confirmed over the phone by the employee back to me each time. Just walked in with my partner for the booking and was told that they only had booked the session for one person and that there was nothing they could do apart from half an hr each seperately instead of together as we had originally booked. Definitely felt like we were discriminated against. The employee simply stated that it was a miscommunication but how you manage to flip the script to that extent is a joke. I would strongly advise against visiting this clinic - if not for the hint of what felt like discrimination then perhaps the poor customer service.

I booked in a consultation at 6pm. When I arrived a girl was in training so I was patient and expected to wait for a little bit. I waited for 45minutes before the girl who was training the new person would see to me. All I wanted was to talk to someone for 15minutes about products and they forgot about me, forgot my name, misplaced the form that I had filled in and when they finally realised they had forgotten about me, there was no real apology or recognition that I had been waiting 45minutes. The girl who did eventually see to me was helpful and answered all my questions but it wasn’t a nice feeling to be forgotten about and left waiting.

The treatment was fine but what I found really disappointing was that they allowed a fellow guest to make a loud and long business phone call in the waiting area. Several staff were present and did nothing despite this person basically yelling down the phone and ruining the ambience for everyone else. I eventually asked him to take his call outside as it was inappropriate. He was quite rude and abusive to me, yet again the staff did nothing. It completely ruined my experience and the tranquility of what should be a relaxing treat for myself.

I just had an amazing experience here, I had an organic facial done by Stacey. It was my first ever facial and Stacey was super informative, very sweet and helped me address all of my skin concerns thoroughly. I would definitely come back to see her again. The front counter staff (I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry) was extremely welcoming and sweet. It was overall the best experience. 10/10!

They don’t know the meaning of ‘couple’. I booked a massage for a couple the day before. Confirmed that more than twice on the phone. Instead, we were told they had only booked a massage for one person and blamed it on ‘miscommunication’. It ruined my day for both myself and my partner. It seems like someone needs to be trained a bit more.

Just came from Endota Spa Richmond on Lennox street, was lucky enough to meet the girls there, Isabel did my surrender package for me, it was AHHHHMAZING , great product knowlege, will be going back every fortnight to have the organic facial, Thanks ladies for such a pleasant experience See you Soon.x

Just got a lovely remedial massage from Eren. He was amazing! Not only did i walk out relaxed but my back felt so much better and he gave me some advice to stop my pain with some exercises. The ambiance was great and he made it such an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend Eren!

I've just had a much needed and very calming remedial massage and facial. The experience from start to end was relaxing and stress free. I was most impressed by how accommodating the staff were to my more complicated skin sensitivities. I will definetly be back very soon …
