On ringing yesterday morning at 9am . I needed to use a gift voucher and had said I was available from 11am onwards today. I was asked my phone number and someone would ring me at 2pm yesterday to tell me if I could be fitted in. There was no phone call. On ringing this morning at 9.04 I was subjected to a recorded message several times talking about various provisions Endota had and warnings for pregnancy etc. I eventually hung up as thought there must have been a wait. After hanging up I rang back and was answered. I firstly stated my wait with this happening and then she immediately asked me if this call was about the voucher I had wanted to use today and knew she knew who i was, . I said 'Yes' and she went on to say there were no available's as it is Mothers Day tomorrow. I said 'Well I would have like a phone call yesterday when you said as I have left a space today to have it done. She just kept going on, no apology, about how booked up they were and it is Mothers Day tomorrow (as if I had forgotten?). I said I am actually ringing to see why no one rang me. She just kept asking 'Would you like me to put you on the waiting list for today?' I said 'But don't you need 24 hours notice and wouldn't you know by now?'. She said well there are emergency situations where people have to cancel. I was really put out by this 'no listening; to what i was saying and the fact that i didn't know if i was booked in or not and the way she kept talking on as if I had said nothing. I did say i expected an apology and she did apologise at that point. Just kept repeating 'Do you want us to keep you on our waiting list?'. 'Or do you want is to cancel'. Not happy with Mornington at all and this beautiful gift has been tarnished from the beginning of my experience.

Went in for an exfoliation and tan, the young girl seemed inexperienced. Perhaps I'm comparing too much to my frankston Endota experience however I found the mornington store to have a dark dingy tanning space, I was not offered a hair net and had to ask for one, normally when I go to a tanning salon (since I have such long hair) they assist me get the back bits of my hair inside the hair net however here I was left to my own accord and ended up with half my hair covered in tan . I was then not properly informed or debriefed about the care of my tan, I wasnt even told how long to keep it on before I washed it off. Also a useful thing to know for those thinking about going to this salon , there is only 1 tan colour and you dont get to select light, medium or dark which I was not informed about prior to the experience. As for the exfoliation it was average, lights were not dimmed very much, towels placed over me were cold and not heated, music was rather loud. Also this store is a more pricey compared to other endota locations. Overall the tan ended up ok, however I did end up with Black feet and Green armpits?‍♀️ and was more than a little disappointed with the quality of the services for the price.

Have visited many Spa and salons around the world. On first impressions the salon has a lovely ambiance. That is pretty much where it ends. I had a one hour relaxation massage . I think the only person relaxed was the therapist. The treatment was extremely poor, with no flow and consistency. I left feeling extremely disappointed, as extremely high priced, so expected a high standard of treatment to suit. Will not be returning or recommending to family or friends.

I had Customized facial with Nicole as my skin had become very dry. Nicole was excellent and gave good suggestions for ongoing care which I have been following with positive results. I have had a relaxing massage treatment here before which was excellent. It's not cheap but you deserve a pamper now and then. I regard my facials with Nicole not as a luxury but as a necessity, although I had a wonderfully relaxing time as well.

Very disappointing, my appointment was 1.15, I was taken to a room at 1.25, started at 1.30, dressed and out by 2.10, in a room next to the toilet where all I could hear was the toilet seat dropping and flushing, I had to cancel my added facial or shorten my massage by 15 minutes to accommodate it, as I had a voucher for a one hour massage I chose to cancel the facial, I think I'll stick with Red Hill in the future

Disappointing pregnancy massage. I was given a gift voucher for my birthday to have a pregnancy massage, my expectations were that they would have a pregnancy massage table however I had to have my massage laying on my side for 30 minutes on each side which is not comfortable at all. After 15 minutes my arm just went numb in pain... I had no massage it was just hot oil rubbed on my back.

Being heavily pregnant, my massage and facial treatment was exactly what I needed. Shoana at Mornington was not only professional and highly skilled, but she was very considerate and throughout the treatment made me feel very comfortable and the most relaxed I have ever been during this pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more treatments and massages in the future!

I’ve been going to Endota Mornington for the last couple of years for regular hydro-micro facials. Shona, my therapist, is delightful and obviously passionate about skincare. Her care during and advice post treatment is spot on and I always walk out feeling great with glowing skin. I highly recommend.

I’ve purchased many massage gifts for my family here and often go when visiting the peninsula. It can really vary as to who you get. My Aunty was recently disappointed as staff were too busy chatting with each other. It wouldn’t stop me from going again though.

Booked over a month in advance and on the day of when I was supposed to have the massage, I get called about an hour before the session saying "sorry the booking has been cancelled" - I was driving down to Mornington from Melbourne when I received this call :/

So wonderful, been going there to get remedial and relaxation massages for many years and always been happy. I had a lot of problems with my pregnancy last year and Chelsea gave me the best remedial pregnancy massage and now helping me with recovery.

Today is my birthday and there are a heap of challenges in my life atm. The gorgeous Andrea helped beyond measure to make the monsters seem like mice. I experienced the Surrender package and it was so incredibly worth it. Just do it!!!

My daughters and I booked the "surrender package" as a birthday treat. There was an issue with the booking. Leah the manager was so friendly and professional and got it all sorted. All the therapists were fantastic. We loved it.
