Yesterday night, there were two couples next to us who were talking throughout the movie and we asked them nicely to be quiet, and then they started to argue with us, the boyfriend kept telling me to shut up, the girl kept putting her hand in my face as we were trying to tell them to be quiet. Terrible service! We tried to get the manager to do something with how disruptive they were during the movie but the manager did nothing!!!

I've been here twice. The first time the elevator smelled like sewage and when I reported it to one of the managers, he wasn't too interested in the problem. The second time two of the faucets in the ladies bathroom were out of service. The theater was very clean however and the cashier was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this location to get away from all of the crowds at larger theaters. ️

The seats were great. The concessions stand was a let down. Almost like they ran out of money to make it look as nice as inside of the theaters. The menu selection was wide but looked to be too ambitious for the state of the concessions stand. Service was polite and very slow. The seats in the theater lived up to expectations of a national chain but not the rest of the experience.

The staff were all on their phones. They had poor attitudes. The gentleman at the bar was just rude. Everyone one in there had airpods in their ears. All the lights were women's bathroom were barely working. The good..the seats were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The sound was great! Overall I would probably look for another theater the atmosphere in here was stale.

AC DID NOT WORK! Lots of us ask to turn down the ac and nothing happened. We sweat through the whole movie. Floors are filthy, seats are filthy, some of the leather seats were torn. Luckily they had Clorox wipes provided to wipe the seats down, and were dirty as well. Would expect a downtown theater with higher priced tickets to be well kept. Very disappointed.

I love this movie theater! How it's three stories! And makes you feel kinda fancy because it's in down town. And AMC has the best movie theater popcorn! Especially their spicy popcorn which is cheddar cheese popcorn with hot Cheetos! Yum! And for those clean freaks their bathroom is always clean! And their theatres are also very clean.

Very disappointed with this theater!! My family and I went to go see “THE SOUND OF FREEDOM” I really wasn’t expecting so run into any issues like I’ve been seeing in social media but I was wrong the theater was dirty and they left the lights on for the entire movie!! They just lost business with a family of seven.

I'm pretty much always disappointed with AMC theaters and this one was no exception. I keep trying different ones to see if any of them are better but they're not. The only thing they have going for them is large screens, but that's really it. Skip AMC theaters unless you are taking little ones to see a movie.

Great and extremely comfortable reclining seats. The seats are huge as well. A little annoying that you cannot lay flat and still have room to pass by in front of other people. They have to sit up. The selection of snacks are huge and there is also a huge selection of drinks.

Clean, pop corn was fresh and delicious, got a drink from the bar I think they forgot to add alcohol. It was suppose to be made with rum and vodka but I only tasted sprite and pineapple juice. It had way too much ice. I’ll pass on their drinks next time.

This was my first time here and I'll definitely go back! I loved the atmosphere. I do wish they had the escalator working on the day that we went. Also wish prices for concessions wasn't so expensive. I got a large drink and it was $7 …

Really great theater rooms and staff was chill. I purchased 2 frozen margaritas and 2 topochico seltzer and the bill was $48 the drinks are made and opened before the price is given so no take backs. I love to go to the theater for a fun

First I'll say the good, this theater is beautiful inside and the seats are very comfortable and recline all the way. The screen has a pleasant aesthetic. This is a wonderful theater to see a movie in right in the middle of downtown Fort

Me and my partner went to watch Quantumania. We ordered the tickets and the food in advance. We got in and settled in. Waiting for our food to get delivered to our seats cause that’s what the email said. 35-40 mins passed and the food

It has really run down a bit. Escalators are consistently broken. Customer service at concessions seemed like they didn't want to be there. It was the weekend for the Parade of Lights so that may have affected the atmosphere.

Dirty. Bathrooms smelled like pee pee. Armrest had wet soda in the cup holders. Sticky stuff was in the seat. Popcorn was all across the floor. Dodge this theater. Location is why it's still there ... Not the experience.

I bought large popcorn, extra butter and large coke to delivered to my chair. I got the order but not one napkins. I had to hurry up a couple of flights of stairs to get to concessions. At 66 yrs old I loved that.

Love coming to this movie theater! It really gives off childhood feelings when you walk in it’s an amazing place to watch a movie with your family I highly recommend it especially being in downtown Fort Worth!

This place was looking bad years ago. All it really took was keeping the floors clean and the soda and popcorn working. Theater is nice and cool in this hot Texas weather that people still take blankets.

This AMC is probably one of the best ones out in the Fort Worth Area. Especially, it being in downtown makes it very well located to great dining places as well as great places to check out.

It’s summer and they have the theater at 79 degrees. I sweated so much trying to watch a movie and I asked multiple times for the temp to be dropped and they never did. Won’t be coming here

Theater smelled bad and there was a glass cover that covered 1/3 of the screen. The seats were nice and reclined all the way but the glass cover made it difficult to see the full screen.

It was quick to get in with purchasing tickets online. Staff is friendly and it was very clean. Really comfortable seats and the sound system was awesome! We'll definitely be back soon!

The movie theater is feeling its age. The place was under construction and the restrooms downstairs were closed. So I wouldn't recommend screens 1-4 until the restrooms are open again.

Terrible place. 1st off, I had to wait a good two minutes while the cashiers were figuring out their dinner orders with one another. “So the French fries and the cheese burger.”

Like the lounge chairs but there are no concessions on the street level nor lower level so we had no snacks for movie because we didn't want to go to 3rd level.

Escalator is out of order, popcorn was a wait as they only had one machine. If you want a premier movie watching experience this isn’t the spot at the moment.

Great facility! Excellent, modern seating. Snack bar was efficient and provided excellent service. It was a very nice experience!

This theater needs a deep cleaning. Seats are comfy, video and audio excellent. The only drawback was it needed to be cleaned.
