I am a Cinemark Club member and I have been for a few years, and the program is something movie goers should invest in. Receiving free tickets to see your favorite flick is worth it. I do remember before 2020, Cinemark offered 1 free refill of popcorn and drink as long as you purchased a Large of each. After things had settled down, Cinemark STILL, has denied to have 1 free refill of their "award winning" popcorn. This is something that I do not control and I can complain about it for a hundred years and it still will not make the company policy change. Othe theatres do offer refills, or endless popcorn. I do try not to purchase popcorn while visiting Cinemark because of this reason. I will continue to visit Cinemark and will not end my membership anytime soon until I am offered something similar from other theatres jus5 because popcorn goes so well with watching movies.

We have a great experience everytime we go to the Ridgmar Mall 13. There are plenty of kiosks and ticket windows. They can read tickets from cell phones, so if you buy them online, your wait won't be long. Refreshment counters are clean, and the employees are efficient and friendly. The drinks are cold and the popcorn is fantastic. We rarely, if ever, have any of the other refreshment offerings. The bathrooms are well kept. The floors are clean and the theaters are kept clean as well. The seats are comfy and adjustable...the only way to watch a movie:) If you happen to catch a REAL3D movie, they have plenty of glasses as you walk in and there are sufficient recycle bins after the movie. One thing I will point out. The sound systems are loud. It's the nature of the beast, It is still a great experience.

This is the ONLY theater I watch movies at. The seats and presentation have spoiled me and I've not been able to find a theater I like as much as this. My only negative I can give is the owner REALLLLLY needs to start swapping out the seating. The arms and seat backs are very torn up, some having holes or excessive wear which leads to an unpleasant experience through touch, or the chairs are structurally broken or the recline is inoperable. Also, the male bathrooms have an unpleasant pee odor that is almost baked into them, and the scent selection does not help it at all. Other than that, the actual movie watching portion is enjoyable - sound and picture are great. The theaters are roomy. Concessions are plentiful albeit a bit expensive.

As a first timer, I was not exactly too sure on what to expect. As I drove up to the mall, it seemed very quiet. There wasn’t a lot of cars in the parking lot, which I LOVED! I hate having to squeeze my way around people or just being in a mall that’s super busy or crowded. I walked in and was amazed at how clean the mall was, how quiet it was, how not packed it was. I enjoyed having my own shoulder room lol. They have a play area for kids, they have these light up bikes you can roll around the mall with instead of having to walk to each destination, they have a train ride for kids that goes around the mall. This is the mall I’m coming to for now on to shop. I’ll drive 30 mins just to not have to worry about standing in line for 30 mins.

This is a quiet, less crowded movie place, which is actually good for me, because I don't like crowded movie places. It also has recliners, which makes watching movies more enjoyable and comfy. I'm not too pleased with their food court, they don't sell pizza till evening which sucks. The few games in there meant for kids to put money to play for not work either. Better off going into the mall, which is almost dead too.

Robin and her staff made my daughters 5th birthday one to remember! They gave us a 5-star experience. It was our first time having a movie theatre bday party and Robin and her staff was so helpful in getting the event organized and Day-of logistics. We had a smooth and successful party because of her patience, attention to detail, and service. We will definitely be back at the Rave to do this again!

Every time we are home to visit and our any to watch a movie we come here. It’s always a great experience. Seats are comfy, staff is quick at the concessions, everyone is always friendly and the clean up crew is always on it! Keep up the great work …

This is the go to place, every seat recline not just the front rows. pop corn and soda are cheaper hear than other places. And there is a cop there always. And the patrons hear let you enjoy the move. Never had issues with ppl taking or distractions.

Went to see Belfast, and we really enjoyed the comfy recliners, the theater was clean, awesome sound system, and we'll be back here for more. The popcorn and pizza from Pizza Hut was overwhelming though! Good, but too much food for us!

The mall is pretty empty but the theater is still great! Comfy reclining seats. It was super hot in our theater, but they immediately fixed it when we asked about it. Great service.
