OMG, this was a great night out. The seats are recliners. They have heat. They shimmy and shake with whats go8ng on in the movie. The concession stand was at a bare bar minamum. One cheese pizza not a great idea. Popcorn was good. We had to get our own drinks. Had to get our pups reese's pieces in bag. He loved his hotdog we brought home so, it had to be good if not he's no affraid to snub food (he's well loved). Reatrooms no tp thank God I always have tissues☺ in purse when weather is cold.... THANK GOD! The parking lot was clean and plenty of spots. We went to the 9:40 p.m. if you want a light something do it somewhere else if late show if want popcorn and soda great this time of night. Prices are same if late or not.......lol the directions on maps are sketchy from home to the movie. 1st time I've had to fend on my own skills thank goodness maps has a real map pic so they saved the day that way. Exspress way confused maps. The roads marking and their knowledge was in conflict so much so that u-turns and pullovers happened. Thank goodness left early. Was a great evening. Please go and have a awesome time. Don't let little stuff stress you out. Life is short just makes a great memory of we survived Ft. Worth again. Next time there was a HUGE number of things to do in the area we are going to go really early and hunt and peck the area for new exciting things to do. OMG........, yep we love to do new things. So, we hope to see ya. Have a blast! We will. hopefully we can have same seats but, seemed like most would be awesome. You can pick your own seats if you buy on line. Is the reason I wanted to edit. Was a huge plus in the reason we went to this theater.
Robert Zerr I went to the Cinemark at Alliance Town Center last night with a Movie club pass for "Minions" at 10:15 not aware the ticket was for NE Mall. I asked for and was refused a swap although I requested it BEFORE the 10:15 show start time. I tried to cancel the pass on my phone but there was no possible way to do it in time. Instead I was forced to PAY AGAIN for a 10:00 showing now!! She wasn't even going to give me senior rates although I am 75 years old. Her attitude exhibited no willingness to be helpful. That's for sure. My guess is the girl at the podium did not know how to do a swap and therefore rather chose me to pay double for a movie 5 minutes in by the time I got there. I know the theatre policy on refunds but I also know swaps or passes are allowed in this situation. An older lady employee sitting nearby heard everything and offered no assistance either. So I go into the darkened theatre and what happens? My seat is taken by someone else and I tell them that's okay. I'll just take this one next to you. I tried to recline the seat but it didn't move--kaput! Now I know why my seat was taken. I watched for about 45 minutes before I fell fast asleep sitting full up. I wonder if the management at Cinemark gives a hoot about this frequent movie goer who just happens to have 20+ years experience as a projectionist going all the way back to the dual carbon arc projectors up to and including the current digital projectors.
This place is garbage. I try not to go there as much as possible but it’s the only theater that’s close to me. I haven’t been there in years and last night sealed the deal that me and my family won’t be going back. We weren’t even five minutes into the actual movie before several people had their phones out and were talking very loudly. Even after being asked to be quiet they continued and even after other guest got up to go tell someone, they continued. My wife and I ended up leaving. We went to the front counter and asked for a refund. There was no concern as to why we wanted one, nor were there any questions about whether we were receiving good service. They simply gave us a refund and told us to have a good night. As a manager, you want your employees to provide the best experience possible , that’s not the case at this location. The staff is rude and the cleanliness is subpar. They also had a bunch of teenagers just sitting in the lobby messing around and giving the patrons dirty looks. They even have police cars parked outside of the theater. From what we saw last night, that’s a good idea. Not going back.
Loved the seats! Mainly went because the Dbox seats and the Real D 3D its much better. the concession stand is very different than normal. even when we tried to tell them it was our first time they still weren't very helpful. the floors were super sticky and the concession area. with as many employees that were standing around you would think somebody would be with a mop at all times especially by the soda machines. still didn't understand how to get popcorn. it's very dangerous because a lot of the stuff is self-serve so your bill racks up very quickly. that was cool to see blankets on the Shelf. even though we brought our own. but have had to stop by Walmart many times to grab one. Will be back maybe during rush hours to see how the flow works and how to get popcorn.
I really like this theater a lot. It’s always clean, and the customer service is friendly as well. The food can be more fresh, just like their popcorn is always fresh. The pizza was greasy, and the nacho chips were steal. The packaged jalapeños, weren’t fresh either and tasted soggy/old. Recently, my daughter & I went to see the “Little Mermaid”. I will say, while the movie was excellent, our seats didn’t recline? I’m not sure if it’s because he sat us in handicapped seats or what, but they should make sure all of their seats recline, because that’s the perk (one of them) of going to the movies, to relax. All in all, I due recommend this movie theater, once they address the food issue, and make sure all the seats recline.
First time back in 7 months and I'm still not too pleased. I got here at 7:30 for my movie and all they had at the concessions was popcorn and 2 hot dogs. There are no free refills anymore either. I purposely skipped dinner so I could eat here. I should've snuck in food I guess since you guys don't provide any lol. Sucks. . . Theater was clean, but one of our seat recliners was broken. We checked plug in connections, but could not get it to work. Thankfully, the seat next to us was empty. It looks like our theater had half old recliners and half new ones? I'm not sure if there was an option to get more premium recliners, but the rows below us had very nice, upgraded looking seats. Maybe we'll have better luck next time.
Why is it miserably hot in this theater? I have lupus so I have heat intolerance, my skin actually starts to burn so I have to go places indoors to be able to go anywhere. It's handicap accessible but what about people with health issues accessible? It should be accessible for everyone let alone a place people are going to sit and enjoy something they could do from the comfort of home. I go to theaters because I still love the in person experience but I guess if you can't make it a comfortable accessible place for everyone I'm going to lose another part of my life I loved due to my health. I can't imagine even a healthy person wants to pay to sit in a hot room to watch a movie when it's 66 at home. Really disappointing
Went to 3:40 pm show in seat F14 theatre 6 on Sat. 8-19-23 to find that my seat had been vomited in and covered with napkins. This means they are not cleaning or checking the seats in between shows. Guy shows up while movie is starting with a spray bottle and paper towels. Seat was never thoroughly sanitized and cleaned in the cracks and underneath. Management was told twice and all he said the second time was, “he said he cleaned it”. The entire theatre is unclean. The seat still smelled putrid and it should have been taken out service because it is a biohazard. Disgusting, so I left. I would not even give a 1 star if that was possible. Completely unacceptable.
Nance was the most friendly and kind attendant, I rarely strike up a conversation with individuals when seeing a movie, but today I was just getting popcorn (mainly because I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would swing by), however Spiderman Across the Spider Verse wasn’t playing till 3. But when I went to get popcorn to take with me (since I was already here), she was kind and a truly empathetic, lovely human being. I am grateful to say I see that much more often in the youth of America than other generations. My short but meaningful interaction with Nance was no different. Nance is the reason for the five star rating
Went to a 9:55AM showing. Had to go potty before the movie started and wow I was in complete shock when I walked in to the restrooms. Absolutely disgusting they looked worse then a truckstop/bar.. looked like every wall was urinated on toilets were nasty! Went to our seats and went to shine my flashlight from my phone on the buttons to recline the seat back and turn the seat heater on and the seats were so gross! Stuffed spilled all over. I didn't want to ruin it for my mom so I didn't complain while trying to watch our movie, but I will never be back to this location. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Really like this location! It's clean, the popcorn is always hot, and it's very easy to get from the concessions to the theater. Tonight, there was a fire alarm and everyone had to exit the building for a couple minutes. I was very impressed with the management team. They cleared the situation quickly and helped every guest in our theater that stuck around feel comfortable again. They provided rain check passes for future tickets, then turned the movie back 5 mins or so, and continued the show from there. I've always enjoyed my experience here and will continue to buy tickets at this location! :)
Bathrooms are often disgusting, however the staff are very friendly and the rest of the place is usually clean. Editing review now that they have reserved seating: I love the ability to reserve and that the seats are heated. However, WAY too much room is taken up by dbox seating that I very rarely actually see anyone in. You're stuck awkwardly close to the screen or very far back. Poor quality image (taken before trailers) but there was barely even a guard/divider between the row and the dbox seat, so it'd be very easy to knock into the seat, spill something, or trip in low light.
I don't remember the last time I went to see a movie at a theater. The reason I went is because our church wanted to treat the young people to a movie day. The movie was Clifford the Big Red Dog, but I mostly enjoyed the premium recliners that I could have spent the night in because they were so comfortable. The theater I was had XD Extreme Digital Cinema sound was incredible. I shared a bag of great popcorn with one of the little people and enjoyed it. CineMark Theater is off the 35w near Havertys Furniture, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Alliance Town Center. Will be back.
I really like this theater and even recently switched from AMC Stubs Premier to Cinemark Movie Pass because of the theatre. Just went to get tickets for Indiana Jones on Sunday only to find all 9 non-XD showings having D-Box in ALL prime seating locations all day long. This was very disappointing. Not everyone wants to pay extra for motion stuff. My wife also has motion sickness. Saw this happening at our next favorite location, North East mall, as well. Ended up having just getting tickets at AMC Palace 9. I hope this isn't the new norm for action movies.
Not impressed with this theater at all. The staff could use a class in friendliness. The way you order your popcorn and then funnel down to chaos at the soda fountains is a terrible design. People who are in line to pay are in front of the soda fountains. There is not a great selection of candy. I mean what theater doesn’t have Milk Duds, Sugar Daddies and Crunch Bunch? The recliner seats don’t really recline they just push up a foot rest. Despite the heater being turned off on my daughter’s seat it was still super hot.
I will now drive to Roanoke to watch movies at a Cinemark. This place is ridiculous. It is always dirty, and the staff just stand around. Now they hold the salt hostage at the popcorn rather than having it available. Apparently the Pandemic still exists as there are NO free refills on the popcorn and drink (Notice they dodged the free refills in the reply) Also they ran out of trays weeks ago and the option to share popcorn was a little cup. Clearly this is an independent location and the owner is cheap.
My wife and I went to the Alliance Cinemark today to see the limited release of the first two episodes of season 3 of The Chosen. Fist of all, we live the series and its telling of the ministry of Jesus Christ and his disciples. For the theatre, concessions were plentiful and the smell of popcorn filled the air. The staff was friendly and helpful, the reclining seats were comfortable, the sound system gave a 360° listening experience, and the restrooms were clean. Overall, a really nice experience.
The first and foremost reason for a 1-star rating is the overly-loud volume inside the theaters to the point of being absolutely ridiculous. If I ever go back, which is extremely unlikely, I will literally wear earplugs. The second reason for my rating is the 'vacant' feeling you get upon entering the lobby. The food area feels bigger than it needs to be to house all the stale-looking day-old offerings...that whole part of the experience was as off-putting as the volume overkill.
This is one of my favorite theaters to go to. Is it just because it's the closest? Who's to tell. But any complaints I make about this one is simply to all movie theaters in general: Everything is super over priced, no more free refills for a large popcorn, not enough seats, and too many extra fees to get tickets ahead of time. And with all the streaming services, it's kind of pointless to go to the theater, unless you want to have the full experience.
Definitely a superior theater to some of the other Cinemark theaters in the area. Only real criticism is that they are still charging the same prices as everyone else for large drinks, but unlike their competitors, they refuse to go back to free or even discounted drink refills. Just still using the lame excuse of “covid” or “supply chain issues”. Those may have been valid a few years ago, but now it’s just an excuse to make more profit.
Went in and tried to order snacks and drinks 15 minutes before they shut it down and was completely ignored. The employees made eye contact with me and my brother and then went back to their conversation. Yet 10 minutes later another group came into our movie with popcorn and drinks. Normally I go to this movie theatre and have an amazing time, but today unfortunately the employees working seemed entitled and stuck up.
Being Senior Citizens, we would have preferred a theater that was closer to the restroom area. Instead, we were at the one furthest from them. That, plus the cost of 2 small cokes being over $9.00 was a shock! I am a Senior that has to watch every dime spent, so would appreciate not having to spend so much on a drink, especially a small one. We did enjoy the movie & the seating & temperature were comfortable.
Good movie theater. Have not had any issues with sound or picture quality. Easy ordering online but for a fee if not part of their pay movie club. Concessions are efficient with 2 popcorn lines and a serve yourself beverage area. Ice cream and candy are self-service with checkouts at the exit. Seats are comfortable recliners in most theaters. Heated seats are nice.
Seats are great, popcorn is good. My only complaint are the soda machines. Last couple of times I've went the sodas have had little to no fizz. It all taste too sweet, almost medicine like. I get it if its a real late night showing but this has happened during mid day showings. Going to have to resort to just the bottled sodas from now on unfortunately.
My go to movie theater there food and service has been just magical was there to see Indiana Jones and the dial of destiny they had the hottest and freshest pizzas that were so delicious and I can't say enough about their chocolate covered almonds that are just the biggest and the best thanks Cinemark for the best movie experiences ever.
I go to the movies as much as I can, especially since I'm a platinum rewards member. The discounts are absolutely fantastic. I think I go to the movies about 2x a month, of course depends what's out too. This particular location is always very clean and food is fresh about 99.9% of the time. Great place to watch a movie comfortably!
We love this theater but this experience was pretty rough. The A/C wasn’t working in theater 11 and it was sweltering and stuffy. It felt like it was over 80° in there. Nobody warned us. The movie theater is supposed to be a refuge from the summer heat and that was not the case today. Make sure to ask about the ac before you go.
Worst place ever, who let's a toddler and an infant with a pack n play I to a theatre where they are screaming during a rated r movie. Next time I go people next to me are on their phones glaring into my glasses, management offered to do nothing but refund my money. Will never be returning to this location again. Beware
Seats are comfy, screens are large, and the audio quality is good here. Facilities have always been clean when we visit. My only complaints: *the seats do not recline far enough for me preference *sometimes they are understaffed so it’s hard to get service when needing food or someone to look up your tickets etc
Been here a few times, but much nicer since they installed the power recliners with heated seats. Also, much better food with the Pizza Hut and the beer/wine options. They have enough staff hanging around, they need to spend a little more time making sure the restrooms are clean, but overall a good experience.
I had a great time at this movie theater. It was clean and employees were friendly. They had all the movie food (popcorn, candy, hot dogs) and drinks including Slurpees. They had a bar at this location. The movie was good, the theater room was nice and the D-Box seats were great fit an action movie.
Cleanest and reclining chairs! This is a very nice theater. The concessions are quick and mainstream, XL popcorn with a refill is $9, reasonable because it’s so big! Only bummer is they charge you a fee of $3 to book online if you are not a member. That’s a scam. But nice and clean, will be back!
This theatre is really nice and staff is always great and welcoming. The walk thru line to order food saves time and makes it a quick detour to get popcorn and drink for a movie. Definitely recommend the rewards program for cinemark get a free ticket every month and discount on food and drinks
What a great location! We loved watching Top Gun: Maverick in XD! Amazing. The theater is super clean and the snack bar has more than enough to choose from. Even beer and wine if that’s what you’re looking for. But if you get a chance. Definitely spring for the XD theater. Totally worth it.
The movie theater is clean and well organized. I appreciated the buffet style food pickup that keeps lines moving after the box office. The seats are comfortable and even were heated. Cheap afternoon tickets options as well. It's a solid place to watch any movie and I'll be returning here.
Great theater with tons of potential. Staff was very polite. Seating was comfortable and I love reserved seating. However, it was FILTHY. We went to 10:55 am showing and entry floors were covered with popcorn and trash. Womens restroom was dirty and floor was sticky. Clean it up!!!
This place is awesome when it comes to dealing with loud and obnoxious teens. Our movie experience was almost ruined by some loud kids. Thankfully, the management and staff dealt with this issue in a polite and efficient manner. Food and popcorn is better than most other theaters.
The only down fall about the movie theater is the amount of money we spent you think they will allow refills for drinks and popcorn. Or at least allow customers to get one refill of popcorn and a drink. Other than that cleanliness is good and the ability on picking you own seats.
Love this Theater! Intimate setting with extremely comfortable reclining chairs that are heated. Feels fantastic on my lower back all the while being in comfortable air conditioning!! What a way to view cinematic thrillers such as Maverick!! Enjoy everyone! …
Been here a few times in the past few months for the convenience, but won't be back. The ice machines hardly work, seats don't recline all the way so you sit at an uncomfortable angle, restrooms are never clean and the worst part is the heat- I'm sweating sitting down!
The women's restroom was gross, with broken fixtures and trash all around. We were at a lightly attended 3 pm show, so the mess seemed disproportionate. The theater chairs are comfy. The staff was friendly. I would have given it 4 stars but for the restroom situation.
Theater was good, but the amenities were a little dated. The seats don't recline as far as most of the theaters that have reclining seats. The system of getting your snacks and popcorn is a really great idea. It gets people their snacks quickly and onto the show.
I love their seats, big, comfortable and has a heating feature. I used to go to AMC all the time but after discovering that Cinemark's tickets are a little bit cheaper plus with comfortable seating, oh my 10/10 watching experience esp. when you're watching 3D!
It’s nice and clean here. Plenty of showtimes and love the fact that they have reclining seats with warmers. My only complaint would be that they won’t do refills on the popcorn it’s almost not worth the price of a large popcorn hopefully they change that.
Personal thing, I wish the seats leaned back further. Sometimes I feel cramped in them. The heaters are awesome though. Concessions have good selection. Occasionally the concession lines get annoyingly long, but usually not too bad. Very clean theaters.
We go here all the time for our movies. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays and Sunday’s mornings Before 11:00 are the cheapest days to go. I. The beginning of the years you should get the refillable popcorn. And sodas for the year. You’ll save a lot of money
Great theater and roomy seating.. love this place for being fast, having a good bar and selection, and friendly staff... Could be more attended to but we could have been there on a bad day? Mostly a great location and movies to choose from.
Ticket prices align with other movie theaters, however since COVID there is no refills, which is why only 4 stars, bring back refills please. Seating is spacious, areas and restrooms are clean and well maintained, staff is always friendly..
Rude staff, wandering around in groups rolling eyes at customers, restrooms were dirty and the carpet in the theater was littered. For so many teenage staff to be standing around, someone could surely run a vacuum and clean the bathrooms.
Clean, roomy and most importantly comfy theater rooms. A bit pricey on the tickets but you get what you pay for. I’ve cheaped out on movie tix before that reminded me of the dollar movie days. Never again. This place is 5 out of 5 spot.
Strange consessions set up - but it works. You basically shop it like a gas station and check out as you leave the area. The seats are comfy. I love the heating feature. Bathrooms have always been clean and staff is always friendly. A+
First time we have been here, everything was great and the movie was excellent. We watched Top Gun and it was action packed, the chairs were cool too they reclined. After the show we couldn't eat them back down so we had to climb out.
I saw Evil Dead Rise. I picked up some delta-8 thinking I'd enjoy the movie more a little under the influence. Was not expecting the seats to move along with what was happening on the screen. 10/10, terrifying, wonderful experience.
Raggedy, chairs don’t recline. Dirty Concessions area. A mess. There was popcorn in my assigned chair when I arrived. Y’all need to be for real, you charge more than some other theaters in the area and are sub par at best.
good picture and sound. the seats are horrible. they dont recline more than 25% which makes them more uncomfortable than not reclining at all. they also stopped free soft drink refills and increase concession prices by 20%
I love bringing my kids here. I love the 3d XD and DBox. the seats are super comfortable and the arms push up for more room. some seats have heaters. too hot for me but awesome if you get cold.!! This is the best around!!
I love being able to reserve seats and that they recline. This theater is usually very clean. They have changed the popcorn oil and butter they use and it's not as good as what they had pre-2020. Overall a great theater.
Great theater experience, great staff. Took off a star because the Dr. Pepper had way to much carbonation. This may not be their fault but for the price you pay for a soda ♂️ it needs to at least taste good. …
Some of the seats are breaking down. They definitely need some customer service training. Everyone there looks miserable, but I can say a fee of the gentlemen serving popcorn know how to make some tasty popcorn!
Nice theater with all the most recent movies and most of the amenities people expect today. $5.25 tickets on Tuesdays ($5 for movie clubs members). Only things missing are pull out tray tables and full meals.
Poor experience tonight. Was on tight schedule. Bought tix for Gray Man, theater 3 at 645. At 710 no movie, no info. Went to talk to someone, they don't care. Had to. Leave before they could figure it out!!!
Enjoy multi movie theaters with reclining seats. Great bar and concession. Great location with plenty free outdoor parking. Located near lots of restaurants, shopping, medical facilities and interstate 35W.
Pretty sad to see that the theater wasn't even cleaned in-between shows. Currently here for a 3pm showing and this is what the spots around us looked like. Popcorn and trash on the floor and trash behind us
Ample parking, helpful and congenial employees, used the closed caption gadget they provided, and it worked 98% of the time seats we had in xd were heated and reclined, very comfortable for a 3 hour movie
Nice theatre. They didn’t have any big Barbie display to have photo ops that was the only downfall to this theatre!’ A little disappointing with such a big movie opening and all the hype surrounding it.
This place used to be so nice but it has become a nasty place to go. The staff would rather group up and talk to each other rather than do their jobs. When you do get help they are discourteous to you.
The cinema is great, clean and cool inside, love the recliner seat its so comfy . just the popcorn is not good. it taste like old popcorn once its not hot anymore. I hope they fix it. …
It's a great movie theater but the idea of no refills should be rescinded since the epidemic is done. For the "Movie Theater" prices the refills on large popcorn should be back. Staff is great.
Movies are the best entertainment when you can go with the granddaughters. This theater serves the normal movie fare with milkshakes! The seats are comfortable and the sound quality is great.
Most of the time things are pretty good. Some of the chairs are looking a little worn. The leather is cracking really bad in a few chairs in multiple theaters. Service is always good.
Comfortable roomy and wide recliner seats with heat. The staff was very pleasant. Nice set up to obtain plenty of snacks quickly and pay for them quickly. Pricing is decent as well.
Movie was great as was the snacks but giving it 3 stars because the chairs we selected were in rough condition. When you pay over 40$ for tickets you expect some form of quality.
The chairs are ripped up and they decided this weekend to turn off the butter dispensers for customer use. I used to come here once a week, I’ll be going to Roanoke from now on.
XD theater has a huge screen with a good viewing angle from any seat. The seats themselves are reclinable but not very comfortable and have no separation in between.
Nice comfy lounge seating, lots of typical movie snacks, variety of sodas, coffees and mixed drinks, nice sized screen, friendly staff. Clean theaters and bathroom
Nice movie theater! Really clean and organize! I love that they don't charge for jalapenos! Overall amazing experience! Edit: They charge for jalapeños now! :(
Best recliner seats in the area. Just don’t accidentally turn on the seat heater like I did. Got a little toasty before realizing what had happened.
I had an issue with my tickets that I bought from Atom Tickets and they were not helpful, but after I called Cinemark Caleb got the issue fixed quick
Wow, this was definitely the best movie experience I've ever had! My wife and I went to see the spider man movie and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The staff are always nice and courteous. I like that I can get my own drink because of how I want it made. Popcorn always taste old though..
Fix your broken seats or don't sell them, sitting a fixed position in a chair that cannot recline for a 3 hour movie is murder on your back
The movie theater was comfortable, but the concession area is very unclean and made it look nasty. I do not recommend this theater.
Went here recently because I didn’t want to go to Keller but the seats don’t fully recline here.. food is eh but wasn’t too bad.
Partial empty movie not to bad, if you decide go when buy tickets the dispatch lies said the room are full , then is false
Superman Margaritas were great. Theater was ok, neither of our reclining chairs worked tho. That was a little annoying.
Nice and clean theater. Great service and awesome seats. Not worn at all and super comfortable. Would highly recommend
It's a good place to watch a movie. Not the best seats but not the worst. The movie tavern is better. …
Great selection of movies and the seating is good and very spacious in the aisles. A go to place for movies.
The movie was good. Seating reclined, and that was nice. All in all, it's was a good viewing of the movie.
D-seats in theater 10 were visibly well worn, but they still worked and made the experience pretty cool.
Great customer service. One of the nicest and cleanest theaters in the dfw. Can't wait to go back.
Great theater! However popcorn wasn't that great. Maybe it was old. They weren't busy when I went.
Took grand nieces to see The Little Mermaid. Popcorn nd drinks and great seats. Enjoyed the movie.
Very nice place to watch movie, location is perfect and the inside us very clean secure.
Clean bathrooms clean theater what more could you want. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Nice concessions, great seats, variety of show times. It's a great place to visit.
Rather aged and dirty. Far overdue for heavy clean and replace broken seats!!
Love the seats that move with the movies. Makes action movies more intense.
Great theatre with comfortable recliners and plenty of space between rows.
This was my first job when i was 17. Love coming here and reminiscing!
