WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD: RATS!!!! went to see a movie this afternoon and was greeted by a TRASHED theater with food, popcorn, drinks in every seat just a clearly not cleaned theater. my friend and i were the only ones seeing the movie so i was willing to put this aside and see the movie i paid for, until about half an hour into the movie we saw a RAT in the isles. we immediately notified a shift leader and the manager, neither employees seemed even remotely surprised by this and apathetically offered me a refund. their handling of the situation clearly suggests that this is an ongoing rat PROBLEM and i am not the first person to make them aware of this.. if you are a person that values customer service, cleanliness, or rat-free environments, i would not personally recommend this location. not trying to be dramatic but their handling was extremely frustrating and concerning and makes me wonder about the sanitation of the food and drinks.. :(

It's rather expensive and it cost $25 For just a ticket and large popcorn. The ticket was $15 and the large popcorn was $10. I drink my own water. The seats are very comfortable though at least in the area I sat in. They actually had a foot stool section that came up and the chair would lean back. It's electronically controlled by a button on the right side armrest area. But be careful, you can doze off even in a good movie :-) It looks like they have revamped this place since I was last there about 10 or 12 years ago. The seats are very nice and even the screen on the old double feature horror movie in black and white feature we saw was very clean and clear. The screen looked good on the old movie and the sound was clear but of course not using theater surround sound or anything like that. I'd be interested in seeing a good newer movie there just to see how it all sounds today. It was a enjoyable trip with two friends and I'd go back again for a good movie!

First movie I went to see here was blue beetle and I went during the day time around 3 on a weekday. From what I saw. ehhh. First. It looks like there’s only one kiosk to purchase tickets. Unless, you can also get them from the snack counter. I donno. The front windows where it looks like you would purchase tickets are covered up. There’s no area for you to load your own butter onto the popcorn. you have to rely on who ever is behind the counter to know what they are doing. I had a pool of butter in this bag when I was finish. There’s only one entrance to the theaters. Once you’re in this hallway there is no signs pointing to group of theaters this way or this way until you get to that actual theater then there’s a sign number. Watching the movie seemed like the sound could be louder and more crisp. The picture could be sharper and brighter. Only thing I loved about this place was the electric recliners. Always nice to lay back and enjoy a movie.

Terrible customer service, young short blonde guy with mustache who was scanning tickets tonight on 6/16 ignored me and my groups efforts of trying to get his attention to have our tickets scanned and which theater our movie would take place in. When we came back after not being able to find it on our own, (after walking past him bc of the failed attempts to get service) we had to wait behind other people he was scanning and asked him why he didn’t scan for the three of us before, “I was busy” and turned his head back down (there was just the three of us waiting the first go around) I will say it just seems he’s miserable at his job, everyone has bad days and he seemed too young to have that sense of empathy adults can have. I have worked in costumer service for a long time with the worst coworkers and costumer’s, I can’t imagine giving undeserving strangers this amount of disrespect.

Watched John Wick 4 a week ago here, after since I have not gotten a response from management, here I go: speaker in back left was blown, disrupted the whole movie at least 10 times. I asked to speak with the manager about it, because I was not happy spending more than 30 dollars for two tickets for the one night out I get in years. Lady behind the counter deflected me, said she would tell manager my complaint. No discount tickets for next time, no refund, just a 'well that sucks' kind of attitude, and good bye. Now I'm no Karen about these kinds of things, so I left, and filled out a response form on their website. The response was "we'll let management know" and it's been week with nothing to hear. No recompense, not even a sorry, just another reason to wait until these films come out on a streaming service I already pay for, and never go to the theater again.

Well in this Covid era movie theaters are struggling. We went to see the new Suicide Squad and we had the whole theater to ourselves it was a later show but not so late that I would have expected to be the only people in the theater. It's been a couple of weeks but from what I remember the location was nice a bit dated outside and stark inside but the seating was comfortable and the theater was clean the image was crisp and the sound was good. The refreshments were on par with any other locations. The first soda I got was a Sierra Mist and the syrup had run out but it wasn't a problem I took it back and they exchanged it for another drink which was fine. They also called for a new syrup to be installed for the Sierra Mist even though we were seeing one of the last movies of the night. I would most certainly visit this theater again if in the area.

Awful place. Spent $40 dollars on food the burgers were over cooked, rubbery. The girl at the front was so unenthused and non apologetic about the over cooked food (Ally is her name) No attentiveness at all as I missed parts of the movie to get another burger. But Nicholas was great! He was kind enough to remake the rubbery burger per Ally as she fraternized with another employee. He was actually the only person tending to customers. There needs to be more respect for patrons that pay a ridiculous amount for frozen foods that only require 2 min of preparation. And the guest service people need to be re trained or removed. A random night out with my son for the first time at this theater was horrible.

  • TraylorTribeTreasures

By far the worst theater around. It's overpriced. 7.99 for adult matinee and 7.69 for kids. This theater has upgraded there seats is about the only nice thing they have. Get to the movies with my wife and my 4 and 2 year old. Which 2 year old is free and its wednesday st 11:30. The guy behind the counter says if my 2 year old wants his own seat it will be 7.69 for him. We are now in the movies and we have the whole theater to us. Very out of date theater. I would highly suggest bypassing this exit and going to the AMC heated recliners for a matinee that's only 5 dollars. Only reason we came here is because I was given a gift card of 25 dollars.

Great movie theater! The staff is wonderful, always helpful and polite. The movie theater is clean, you always see workers going in to refresh the rooms after people come out from their movie session. The chairs are awesome, comfortable, and spacious. In other states you have to pay for the reclining chairs experience which is available in specific theaters only- that's already on top a regular $16 ticket. Add a popcorn and a drink - comes out to quite an experience of $50 for a couple. So, imagine my pleasant shock when I saw the ticket prices were almost half the amount, and you get those luxurious reclining chairs! Love this theater!

Went to see the Elvis movie and it was clear right away that the sound was off. The left side speakers were at about 15% of the level they should have been. Theater was hot. I could hear audio from The theater next to us during most of the movie. I can’t imagine the staff was not aware that the sound was that bad, but I informed them the sound was bad and got a half hearted acknowledgment with no effort to apologize or convey an effort would be made to fix it. And for a movie with a lot of music! Sad to see theaters struggling but how can you not fix the sound? Don’t come here if you want to hear all the parts of your movie.

  • Jeremy Baugh

I love this theater... never crowded, plenty of parking, theater is kept clean (restrooms are another thing, but I don't think I've ever been to a totally clean movie theater restroom), seats actually recline and aren't all broken down like most Cinemark theaters, popcorn is delicious, and staff is accommodating and helpful. Most of the auditoriums are large and have plenty of room to walk down isles when people have foot rests up (especially auditorium 7... it's HUGE!), and the screen projections and sound levels are great. Do yourself a favor and watch some movies at this theater... you won't regret it.

  • Keith Trowbridge

What has happened to this theater? It used to be way better. I understand it's a difficult time with staffing shortages, but there are literally no customers here. The two kids working at the counter were completely uninterested in helping. There was a light on behind the screen to where you couldn't see what was on the screen. The volume was so loud it was deafening. I had to go find someone to address these issues. The screen itself lseems to have been replaced with some cheap shimmery fabric. It caused a terrible reflection from the projector. Just overall bad experience!

  • Jenne Ramsey

Movie and snacks were fine. Very nice recliners but I'm not sure if anyone is cleaning them routinely. I did not observe them cleaning them after our movie. The facility seems understaffed and like it's getting run down (paint is peeling, water damage, flooring coming up in places). This is more prevalent in the hallways and bathrooms but when the lights came up it was present in the movie theatre too. Women's bathroom was really dirty. They have been hit pretty hard by the pandemic I think.

  • Johnny Crow

Decent Theatre. Ticket and food pricing is normal. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and maintained. Nice and cool AC to beat the heat. Chairs are all the recliner style and you can easily choose your seat. App, I line or kiosk ordering your tickets makes it easy. I only wish you could order food/drinks and have them bring it to you, but overall it's a good clean theater busy but not too much and the surrounding area has decent food options for before or after.

  • M Bernard

Had the choice of Regal or Cinemark (same distance, opposite directions) I drove 15 miles for a late showing of a new release. Checked their website and all was well. When I got to the theater, I was told they were not showing the new release today because they were having projection issues. I wish their website reflected that, since online purchases were still available. At that point, it was too late for the other movie theater.. plans ruined. On to Plan B.....

  • loco hobo

I had the worst night of my life at this theater. First my friend that I invited that said they loved Spider-Man wasn’t even excited or even got dressed and acted like they didn’t care at all. then we get there and it was nice but during the movie some kids kept throwing things like candy and popcorn throw out the whole movie AND I BOUGHT THE TICKETS THE DAY THEY WENT ON SALE AND I GOT THE BEST SEATS AND I STILL HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.

  • G Flores

If you go here for a late show you better bring a flashlight or park in the front. Went to a 10 o'clock show and all the lights in the side parking was off, leaving only a few in the very front on. When the movie ended at 1 am they were off and I was walking in complete darkness by myself. With the homeless situation on the corner of western center and 35 getting so bad, I made sure to keep my eyes open. It felt unsafe.

  • David Ables

We all ways enjoyed this theater. The last three times the .theater was to warm . Sweating after spending 45 dollars is not worth it. The employee I told about it said the temp is controlled by corporate office. I will find another theater that wants my money enough to keep the temp at a convertible level. We usually go to the show all most every Friday. We still will go to the show just some were ells.

  • Athletes god

Terrible experience… me and my girlfriend went to see creed yesterday and we couldn’t see half of the movie because it was so blurry and I guess they were having projection issues because it never happened when we saw the movie smile there for the 1st time. Also, when we saw black panther they did not turn the lights off, and that ruined the entire experience. We did not pay $30 just for bad quality

  • C J Andrews

The best reclining seats! I recently went to a different theatre and was shocked at how little the seats seemed to recline. These were plush and super comfortable, allowing you to recline fully. Another bonus is the deep rows. Even with the chairs fully reclined you are able to walk by other moviegoers easily, so you don't have to climb over other people to get out. This is my go-to theatre!

  • Jacqueline Cuellar

Do not use any of the machines in the lobby. Me and a friend tried to take a picture in the photo booth that was turned on and seemed to be working, but as soon as I put the money in the screen would not let me press anything. Went up to the counter to tell the person working to go check it out and at least close it so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else but was just dismissed.

  • David Campbell

Older theater with updated reclining chairs. Sound and screen were not the best and only went there because it was the last place that had the movie we wanted to see still available. Screen had a stain on it and sound was loud but not the clearest. This place will need a lot of updating to compare with nee theaters that change the same price for movies.

  • Alix G

Great theater, nice sound and film quality. The staff is very nice and friendly. I love that all the seats recline. I’m not going to dock points for this but the front row is unusable. I honestly don’t know why they put seats so close to the screen but you can’t see anything. If they’re sold out except for the front row, go to a later showing.

  • Cheryl

This multi-screen theater has seen better times (actually, I think they all have). First the highway construction then the pandemic. There are some interior cosmetic improvements needed. Snack bar was stocked & service was friendly. There was a total of 5 watching the movie. Bathrooms were clean. Sound system was good & not overpowering.

  • Keveni Macdonald

I really didn’t enjoy my experience. The counters in the front are sticky, and I don’t know but it had a funky smell. In auditorium 11 the projector was horrible and I left my glasses there by accident so I called them and told me nothing was there. They did nothing about it, Those glasses were 200$!!!!! Horrible experience

  • sarita t

I love that the theater is close to me. However, watching the movie was not good. It wasn't dark enough in theater and there was no surround sound at all. So it was very hard to listen to the movie. Other than that, customer service at concession stand was great and quick. Bathrooms were clean. I will still go back though.

  • Andrew Jacobson

This theater needs a "tune-up". In the past 2 visits, there have been issues with different rooms. In one room the projector was not aligned with the screen and the picture was slightly fuzzy. Another time, one of the right speakers sounded muffled which was very noticeable when the stereo audio moved to that speaker.

  • Kevin LLL

Good experience for a 4:45p movie on a Sunday. Came in for a movie from the nearby Chili's. Great food service, restrooms clean. Recliners nice. 2D movie wasn't bad at all. Only gripe is clear indication of row lettering. Better to be big letters on floor and not a small led down by ur feet as you walk up the steps!!!

  • Edward DeLaune

I'd like to give a higher rating because everything was great until the screen turned on and I could tell how dirty it was. Seeing as you go to the movie to watch a movie. I'd assume keeping the screen clean would be a higher priority. It looks as if some one has thrown a drink across half the screen in auditorium 3

  • Brittaney Cheeks

Was scared to come here because of the "there's rats" review, but this place was TOP NOTCH. cleanest place I've seen, best food, best service, best theater PEIODT ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Def recommend to anyone and everyone!! Especially big families!!!! Keep up the top notch work!!!! Def plan on returning!! …

  • Eric Grudziecke

Good clean theater. The recliner seating is great! It's not as "fancy" as some of the newer ones, but it's limited seating, because of the recliners, give it a semi private feel of watching the movie. You can enjoy an adult beverage too if you wish. Never had a bad experience and usually positive accross the board.

  • Dylan Hageman

This is my favorite movie theater by far. Love the seats, they're super comfortable which is a big deal for a guy with plenty of health issues, and there's lots of leg room in every row. Never had a problem with the sound or anything technical either. I'm always glad to make a longer drive to see a movie here.

  • Kari Burden

I was expecting so much more when they reopened the doors. This theater did nothing for updating. They ripped up carpet that’s about it. It is nasty now!!! The Mattie is 10 for adults and 9 for children. The movie started 30 minutes late. We will continue to take out business to alliance. We will not be back.

  • Lauren Glahn

This theater is better kept than it used to be. Clean, no funky smells, the employees we encountered seemed nice. Drinks are RIDICULOUSLY big, though, I promise that you do not need a large unless you're sharing it between three people or would rather spend the entire movie showing peeing.

  • Alex C

pick your seat in advance when you purchase the tickets. Tons of room between rows and large fully reclining seats. The concession stand is standard movie theater food and prices. However, the ticket prices are very competitive. We pick this everytime over newer competition in the area.

  • V P

Great movie theater. Comfortable reclining seats. I did go to movie October 24th 2022 at 7:30 pm and there was NO ONE checking tickets. You could easily just walk in and see a free movie. Safety concern as well as there is no one checking anything at that movie theater.

  • Todd McCann

Seating was very nice with extendable footrests. Great picture and sound. Popcorn for $10.00 and a fountain drink for $9.00 for each person is insanity! Stay home and watch hundreds of free movies with Hulu, Tubi, and others. Make your own popcorn for pennies.

  • Dre Tibbs

Went with the Wifey and our son to see Black Adam which was pretty good but funny. Popcorn was good but I literally think it's time for them to start adding a little bit more food to their menu, foods like at movie grills or taverns! Besides the alcohol...

  • Christian Cadence

We showed up late for a popular movie and most of the seats were taken, but the staff was so kind and patient while we made our decision. They were also kind understanding when we decided to grab another show time. It’s also a nice location and facilities.

  • Yancey Pritchard

Went to see Black Panther 2. Sound was horrible. No true surround sound or bass. Sounded like only front speakers were working. My costco soundbar at home sounds better. Informed clerk twice and no changes were made. Ruined my night and movie experience.

  • Gerald LePage

The ticket process was easy and the concession stand people were okay. The movie theatre itself was clean but there is some work needed on some of the chairs and rattling speakers. Overall, it's a good place to catch a movie if you want to avoid crowds.

  • Trace Jelico

Regal Fossil Creek has always been great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The theater is sqeaky clean, the popcorn and food items are fresh and the movie selection is outstanding. If not for Covid the theater would always be packed for first run movies.

  • Andrew Chapman

The theater was hot and I could barely enjoy the movie. The wall paper was peeling off in many places and there was an odd smell in the theater itself. We will not be coming back to this theater again It has recliners but they are not comfy

  • Margarita Torres

The worst theater experience in my 58yrs on this planet. Switching from one theater to another because no one esnted to do their jobs. Employees lounging around as if nothing was wrong. We were a group of 8, you would think they wanted our

  • Alex Durham

Love the experience at this theater. Like that seat reservations are a thing now. Comfortable reclining seats. Great sound. Usually not as busy as some of the more common chains in this area. Like the Tuesday $5 tickets with Regal Rewards

  • Jinroh Nobunaga

Good to be back at this theatre. Theyve kept up with covid standards as most places MUST do to stay in business. I enjoy and have always enjoyed the movie going experience. Now that less ppl are going to see films, for a man like me, its

  • echo 8035

Audio was really bad before movie . Burst your eardrums loud then muffled randomly . screen looked like someone moved the projector to one side and picture was curved for some reason . this is my go too theater usually but today was bad .

  • Valeria Rodriguez

It’s open, but I wouldn’t go back. One, you buy tickets at kiosk or online. Two, plenty of parking. Three, lots of employees hanging out but you have to ask for them to get any help. Ex. Standing at register to order food. The employees

  • John

Used to be the best theater around with their reclining seats. However, re-opening after pandemic changed the quality of audio and screen dramatically. Seems they are not spending time or money in maintaining it. Tried at least 5 times

  • MiaTexasDoll

The best reclining seats in Ft Worth! The concession stand has just about everything you could ask for at a movie theater! They show all the GOOD latest releases. The workers are very polite and friendly in spite of the crowded weekend

  • Natasha Hornsby

The seats are great. So if your looking for a comfy and assigned seating this is a good place. However do not bye a glass of wine. You know those glasses you get on planes? You get one of those with it ALMOST half way filled for 8.99.

  • Samuel Park

This movie theater is great! The staffs were friendly, fast, and very accommodating. But I think I'd have to say the best thing about them is the seats. It's much smaller than normal theaters (so order tickets online if the movie is

  • Louis Happy

They have a nice movie theater. There popcorn and drinks are really good. Great prices for food, games and movie tickets. Great customer service, the theater is quiet and clean. You'll always have a great experience at regal cinemas.

  • Ashley

I love it especially 5$ Tuesday and the half off popcorn. The screens are dark though and my bf always complains about it *rolls eyes* I do agree but i only notice it on super dark scenes when you can barely see whats going on lol.

  • Mario Sanchez Sr

We got the unlimited 2d movie plan, and so far is great. This a very spacious theater and I give it a 90. Unfortunately the food is very expensive. For our drink we buy the large one and ask for a water cup so we can share it.

  • John L.

After watching several movies here, I’m finally ready to review. Basic movie experience with TOO MANY previews and commercials before the movie. Today, the movie had 27 minutes before the actual movie started. Enough already!

  • Kate

I don’t have many good luck when I meet young employees. Most them are very lacking at work, rude or lazy. Every time I come here, I feel welcome. The kids here are sweet and polite. Their parents taught them well.

  • Nick F

Favorite movie theater by us. The popcorn is always on point. The seats are comfortable, and as long as you reserve them ahead in the app, there is always one available for you. The restrooms are clean as well!

  • Andy Burke

Movie started 20min late due to a projector issue. Seats are ok sound system seemed muted. Concessions are overpriced like any theater. Not sure will be back. May continue to go to the cinemark up the road.

  • Hannalore Mueller

An older, slow moving theater with very comfortable seating and quick concessions. We went in the middle of the afternoon, and they were quiet and easy going. The staff is young and they do their job.

  • Elizabeth Gmeiner

Very friendly, nice experience, and wonderful show to support our children. Thanks so much, Angel Studios. Making people aware of social media and what is posted. Blessings, keep caring …

  • Robert Fuentes

Matinee price was $9.25 on a Tuesday at 1pm. Felt like the AC was off in the building. Save your money and head to Cinemark down the street. Much nicer, and cheaper ticket during the day.

  • Deborah Blakley

First movie theater I've been in since covid started. Holiday weekend, but they weren't that busy, so I was disappointed that the theater wasn't cleaner. The Dr. Strange movie was great!

  • Carlos Venegas

Good theater most of the time. The screen was way too dark which made darker scenes almost unwatchable. I'll have to think twice the next time I am looking to watch a movie in theaters.

  • Jibanul Haque

I like this location. Enough parking, not that crowded, clean. They also have multiple games, photo booths, claw cranes. The only issue is they don't show foreign movies that much.

  • Raymond Earles

Some of the speakers are busted, met a fury little friend during a movie once, but it's worth it if that stuff doesn't bother you and you have their $20 unlimited movies thing.

  • Morgan Hamilton

Overly priced but seats were nice and the theater as a whole was clean. Popcorn was stale but the staff was sweet. Arcade takes tokens instead of quarters if that matters.

  • Mercedes Tello

Been coming here since my kids were young now, my eldest son and grand babies, treated me! A great place to make memories and enjoy whatever you prefer to watch! :) …

  • Meghan Collier

This is the closest movie theater to our house, but definitely not the best. The seats are kind of old, and I think the screen quality and sound quality are below average.

  • Mike Evans

Movie was great. But service not so great also I ordered a hot dog and returned for refund the bun was hard and attendant seemed to get upset because I wanted a refund.

  • Dawn

Nice theater...not busy when I went in during midday. Manager Thomas was available and came out to speak with me when requested. Guest services Morgan was ultra nice.

  • Mx. Ezra :D

Been going here since I was little and its always been fun. The chairs are comfortable, popcorn is yummy, and arcade after is a good way to hang with friends.

  • Angelica Shively

Our go to movie theater! As with any theater, the food and drink mark up is up there but this theater is always clean and we love the reclining theater seats

  • michael malone

The candy was stale and the price made the it even worst. The seats were so uncomfortable, there does not seem any padding. The experience was horrible.

  • Ely Delaney

Fairly new to the area but I've been here twice and both times the staff has been friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my goto theater.

  • B Oliver

Theatre (11) projector was terrible, like watching through a fish-eye lense. FIX THIS! The reclining chair stopped working during the movie.

  • Nathaniel Johnson

My daughters , and wife took me to see Elvis . Was in town from West Texas . The theatre was amazing comfortable and the staff was Awesome

  • Bryan Robles

Seat didnt work, picture was blurry and dark and constantly flashing and dimming through the whole movie, ruined the experience.

  • Donald Daunis

Don't see many movies anymore but when I do I like to come here, usually not too crowded as nd the Popcorn is always fresh.

  • Robby Burd

Friendly personnel, clean environment, comfortable seating, and a good selection of movies. Looking forward to next visit.

  • montano edward

Very nice theater with awesome reclining seats. The workers were all very friendly and we really enjoyed the movie

  • Zed Madrid

Saw a matinee show had a great time would have gave it a five but the prices at the snack bar were really high

  • Kevin Miles

A wonderful experience and my first post-pandemic movie theater. Will go back. The facility was super clean.

  • Amber Reed

Loved seeing the movie After Death. It was clean nice and friendly. Thank you God bless you I love you

  • Aubrey Adams

Great place to see a movie! They have the best seating. Comfy recliners and go waaaaaay back. So nice!

  • Benjamin Ignacio

Great crew. It's been a while watching a movie in this place. Enjoyed the experience like before.

  • Liliana Orozco

Popcorn was stale, soda was flat. It was unpleasant and wouldn’t recommend going to this theater.

  • Josh M

We always enjoy going to Regal with our kids. They love movie days and this is great option.

  • Jose Cadena

Seating is so comfortable and relaxing the seats are spacious love their drinks and popcorn.

  • Victoria Phillips

Not bad. The theater is older so it could use some upgrades. But overall good for the price.

  • Sheeyam Shellvacumar

Nice little regal cinema near my home. Almost all new movies are played. Nice and clean.

  • KIM Thomas-Wilson

I like the fact that there aren't alot of steps I have to go up to get a good seat

  • Steven Freeland

A little dated but still a fun movie experience. Staff are friendly.

  • Katherine Mc

25 minutes of trailers and commercials before the movie started.

  • Alyce Payne

Easy access. Good for ADA. Clean. One of our favorite theaters.

  • Dominic Vanderpool

Cool place, very cozy. The employees were cool and helpful

  • Joy

Friendly staff. My chair didn't recline last time I went.

  • Jenna Breedlove

Love this theater. Great seats that recline.

  • Amy Prazak

Chairs recline WAY back!! Love this theater.

  • Beau Brown

It's old school but loved it! No issues.
