We had an unfortunate experience at Cinemark on Tuesday evening and the manager, Jamie made things right. My daughter and I were seeing the 7:15 showing of Barbie and then afterwards we were going to see a double feature and watch Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning. We haven’t done a double feature in a while and were excited.(we go to the movies almost every week)Well, when we went to our seats, they were taken and we showed the people who were in our seats, our tickets to let them know that they were in the wrong seats. They refused to move and said something about switching seats with someone else. My daughter brought the young guy who scanned our tickets into the theater and he couldn’t get them to move either so he brought the manager in and they continued to play head games by saying they switched with someone else further down and then those people acted as if they didn’t know what they were talking about and said they were in their seats before. Anyway, it was absolutely ridiculous that these jerks were pulling this but by this time, the movie was about to start and I told the manager that we’d see a different showing. I didn’t want to cause a scene and ruin the movie for everyone else in the theater(the theater was full) He indicated that he would have kicked them out but as I stated, I didn’t feel like a scene. Anyway, the manager, Jamie made things right for us by treating us to a later showing of Barbie and giving us passes to come back and see Mission Impossible on a different night because there was no way we could see both on that night because of the unfortunate incident. It could have been a really nasty scene because these people were being obnoxious and obstinate, even though they were clearly in the wrong. I told Jamie that I appreciated the way he handled things and that I didn’t want to cause a scene because people are crazy these days. He made me laugh when he said “yeah, well I’m crazy too”I could tell he felt badly about what happened and he totally made it up to us. We’ve been coming to Cinemark more lately(we usually go to AMC) but thanks to Jamie, we’ll be coming back much more frequently. (Btw, you have you most comfy seats of all the theaters). Again, thank you Jamie, for turning an unfortunate situation around for us. You have a great team! (As an added note; we love it that Cinemark has later and more showings than AMC)

The one time I went here, I tried my best to be the only person there. I was less than ten minutes early to buy my seats, and all the other seats were empty. Then, right before the previews start, a family with an *infant child* comes in and sits behind me. (For clarification on why I'm annoyed enough to write this review, you can see when you buy your seats if anyone else is there. The family bought their seats seeing that there was one single person in the theater. This irritates me because if I saw that there was one single person in a theater as I was buying tickets, I'd reconsider especially if I had potentially loud children, as to be polite and considerate. But this is just if you care about manners.) Wonderful. It was a PG-13 movie. I just left and got a refund. Don't bring your babies to the movie theater!!!??? Maybe it's the area. I just don't go to theaters anymore. One star because I don't care about being fair tbh. I'm sure it's a nice theater. For anyone else who has felt the same when going to the theater, you may be insane like me, but you're definitely not alone.

We went on 8/27 to see Paw Patrol with the kiddo. 1. Being able to pay for tickets AND snacks beforehand, is so convenient! 2. Everything inside was great, from customer service to cleanliness. The main reason I wanted to write a review was, when we came out there was a glass bottle broken between our 2 tires(just bought car same day). I went in to ask for a broom and dustpan and a young man said he would come out. That young man was Will. Will went above and beyond to make sure all the glass was cleaned(literally on the ground, looking under the car). I would have been fine picking it up, but Will just wanted to help! In a day when so many people just want to complain, I just wanted to give kudos! Our kiddo even lost her trading cards,, and the ticket taker went above and beyond to get her some new ones!! You just stole our buisness from competitors for good! Thank you for all you ALL do!

I used to love this theater when it was a discount one and was apprehensive when they switched over to a first run type. Let me tell you: give Cinemark a chance! The seats are comfortable and has a built in heated option if you get cold, they are spaced nicely and not cramped, and the price is very competitive with other theaters. The best part was the outstanding customer service! Everyone was really polite and we had a problem with a broken seat that Dale got right on resolving. He went out of his way to make sure it was a good experience. One of the other staff ran ahead of me to get the door when my hands were full without me asking...THAT is the kind of service you never see in a theater. I will definitely go back and choose this theater before others in the area. Give it a chance...you'll be happy you did!

My 83 yr old mom and I haven't been to see a movie in 3 yrs. The showtime was 10:40AM. We arrived on time and sat through ALL the previews for horrible movies coming soon. The actual movie didn't start for 25 min after start time. One of the previews for a future film was not appropriate for an 83 yr old. That's where Hollywood is now, out there in your face. At home we can fast forward or mute or just avoid all together. Enough already! Now for the good part, the theater seats were comfy, it was cool inside on a summer day, the tickets were cheap but the concessions were horrible! $7 for a bag of popcorn $$$ ?? The staff seemed pleasant.

I love this movie theater! The seats are great. They have a heating feature that always feels great on my back, and they recline perfectly! They have an easy to use kiosk in the lobby that I like to use to buy my tickets. The theater always seems clean and the staff is friendly. It seems like they usually have a free poster or something cool like that lying around. Best of all the tickets always seem cheaper here than other theaters which is great because I find this theater to be more enjoyable and comfortable than others anyway!

Going to this place for ages and loved it every single time. Nice clean place with plenty of food and beverages choice, extremely friendly and he lpful staff makes this place way better than any other place in the area.except for one incident with morning manger(African-American guy) who was extremely rude, impolite, bad mouth, Hostile and totally un professional.pls watch this guy as he may be on serious drugsand going through withdrawals. Call police if necessary.

First time back since before their renovations and the start of the pandemic. The new remodeling updates are fantastic, the chairs were very comfy and the concessions area looks more modern and very clean. Tickets were easy to buy online, and we were easily able to scan the QR code to verify purchase at the theater. There weren’t very many people in our showing, but it seemed like we were well spread out in the theater to maintain a good distance from other guests.

Quite an improvement from the older Movies 8 days! The theater now has much of the amenities viewers would find in other major chains. Leather recliners, adult beverages, and updated audio & video are now featured. One unique feature is heating on the seats, something I don't think I've seen with other theaters. Although the days of discounted movie viewing are missed, it's refreshing to see the once grimy locale get a much needed update.

My visit to this theatre on 25h Nov with my family was one of the worst outing experience. Management of the venue (Cinemark Greenwood Corner) has pathetic customer service, specially the Manager Himself needs training on communication skills. Don't remember his name but he needs to work on his poor listening and customer handling skills. Me, my family & frnds won't ever visit this place ever again !!

It has a smell that can soak into your cloths from the seats. The seats also seemed damp that i first sat in thankfully they do not have reserved seating, and we were able to move. I had to jump after the movie to get my shoes unstuck from the flooring. Concessions were great pleasant employees. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Its the seats and floors that need much attention.

Some great staff there at this cinema! I lost my phone at this theater and they jumped to help me find it immediately, without disturbing the others trying to enjoy the film. The theater was very clean and very spacious to enjoy a movie. Sound quality was amazing and picture was very clear! Prices were very cheap as well! Definitely recommend this theater!

This cinema is awesome! From the ticket booth to get popcorn, Mr Franklin greeted me and was so friendly and got my popcorn . The cinema was clean along with recliners that are amazing! The staff here is AWESOME!!! Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. The prices for the movies are fantastic!! The concessions are a bit pricey, but I guess the have to make their money somewhere. They have a good variety of movies, and you could probably do a double feature for the price of one regular movie! #winning

Good choices of beverages. Slightly saddened about no nacho cheese. Hot dogs hit the spot. Movie was good. Audio was fine. The chairs with the recline and heat were fantastic. Pick your seats and leave one between your party and somebody else. Let's get back to the Movies. Be courteous and kind. That doesn't cost a thing.

Haven't been to the theaters in awhile and don't know if this is the norm now but we had assigned seats. Too close for the comfort of our necks so we asked to exchange seats but nearly everything else was already "reserved" (taken) so we got our money back. Other than that, the flow of everything went well.

Great deal as always! New seats so it's nice to see they put some money in the place. Not sure how they can afford to do that when they charge such low prices. In many ways it's just the same as it was in my childhood. Now I take my kids there! I hope they're always around for good family fun!

My family and I have been going there for a very long time. We always had a nice wonderful experience open environment and friendly customer service. They recently upholstered chairs make them much more comfortable than they were previously. We visit before and we visit for many years to come.

The theater room we went to was absolutely filthy. I asked an employee to clean up a bit because our seats were covered in food and a spilled drink. They swept it off with the same broom they used on the floor and walked away. I used paper towels and hand sanitizer to clean our seats instead.

Very surprised how nice they remodeled this theater. Very nice reclining seats with heated backs. Concessions were below other places and had a great variety of hot and cold food, alcoholic beverages, ice cream, and other snacks. I enjoy this place and first run movies at a lower price.

Went once before I got married years ago, we decided to go back with our kids and they didn't disappoint. Loved the frozen margarita and the adjustable chairs. They even have warming and cooling options. Will be coming back at least every other month. Price wasn't bad either

First time. Very nice. Seats made a lot of noise when moving but they were leather and reclining. Sound was good. We could hear the next door movie sometimes. Did not try the food we had already eaten. We would go back. Was nice to have another movie option in the area.

I had never been here since they renovated it. It used to be the 1.50 movie theater. It was surprisingly a great theater. The seats were recliners with heated seats. The quality of it was better than the AMC and Regal in the area. Will definitely be back.

They updated accommodations along with much higher price compared to the good old days when it costed only a couple of dollars to watch a movie, how times fly☺️. I like the seat much better where you can push a button to adjust your seats to get comfy.

Way better than AMC, seats are much more comfortable but they are individual seats so you have much more space, they are also heated and recline faster. Service was great, very fast and you can have food delivered to your seat. Overall is cheaper too

Didn't think these theaters were outside of the Northeast! Staff was very friendly and the 1 missing star only comes from the small size of the place - looks bigger on the outside. Also beware in the parking lot - Geese like to call it their home!

Very comfortable since remodeled with new recliners & reserved seating. Though not as bargain priced as before, still priced a bit below other major movie chains. Saw a matinee today for $6 - all in all a good experience. Will definitely return.

Heated seats! This is a cool little theater, smaller than most Cinemarks but just as nice. They have the luxury loungers here, a bar, and the Coca Cola free pour, a fan favorite. Plenty of parking and even a small arcade. Cool spot!

This theater is disgustingly dirty. We came at 9am on a Sunday, and our seats had trash left over from the night before. The bathrooms were gross with filthy toilets and garbage on the floor, even though the theater was not busy.

This location is always clean. The employees are courteous, even on days that are very busy. Most of all, I love the heated seats that recline. I go to various locations to watch movies and this location ranks as one of the best.

Went to a matinee, very empty which was nice, seating was comfortable and lots of snacks available for purchase. Matinee tickets were affordable ($9 per person), food was overpriced like most theaters.

Love this theater! Fantastic seats that are comfy and lots of leg room. The concessions is better quality than most other south side theaters and they are less costly. Will ways go back to this place.

Amazing! They advertised new upcoming movies, but I think they need to advertise the reclining heated seats you sit in. Wow! Enjoyed the whole movie. Reclined and feeling the warm heated seats.

The cashier (young female with black hair, working night shift on weekends) was very rude and unprofessional. It really ruins the whole movie experience. I did not come to go home angry.

The seats need to be sanitized when folks leave. Had too keep saying things to my grandkids who wanted lay their heads on armrests. And "snacks" the prices are insane. No other issues.

The theaters could be a little bigger, the seats all sit under the screen instead of having any seats even with it. Overall a good experience.
